Chapter 32
Tiny Point of View
"What a profession of love! What a profession of love. Remarkable, absolutely unbelievable." My dear cousin with a quota of love guru title commented with claps.
Indeed, what a confession!
"I liked his style but not the wording. The arrogant detached style with a little frown on his face was beautiful but the wording is disappointing." I mumbled with a pout.
You see, I really really and absolutely love the cold chilly behavior of Human sculpture. That was him and it defines him and I wouldn't want to change it.
But... the feeling is not same with his vocabulary skills. He could've at least told me 'the feelings are mutual' and I would've jumped into his arms like a baby Koala into her mother's.
'There, you have it', is somehow... it feels empty.
Like there is a huge place between them that needed to be filled and with how stubborn and hard headed he is, I don't think he will fill the space any time soon.
"You have one challenging spouse, fourteenth. I'm starting to admire that prick for some unknown reason." Cacao chuckled, peeling another wedge of orange for me. Eating one himself, he gave me another.
"But we Almonds deserve some weird strange people for spouses. It shall give a balance in the family. So, what are you going to do now?" I shrugged, putting another wedge of orange in my mouth.
I really want to meow meow at him even after I forgive him completely. After spending some meow time with him, I started to like it a lot.
I love to drive him crazy and still find myself not accomplishing it completely.
How else can I drive him into total insanity?
By being myself is to being kind and caring and that can sometimes make people around me fall into abyss of insanity. But that depends of strong their mentalities are.
Human sculpture is a little too strong mentally and I want to keep him on the cliff of insanity without pushing him off it.
Just like how he does to me with his personality.
I wonder what I should do to take this story of mine with him to next chapter.
"How about I punish him with a few small penalties and end this trial once and for all?" I said as ideas knocked my mind.
I mean, this silent treatment towards him is pushing me to edge. I'm a talkative person, although effective, silence is not my bunch of whiskers.
"Like?" Cacao raised a brow at me with interest.
"Oh I think I have a few ideas. I need to go, work on them. Bye bye." I stood up and ran out with a grin on my face and hundreds of ideas in my mind.
This is going to be interesting!
I'm so excited.
The next day, I woke up with a fresh mindset towards Human sculpture. I decided I'm going to handle him differently and end this fiasco soon so I can marry him and have kids and then grandkids and great grandkids with him.
That was when it all started.
Those very ideas in my mind were what started everything.
The fun that gave the content writers in the world a new world of creativity.
"Meoww meow, meow" I woke him up sweetly.
Human sculpture is sprawled on his bed like a lizard on the wall and was even salivating buckets from his mouth.
"Meeooowwwww" I drawled cutely as I nudged him to awake.
"Hmm. What –" He stopped as he rubbed his eyes as if confirming if my huge grin is a reality or a fragment of his imagination.
Wetting his dry lips with his wet tongue, he gruffly hummed at my grin with a suspicious frown.
"Good morning to you too. You are smiling at me suddenly? What for?" His straightforwardness is something I like the most too.
"Meoow meow meow." I said holding his hand with both my hands and pulling him to sitting position.
He, on the other hand, yawned as he gave me a scowl of suspicion that told me he knows there is a trouble coming for him.
"You finally gave up on shutting your mouth, I see. I knew my confession shall do some good. Now we should work on those meows somehow."
Oh we shall!
Wordlessly, I pushed him inside the washroom and meowed at him to wash up quickly while I made several dishes for breakfast.
Half an hour later, he and my breakfast are on the table along with me. I probed him to eat a very healthy amount of food and pushed him to eat a lot.
My sudden display of concern did cause a concern on his face but hey, you cannot doubt my love.
I can be a little revenge seeking helpless small woman but I love him with my whole heart.
Rushing him to the car, soon we are on the road with me driving and him beside me on the passenger seat. He kept looking at me silently with a glare.
"Where are we going?" And I did not answer. He sighed in return and kept quite all through the drive.
After four hours of drive, we finally reached the place I planned to take him to. Jumping down, I opened the car door for him in the name of chivalry.
A gentlewoman has her manners!
Putting a hand on his head so as to prevent him to hit his head on the top of the car door, I pulled his frozen form out of the vehicle with my other hand.
"Meow meowwww!" I clapped and spread my arms to show him the surprise.
"And where the hell is this?" He grumbled looking around the place with a deep scowl enough to shoot fire rockets with his glares.
He looks so damn handsome like this!
I feel like I'm falling for him again and again!
"Meowww meoww meoww meow meeoww meow meeoww meoww meoww moowww meow moew mow moeew." I introduced the place to him as I lead him to the small house that stood in front of u.
"Why did I even ask you?" He mumbled as he looked around the place with a look of disgust on his face. He pulled out a handkerchief out of his breast pocket and covered his nose.
I grinned at him and turned around to knock the door. The door was opened by an old woman with Asian aesthetics with red powder in a circle in the middle of her eyebrows giving away her Indian nationality. Upon seeing me, she broke into a huge smiling mess and hugged me.
I hugged her back with the same vigor while she patted my back like an elder relative. "You are finally here. Look at you, you look absolutely beautiful." She giggled and hugged me again tightly.
Releasing me, she looked at the person behind me and passed a smile to me. "Is it him?" I nodded.
"Come in both of you." She pulled us inside her small abode. I left my footwear outside before entering and poked Human sculpture to do the same.
The small cabin looked like a traditional tribal Indian house with few peacock feathers arranged on the wall here and there. There are photo frames which I came to know are their Gods. Garlands are hung around the photo frames and beneath them is a small plank attached to the wall where a small lamp vessel is lit facing each frame.
The smell of spices and something else is wafted around the house giving it a kind of exotic touch.
Human sculpture kept covering his nose with disgruntled squint. He started examining the floor with great interest, trying to define the products used on it.
"It smells like cattle here." He said with a disgusted frown.
But what is wrong with cattle smell? I like it. They smell like dairy products and hay and like nature.
"Because there is herd of cattle here. That is where you will be in a few minutes." Simran, the old woman, spoke leading us to the backside where the farm's cattle is.
"Her aunt and I are good friends. My family has been in the Kingdom from several decades for now but we could not live apart from our tradition." She explained to the very awry looking certain Human sculpture.
Human sculpture did not even bother to nod or respond back but Aunt Simran continued. "This small farm is our property and pride. You see there –" She pointed her finger to the herd of cows and calves living under a well made warm shed. "Don't they look healthy and strong? Many asked to buy them for their meat but I and my husband couldn't sell them. We worship them." She shook her head in displeasure.
She lead us further towards into the shed where in a certain corner a cow and a newly born small very adorable calf were resting.
"Start away, dear. Here are the gloves or you prefer working with bare hands?" Aunt Simran said providing Human sculpture a pair of gloves.
Human sculpture frowned for the nth time again at me and asked me silently what the hell is going on.
"I'm sorry but what is this for?" He asked not accepting the gloves.
"Why, to milk the cow." To which I nodded happily at him.
I want to be myself and be helpful and kind and caring like usual and now, he is going to help me help others.
Let's milk the cow! Go go!
