(Your P.O.V.)

We were able to make a base. I really cool one. It was big and had walls. I we were able to make a deal. Bottle caps for Power Armor. It took a lot of talking for them to get 4 pairs of Power Armor. But we were able to make the deal, So whatever. It was supposed to be at Seaport.

Seaport was a nearby City. That's where we're making the trade. Cory, Adam, and I went first to look for the guys selling us the Power Armor. The smell of the Sea was a good but bad smell. That doesn't matter, what matters is getting the Power Armor.

There was a few buildings and we went into them. In the back of the buildings was a small shop thing. I wasn't sure about this, What if they are fake? I tried to get these thought out of my head.
"Hey we go, This should be the place." Adam said looking at it. Cory must have seen that I was worried because what was wrong.

"Huh, oh nothing just a bit worried about this whole thing." I admitted. He looked at me, "Hey, don't worry. Everything will be fine." I felt a little better knowing that we might be safe. We looked around and was able to find him. He looked at us and smiled at me.

"Ok, follow me. First let me see the Bottle caps." He said. I was the first to speak up, "First we need to see the Power Armor." Adam continued, "Yeah, to make sure it's the real deal." He nodded and told us to follow him and his guys. We did and he took us to the back of an alleyway.

I didn't like this too much because they could easily kill us and maybe do other things I do not want to say. They took us to the Power Armor and we looked at them. I had to make sure that they were real. I could tell real ones from fake ones. Bounty business gave me some good tips and tricks. They looked pretty real, the helmet was the right materials. The whole suit was in pretty good shape. Being here with these guys was getting a bit weird.

I could feel someone staring at me, my guess is that it was the guy. I think his name was shark or something. Besides that I don't know how I'm going to wear that. It's made for guys and It's pretty big and heavy. I'm somewhat strong so maybe I could take it.

Cory and Adam tried to talk to these guys. They didn't really want to say anything. Well to Cory and Adam, they found some interest in me though.(What am I doing with my life.) One of the other guys tried to flirt with me. I didn't like that at all. I quickly made my way to Cory's side.

I took my handgun out and hid it. They wanted to get it over with so that's what we did.

We called out for Nick, Alpha and Uni to come out. They did and Nick really didn't want to give them the bottle caps. I had to somewhat yell at him to give them up. He did and stepped away.

We turned around to get the Power Armor. "Don't even touch that armor." the Shark guy said. I turned back to them to see them pointing their guns at us. "What?" Cory said. The Shark guy laughed, "We have the upper hand here. It would be a smart choice to just leave."

"I thought you would say that." Cory said, pulling out his gun. Adam and I did as well. The other guys look surprised, They didn't expect this. "How do you want this to end? We can all die." Cory said. I continued, "Maybe you can walk away with those bottle caps."

"So, how do you want this to go?" Adam asked. The guy look at us, "Fine, we'll leave. You can take the Armor." He told his men to put the weapons down and they left. It felt good to actually win something. The guys were also happy about this. They talked happily about it as I looked at the Power Armor. It's going to be very heavy to carry. I sighed as I tried to get it out of the building.

Cory saw me trying to do that and helped. "Is it to heavy for you? Maybe we can-" He started. "No, It's fine. I can carry it." I replied. He shook his head, "It's too heavy for you. Let me carry it." "Cory, I said It was fine."I argued. This went on for a couple minutes.

"Can you to stop arguing like a married couple and hurry up." Adam yelled. I blushed and got the Armor out of Cory's hand and went to where Adam, Nick, Uni and Alpha were. After that we sent Nick, Uni and Alpha back to the base. Cory and Adam went to look around. I tried to sell things to get more Bottle caps. I was trying to surprise everyone with a dinner that wasn't Mushroom stew.

I was able to sell a few things. If we stay here longer than maybe I could continue to be a Bounty hunter. Cory wouldn't really like that. That didn't matter right now. I now had a bag full of bottle caps and I could get real food and not Mushroom stew. I looked around, maybe I could find some type of meat. I don't really know at this point.

As I looked around I saw an alley. I could see some shops in there. I walk to one that looked to be selling meat. Jackpot. I scanned the meat to make sure it was good. I jumped as I saw a guy pop up in front of me. "Do you see something you like?" He asked. I nodded, taking out the bag of bottle caps. He grinned and asked, "What are you looking for, Ms?" I pointed to a piece of meat hanging from the top. "That one, please."

The man took the meat and wrapped it up as best he could. I smiled and said my thank yous. Then I left to find Cory and Adam. Hopefully they haven't left back to the base yet. I searched around in till I found them near the water. They had they're backs facing me and I wanted to scare them.

But I didn't because I didn't want to get hurt by one of them. It's a dangerous world and getting scared by me will probably make them turn around and point their guns at me.

Either way, I walked next to Cory slowly and stood looking at the water. It had a weird glow to it that made it very pretty.
"So, I think we should go back." I smiled, "I have a surprise for everyone!" I walked to the exit of the town and Cory and Adam followed.

"What 'surprise' are you planing, (Y/N)?" Adam asked. I shook my head, "You're going to have to wait and see~" The two of them groaned and continue to walk by my side.

When we did get back to the base, I went straight to the kitchen area. I could hear Adam and Cory go to the back with Nick. I take out the meat that I had to shove in my bag and place it on the table. I take out my knife and start to cut it into pieces. I could hear the guys start to make their way to the door. I finished cutting the meat and went to gladly tell the guys that we are not having mushroom stew tonight.

I looked out the door and saw Nick. They looked at me and a smiled. "Why are you so happy?" Cory asked. I happily told them, "OK boys, I'm going to need a fire soon because... We are having something other than Mushroom Stew!" They looked at me in shock. I stood there looking very proud. They laughed and gave me a hug. I definitely was not expecting that. I giggle as they talked about what it will taste like and how much better it will be than Mushroom stew. I went back inside and grabbed the meat.

We cooked the meat with the fire we made outside the base. It. was. so. GOOD! I haven't had meat like that in a long time. we stayed by the fire for a little while. But one by one everyone started to leave to go to bed. First Nick, then Adam, then Alpha and Uni. It was just me and... Cory.

I sat there looking at the fire but Cory was looking somewhere else. He was looking at me. He couldn't help it. I looked over to him and he faced the fire quickly. I scanned the area a bit. It was dark and the moon shined in the sky. The stars were shining so bright, I thought I'd be blind if I stared any longer. I looked back at the fire and Cory.

I tried to get closer to him. Once I did, I leaned me head on his shoulder. I didn't realize how tried I was and slowly closed my eyes. He didn't really move or anything. But slowly he put his arm around my shoulder. I got closer to him and smiled. Cory held me tightly and I guess you could say that I liked that. After a few minutes he coughed and took his arm off my shoulder. I shivered at the sudden coldness that hit me. The once burning fire had went out.

Maybe It wasn't a few minutes that we were like that. I blushed and got up and dusted off the dirt. I helped Cory up and he made sure the fire was out before following me inside. I was very quiet and I was the first to say something. "Well um uh, that happened and I don't about you but I-I kinda like that. You know the moment we kinda just had." I said awkwardly.

He laughed nervously, "Yeah we should maybe do that more often. Um if you want to that is." We both looked at the ground and giggled. I went up to Cory and gave him a hug.

"Good night Cory." I said. He hugged back, "Yeah, Good night (Y/N). Sweet dreams" We both went to our 'beds' and went to sleep. Hoping that we could dream about each other.

(God why did that take forever to do. It's to late for this crap. Sorry if this chapter sucks, I'm really tired. Anyways, remember to like this and maybe even comment how good or bad this was.
