Bonus Chapter 3:
A Union Of Madness
(The Calvetti Wedding Part I)

"Fuck..." I muttered as I looked at myself in the mirror and dusted at the sleeves of my purple pinstripe jacket.

"Oh come now, Dom! We're getting married tomorrow! You promised not to be grumpy for our joined bachelor/bachelorette party tonight," Jade whined at me as she hugged me from behind.

The short dress she wore had flashy sequins that shone in various shades of purple depending on where the light hit. My blue eyes moved to admire the notched V-neckline with criss-cross spaghetti straps held together by a tie closer at the back. The material hugged her body and I contemplated pulling on the string and keeping her in bed all night, but I knew that she wanted to go out.

We had not planned on doing anything fancy. Just some drinks and light eats with the mafia heads and those closest to us with the option to dance. So naturally, Jade decided that we could host the mini party in a booth area on the first floor of Aleksandr's sex club, because why not.

Spinning her around to stand in front of me, I murmured, "No drinking games with Tolstoy tonight, alright? You know what happens when drunk Jade comes out to play."

With a soft giggle, she teased me, "Oh, daddy... You worry too much..."

"For good reason," I growled as I pulled her in for a deep kiss, my fingers itching to pull her purple hair out of the updo that she had styled it in.

Releasing my lips, she whispered against my mouth, "I know that I'm a handful, but that's why you have two hands."

Exhaling deeply, my fingers trailed over her ass before giving her left buttock a firm smack as I threatened, "Keep talking like that and we won't be going anywhere tonight..."

"Promises promises, but I don't want us to be late..." Jade grabbed at my crotch, forcing a grunt out of me as I let her go.

On the drive over, I kept stealing glances at her.

Jade had not wanted an engagement ring. She had stated that the Calvetti insignia, which had been tattooed on the right inner side of her left ring finger, was the only visual representation she would ever need for our union.

Married to the man and the business, she had declared.

That, and she had claimed with tinted cheeks that she would probably lose the ring if I had bought her one and she would rather not risk it.

In response, I had gotten her name tattooed on the right inner side of my own left ring finger.

I smiled as my eyes dropped to the yellow gold charm bracelet on her wrist. The latest addition was sparkling in the low light. I had a custom gilded charm made; it was a miniature solitaire diamond ring with smaller crushed diamonds embedded around it. There was also a band wrapped around the charm that said 'Marry Me' and she had screamed when she saw it.

"Did we really have to go to Tolstoy's sex club to celebrate though?" I grumbled as she placed her hand on my knee.

"Of course! The Purple Angel is always so much fun! The nightclub on the first floor has such an awesome ambience," Jade answered excitedly.

Scoffing, I uttered, "Uh huh, you just like ogling the strippers lining the walls."

"Well there's that, but I mean, we can always head up to the fourth floor after the party for some private sexy time," she winked at me.

Shaking my head, I said, "I swear that you're obsessed with that place. Probably because he allowed you to name it."

"That's not true! Besides, I couldn't very well leave it up to you men to name it. It would have ended up being called something ridiculous like XXXquisite or The Titty Twister..." Jade wrinkled her nose.

My eyes narrowed as I kept quiet.

Continuing, she added, "And don't act like you don't enjoy carrying me down into the club's basement..."

I groaned at the thought of Jade being tied up to one of the bondage wheels while I flogged at the skin of her back. The sound of her pleasurable screams filling my ears as she begged me for more. Feeling my dick twitch in my pants, I quickly shook the images away to refocus on the road.

"Do you remember when I tried to make you jealous by dancing up on Aleksandr for my nineteenth birthday?" Jade asked, her eyes shining with excitement.

My hands gripped the steering wheel tighter as I growled, "Don't remind me, you almost got him shot that night as well as in recent times if I remember correctly. You better not be planning to do anything slick tonight; I don't have the patience to deal with your games."

"Aww, is Daddy Dom throwing a tantrum?" she pouted at me while gently squeezing my knee.

"Not yet I haven't..." I warned.

Jade made a tsk sound with her mouth as she said, "Oh behave!"

"How can I when you keep rubbing your hands on his sleeve tattoos every fucking chance you get! I should ban him from taking his shirt off," I spat, not caring that I sounded jealous.

"It's not my fault that you make it so easy to rile you up!" Jade smirked.

Aleksandr was taller than myself and had a more muscular build. It was not lost to me how handsome the Russian was and I knew that she enjoyed teasing me where he was concerned. If he was not such a powerful and important ally, I would have most definitely shot him dead years ago!

When we pulled up to our destination, I held her hand as we made our way to the private entrance.

Leaning into me, she stated calmly, "Look, no matter how itchy your fingers get, you can't kill Aleksandr."

Muttering like a petulant child, I complained, "And why not?"

"Well for one, you enjoy having the King of meat hook sodomy at your side. Especially when it comes to dealing with the darker areas of our business," Jade stated confidently.

I snarled, hating how right she was.

Smiling up at me, she then added, "And two, the fact that he's willing to give up his bachelorhood for the alliance is also another reason why you need him alive. There's no one else I'd trust with that particular task."

"How do you know that he'll marry the D'Apolito girl?" I asked as we made our way into the first floor of the club.

The smile on her face widened as she said, "Don't worry, Dom, everything with Litizia will work out just fine. We'll have another wedding to plan for soon enough, just wait and see."

"Don't go playing cupid now..." I warned as I gently nipped her neck.

Tightening her hold on my hand, she moaned softly, "Nah, that's Hannah, I'm a totally different beast..."

I could only sigh and shake my head, not even bothering to ask her what she was up to. In the back of my mind, it was obvious that I was better off not knowing.

After all, we did not call her the Purple Demon for nothing.

Licking her lips, she winked at me as we made our way over to a private booth. Aleksandr and the other mafia heads were already waiting with drinks in their hands, big smiles on their faces as they congratulated us.

It was nice to see that James could make it. From the way Jade ran up to him and hugged him tightly, I knew that she was extra happy that he could be here. The loss of Blaire was something the both of them would never forget. Seeing as James had been working between the States and Ireland for the last few years, we only saw him for important meetings, leaving Nigel in charge of his holdings in Aelbank City.

Soon after, Vincent and Quintin joined us, as well as Jee-min and a handful of Jade's friends from her university days. After having a round of drinks, Jade, Quintin, and Jee-min disappeared into the crowd to dance with her school friends.

About an hour later, Jade returned and sat on my lap.

We spent the next hour drinking and idly chatting with everyone around the large table. As usual, Jade was the life of the party and I was happy to see that she was allowing herself to enjoy the moment.

Holding on to her hips, I gently rocked her against me, "Have I told you how good you look tonight?"

Tilting her head to the side, she leaned in to lick my lips, "I taste good too..."

"Always such a tease," I mumbled.

"I think I need to be taught a lesson, daddy..." Jade whimpered softly while grinding on my crotch.

It was obvious that she wanted me to carry her up to one of the VIP rooms. And I was not about to deny her. Especially from the way she was moving herself against me, I knew that the few drinks she had had would have her acting extra wild soon enough.

Shifting her off of my lap, I cleared my throat as I stood up, "Thanks for the drinks everyone, but we're heading up to the fourth floor..."

"But we haven't even begun to party yet," Aleksandr stated.

"We're going to go have our own party..." I said with a grin as I took Jade's hand and walked towards the elevator.

The next day, I stood near the railings of the balcony of one of Aelbank City's most prestigious hotels, admiring the sun setting over the city from the penthouse suite.

"Not thinking of jumping, are you?" Vincent said as he walked up behind me.

Turning to look at my second in command, I flashed him a grin, "Not today at least."

"Good, because I would have jumped right after you rather than have to explain to Jade where her soon to be husband was," Vincent stated as we walked back into the large living room.

"Heh!" I chuckled at the thought as we exited the suite and headed towards the elevator.

Our wedding celebration was simple. We rented out a secluded area in the garden at the back of the hotel. The garden was lit with appropriate lighting, and an acrylic altar was placed in front of a lovely water feature. There were translucent ghost chairs placed in a half circle around the altar, leaving space for an aisle that lead from a private area of the hotel into the garden.

I had let Jade decorate the area as she pleased.

There were lanterns placed everywhere and they each had candles inside. The stained glasses of the lanterns were designed in such a way that it made the light of the candles seem like a blazing flame.

Of course, there were touches of purple everywhere but nothing was overdone.

The guest list read like the who's who of the criminal underworld, with various politicians and high-ranking members of the police force among those who attended. I was pretty confident that our wedding was probably one of the most well-protected events of the century. The number of guns on the premises was just indescribable.

One would have to be stupid to try to sneak in uninvited, and if they were feeling daring, I was pretty sure that the display by the entrance of the private area leading into this section of the garden would more than likely deter them.

Jade had worded the sign herself. It stated: Trespassers will be shot; survivors will be shot again...

Fuck me, did I love her.

As I made my way to stand by the altar, I felt my heart beat faster. This wedding was a union of madness and I could not wait to see Jade walk down the aisle.

Our wedding was a celebration of the love we both had for each other, a day to reaffirm our bond.

I wore a purple three-piece tuxedo with a crisp white shirt and a dark purple tie.

Vincent was my best man and beside him stood Aleksandr, James, and Da'mon who were my groomsmen. They all wore grey suits and their purple ties matched the shade of my tuxedo.

Looking across opposite me, I saw Jee-min, standing as Jade's bridesman and he wore the same suit as my groomsmen. Just to the right of him was Raeni, and her dark purple thin strap bridesmaid's dress matched the colour of my tie. Next to her stood Natasha, one of Aleksandr's top call girls whom Jade had grown close to in recent years.

Quintin would be wearing the same suit as Jee-min. He was Jade's main bride attendant, but he was not standing among them. I figured that he was probably having his patience tested as he helped Jade finish get dressed.

Not to say that Jade had been a bridezilla. But this was Jade we were talking about, and we all knew how trying she could be when the sadist in her decided to emerge.

It was no surprise that Quintin would be walking Jade down the aisle.

As I thought about my future wife, I recalled the way her fingers ran over her Beretta M9s this morning, before we said our goodbyes as we headed to get ready for the wedding.

The way she caressed the cold steel reminded me of the way she looked when she was eating her favourite dessert. From the look in her eyes, I knew what she was thinking about. She wanted to shoot something, and as I grinned knowingly at her, a shiver ran down her spine.

There was no denying the bloodlust that resided within her. Jade was absolutely perfect for me.

With that thought, the sounds of the guitarist and violinist pulled my attention as they began to

Everyone stood up, soft gasps escaping as they watched Jade emerge.

Tugging on the lapels of my jacket, my eyes focused at the entrance of the garden, and my breath hitched when my eyes landed on her.

Jade wore an elegant sleeveless silk faille high-low gown which featured a bateau neckline and a printed pattern lined skirt that was easily seen due to the high-low design. The underlining matched the belt at the waist and the colour was the same shade of purple as my tuxedo.

Her purple hair was combed up into an elegant updo and her make-up was mostly neutral with purple eyeshadow that made her green eyes pop.

The dark purple shoes on her feet matched my tie and I thought that she looked simply stunning. In her hand, she held a simple bouquet of white and purple flowers with crystals embedded in-between which sparkled under the lights.

As Quintin walked her down the aisle, Jade's gaze was solely focused on me.

With our eyes locked, we never looked away, even as she reached in front of me. After handing Raeni her bouquet, I took her hands in mine and itched to pull her in for a kiss.

"Hey handsome," she smiled up at me, then asked, "ready?"

"More than..." I grinned at her.

A/N: In case you were wondering, the wedding took place somewhere between Chapters 65 & Epilogue.
