Aurelia walks into the kitchen to see her Aunt glaring at the TV "Scum ball. Scum bucket." Aurelia looks at her "Who are you talking about?" she points to the TV "him" Elena looks at the tv "the news guy?"

Jenna nods "Also known as Logan "Scum" Fell. Did your mom ever tell you guys why I moved away from Mystic Falls?" Aurelia shakes her head "No but you and him?" then she scrunches up her nose as Elena looks at the tv and then back at her aunt "Oh, no way. You and him? He's cute."

Jenna shakes her head "He is not cute. There's nothing cute about him. What are you doing with that?" Aurelia chuckles "I'm gonna have to agree with Jenna he's not that cute" Elena smiles at her younger sister then turns back to their aunt " I went yesterday and got it from the safe deposit box. Mom had told Mrs. Lockwood, she would loan it to the founder's council for their heritage display."

"Is that grandma Beth's wedding ring?" Elena nods "Originally it was great-great-grandma Mary's wedding ring." Jeremy walks up behind Elena "How much do you think this stuff is worth? You know, like on eBay?" Elena looks at him "You're not gonna find out." Jeremy crosses his arms "That stuff is mom and dad's. You can't just give it away." "I'm not giving it away. It's called a loan, Jeremy." before anybody else can say anything the doorbell rings and Elena goes to get it.

Aurelia walks out of the kitchen and up to her room to get ready she's meeting Caroline and Bonnie at the grill.

As she is walking out of her room she sees Stefan and smiles at him "hey did you get what I asked for?" he nods and hands her the necklace box "it's a vervain necklace it'll keep Damon from being able to compel her anymore" Aurelia nods "thank you"

Aurelia walks up to them as Bonnie looks at Caroline "You're taking Damon to the founder's party? What about me?" Caroline shrugs "Go with Elena."

"She's asking Stefan." Caroline shrugs again "Okay, go by yourself." Bonnie rolls her eyes "Gee, thanks."Aurelia laughs "it's okay Bon... I don't have a date either so I'll be your date" Bonnie smiles at her "thank you, Aurelia. What about your mom? Is she okay with you bringing Damon?" Caroline gives her a look "And I'm supposed to care why?"

"He's older sexy danger guy." Caroline laughs "Older sexy danger guy? Is that an official witch Twitter tweet?" Aurelia bites her lip she now knows that Bonnie really is a witch but she decides not to say anything because it isn't her place.

Bonnie shakes her head "No more witch jokes, okay? That whole Mr. Tanner prediction thing has me freaked." Caroline shrugs "Okay. And Damon's not dangerous. You know, he just has a lot of issues with his brother. You know, like major, deep-rooted drama."

Bonnie looks at her "Like...?" Caroline bites her lip "I'm not really supposed to say anything." Aurelia snorts "like that's even stopped you" Bonnie gives the blonde a look "Caroline Forbes, when have you ever kept a secret in your life?" Caroline caves "Okay. But you can't tell Elena."

Aurelia smirks "ohhhh scandalous"

Bonnie shakes her head "No."

Bonnie smiled at Aurelia "I'll pick you up for the party" Aurelia nods "okay" then Bonnie leaves and Aurelia looks at Caroline "There was something that I wanted to talk to you about Care" the blonde turns to her "what's up El? Did you have another one of those dreams you told me about?"

Aurelia nods "yeah but that's not what this is about it's about Damon" "what about him?" "You need to stay away from him Care-bear he's dangerous, I can't tell you everything right now but just trust me on this, please. Caroline, I promise I will tell you everything later but for now you just have to trust me"

Caroline smiles "I love you El and I know you're just being protective but Damon is not dangerous" Aurelia sighs "fine..... I got you something, promise me you'll never take it off?" Caroline smiles "of course El" She pulls the necklace box out and slides it over to the blonde.

She opens the box "oh my god El that's gorgeous thank you so much and I swear I won't take it off" Aurelia smiles "I saw it and I knew you'd love it" Caroline puts the necklace on and smiles at her brunette best friend.

Aurelia gets up and hugs the blonde "I better go so I can get ready for the party tonight" the blonde hugs her best friend back "okay and thank you so much for the necklace it's so pretty and I love it"

Aurelia walks out of the grill with a smirk thinking 'well if I can't tell her the truth about Damon right now at least I can make it to where he can't compel her anymore... meaning that he can't feed on her if he can't compel her to forget about it.'

She gets home and heads straight for her room to get ready Aurelia decides to take a shower first after she's finished. She lets her hair air dry and is going to leave it in its natural waves. she puts some natural makeup on and then slips into the dress and shoes that she's wearing, she puts on a teardrop necklace with her birthstone that her mom gave her and of course her vervain bracelet with some earrings that match the necklace.

She gives herself a once over in her full-length mirror and smiles happily her outfit turned out perfect. She grabs her clutch and puts her phone and keys and a few things to touch up her makeup if needed in it.

She makes her way downstairs and right on que, there is a knock at the door Aurelia smiles opening "hey Bon" the Bennett girl smiles "Aurelia you look beautiful" the brunette smiles "so do you... I love that dress" Bonnie smiles "I love yours too"

Aurelia smiles "I've had it for 6 months for this occasion, Mom took me shopping she wanted to find me the perfect dress, said it was going to be a great night and she had something important to tell me but guess I'll never know what it was that she wanted to tell me now" Bonnie smiles sadly at the brunette and pulls her into a hug "I'm so sorry Aurelia" she smiles back "it's okay" then they leave heading to the Lockwood house.

Once they get there two walked in with their arms linked. Aurelia smiles "Hello Mayor Lockwood."

He nods at the girls "Aurelia, Bonnie glad you girls could make it come on in" then he notices the bracelet around Aurelia's wrist and smiles she was wearing the vervain bracelet that he got for her.

They walk past him and Aurelia smiles "Hello Mrs. Lockwood" she smiles "Hello sweetheart, you look beautiful" she smiles "thank you, you look lovely as well" then Bonnie and Aurelia walk off and Carol smiles.... she knows that Aurelia is her husband's illegitimate daughter but she couldn't bring herself to hate the girl, after all, it wasn't Aurelia's fault.

Later that night Aurelia notices Damon alone so she walks over to him with a glare "I don't care how much stronger than me you are I will hurt if you don't stay the hell away from Caroline..... I know what you are and I know what you've been doing to her and the best part is you can't compel me and now thanks to me you can't compel her either, she is my best friend and I would do anything for her.... so stay the hell away from my best friend"

Damon smirks "you got some nerve, trying to threaten me..... if you were anyone else I'd have killed you right there but your Elena's sister and I don't need Stefan on my ass about killing you because it would hurt Elena..... I'll do whatever the hell I want and you can't stop me so get lost kid" Aurelia glare "you just wait and see what happens if you don't listen to me"

She walks away from him and as she walks away with her jaw clenched she feels this wave of power flush through her and the vases on two of the tables shatter causing the glass to fly everywhere and it just coincidentally redirects and hits Damon in the arm and down his side.

Aurelia walks out to get some fresh air and drops down on a bench outside and takes a few deep breaths trying to calm herself down. Aurelia figured it best if she just stayed outside for a while and then she sees Elena storm up to Damon then she storms off and she notices Damon dragging Caroline away.

Then she sees Stefan go after them and follows behind Stefan. Aurelia sees Damon bite Caroline and then they both fall to the ground she comes up beside Stefan "You know, I couldn't spike your drink...So I spiked hers." then he flashes off with Damon.

Aurelia notices the crystal on the ground and picks it up then Caroline wakes up and she holds it out to Caroline "drop this?" Caroline shakes her head "No, but I'll take it" Caroline takes the crystal.

Caroline looks at Aurelia with tears in her eyes "I'm sorry El I should have listened to you" Aurelia pulls her into a hug "it's okay babes" the blonde looks at her "what did he do to me?" then she burst into tears. Aurelia helps her up "Come on babes... let's get you home and I promise I'll tell you everything I know" Caroline nods.

Aurelia takes Caroline home and Caroline changes and falls asleep while Aurelia is changing. Aurelia walks out to see Caroline asleep so she figures she'll let her sleep and tell her tomorrow. Before she goes to bed herself she sends Jenna a text telling her that she's sleeping over at Caroline's and then she crashes beside her best friend.
