[ A Week Later ]

Jace and Elijah's turn to be interviewed by a documentary team happened. It was the same interview Kiara, Callista, Yskael, Ezra, Jonathan and Seb participated in.

Everything in the studio was dark. Two males were sitting beside each other, hands intertwined. Both shook in fear and nervousness. Cameras were placed in front of them while the interviewer sat behind to ask questions.

Cameras rolling in:

Three...

Two...

One...

"So you both are survivors of the doll master, is that correct?" The interviewer gently asks. The two interviewees nodded.

"Please do introduce yourselves."

The two took a deep breath, and one of them began.

"My name is Jace Xiao. I am a survivor of the games the doll master held." The male looked at the other one beside him. "This is Elijah Wang, my boyfriend."

The interviewer began to flip pages, jotting down the information about the two males. "Nice to meet you both, now, let's go back to how it all happened. How did you become the target of the doll?"

Elijah, who fixed his posture began to speak up: "We're students of San Vedra University, everything started when our principal was replaced. He left due to the age limit. Our school, for some reason, undergo a sudden lockdown. It was after the principal held weird events."

"Mhm... Then what happened?"

"We were locked in that university for 12 whole months. We were only allowed to go out when we needed food, sometimes there were even challenges to the point the master won't let us out. And, by that, we needed to survive with only water or fight the urge to kill each other and be human cannibals... Even can we die because of sickness they won't care." He continued, as the interview went further, he became a little bit anxious.

"Who do you mean by 'them?' Is there a specific person or another besides the master?"

"Yes, there is..."

"May I know who?"

"Her name is Ambrosia, she died after being buried alive. She was abused by her father because of favouritism." Elijah replies in a shaky voice.

"How old is she?"

"She was twelve... when she died." Jace couldn't look at the interviewer in the eyes anymore. Ambrosia's current identity was Rheanne, who was his daughter.

"Did you suspect that San Vedra was a school with a bad history?"

"We didn't," Jace returned still looking down at his hands. "The university at first was normal - it didn't have any unusual element. One thing's for sure, it was prone to missing students and later, we'll just... hear them dead."

"Are there any suspects that you could possibly point out?"

"We don't know... the police promised to look into the case. For further clues, they re-opened the case of the twelve-years-old girl, hoping to find something... maybe at least one." Elijah lied. It would be unbelievable if they just point out it was a ghost who did this, she wants revenge. Many people, including these people they were talking with would label them crazy.

"We found a journal that may have been written by a family member. Can you explain this?" The interviewer showed Ambrosia's notebook. The couple agreed to it.

"That journal was written by the twelve-years-old girl herself. She summarized how her life was and why was San Vedra built. At the very same moment, she was killed..." Elijah explains.

"One last question, do you think the twelve-years-old girl is happy? (In your opinion) that the games ended?"

"She is, we're certain of that." The couple nods softly smiling.
