Long ago, There were six Guardian Dragons, protecters that took care of those they watched over. They were powerful dragons, each with unique powers.

Solaris, called the Sun Dragon for his brilliant golden scales, and power over light. he was a humble dragon, and a just leader. He brought hope in dark times, and instilled joy and laughter in those he protected. Evil never evaded his sapphire eyes for long.

Shiruba, Solaris's silver-scaled younger sister, did not shine as brightly as her brother, and that was how she liked it. She was a calm, gentle soul, and made the other dragons at ease. She harnessed the power of Water and Ice, appropriate for her cool, calming nature.

Kasai was a fierce, fighting she-dragon. Her glowing red scales radiated heat, and her golden eyes burned with a fiery passion. She was willing to fight, and die, for the dragons she protected, and her Fire brought warmth to those who felt it, and that brought her the greatest happiness.

Shizen was the down-to-earth kind of dragon, Hard working and Loyal. This bronze scaled dragon cared about every living thing, no matter how small. He believed that defense was the best offense, and usually stayed true to this. His power over the earth made him strong, grounded, and level headed.

Oryx, The black scaled dragon, was secretive, but not untrustworthy. He could enter a dragon's dream, or nightmare, and turn it into the opposite. He was usually sent to punish Evil dragons by filling their heads with nightmares. He could also had the occasional prophetic dream, and could send dreams to others.

Kaze was the fastest of the seven. Her blue-scaled figure could often be seen zipping around the clouds. She held power over the air, and winds, and was caring, though her thoughts never rested on one thing for very long.

For eons, the six guardians were friends, and their realm remained peaceful. But Oryx seemed to grow bored of the peace. he had grown power hungry and blood thirsty, and wished to steal the other guardians powers, so he could rule Earth, as well as their realm. In the Battle, the six guardians perished, or so everyone thought. Oryx killed the first five, who's spirits had left their physical bodies, and flew to earth, embedding themselves in the hearts of five human children. Oryx, enraged, forced his spirit out of his own body and followed, also finding a child in which he sensed potential. Those souls remained dormant until now...
