(Salvatore House)
The Bloodworth family found themselves gathered around a grand dining table, joining the Salvatore family for a memorable meal. It was their first week in Mystic Falls-- back to Mystic Falls-- and although Giuseppe Salvatore didn't call for this dinner, his son Stefan did, he still sat quietly and ate his food.
Myra stayed silent as well while her older sister Kali went on and on about the intricacies of the Salvatore Garden. All the colors, the enchanting smells grabbed her attention and even when she talked about it, she knew she wanted to keep going back and watch them bloom to life for however long that may take.
Bellona sat the end of the table, while Giuseppe sat on the other. She watched him purposefully and watched as every time he went to lift up his glass, his hand trembled and every time he looked in the direction of Belle, and her two children, a disgusting expression flared up in his face. He ate slowly and watched his food closely.
Yet, amidst the laughter and camaraderie, an undercurrent of tension coursed through the air. "I think this dinner has come to an end" Giuseppe recalls as he stands to his feet, using the napkin that rest on his lap to wipe the corners of his lips. "You have barley eaten, Mr. Salvatore" Belle announces, pointing towards his plate.
"Because I can't eat near you and your tiny gremlins no longer!" Giuseppe declares and Stefan scoffs in disbelief, "Father, they are a part of the council, they are a respected family here. Just for one night, father, can you give them a chance" Stefan counters, and practically begging for the dinner to not go to waste.
"You've heard the rumors. Everywhere this family goes, trouble follows. Those demons follow. How they got on the council, I couldn't tell you, but it's evil, I tell you! Evil!" Stefan's father shouts out, not bothering to whisper or even step into another room as he shouted such heinous things.
Bellona, always composed and graceful, met his outburst with serene smile, her eyes filled with understanding. "I appreciate your honesty," she said softly, her voice carrying a gentle strength. "But let us remember that unity and compassion can triumph over hatred. We are all capable of growth and change."
With those words, Bellona excused herself and her daughters from the table, seeking a moment of reflection. As they retreated from the dining room, the bond between the Bloodworth family grew stronger, their unwavering support for one another shining through in the face of adversity.

(present day)
Caroline strolled through the aisles of the local clothing store, her eyes scanning the racks for some fresh additions to her wardrobe. The soft glow of the boutique's lighting illuminated the colorful array of garments, enticing her to explore further. As she moved through the aisles, her heart skipped a beat when she spotted Kali, her presence like a burst of energy.
Caroline's smile widened as she approached Kali, their eyes meeting in a moment of recognition. "Well, well, look who we have here. The fashionista herself," Caroline teased, her voice filled with playful admiration.
Kali let out a melodious laugh, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "And here I thought I was the only one with impeccable taste. Seems like we're drawn to the same stylish finds." she replied, a hint of flirtation woven into her words.
Caroline's cheeks flushed with a mixture of excitement and intrigue. She couldn't deny the magnetic pull between them, the way their conversation seemed to dance on the edge of something more.
"So, Kali, what brings you out shopping today?" Looking for something specific?" Caroline asked, her voice filled with genuine curiosity. Kali chuckled, her eyes twinkling mischievously. "No specific agenda just thought I'd explore some of the town today. It's... changed" Kali replies.
Caroline nodded, a playful smile dancing on her lips. "Always a good idea. Mystic Falls is pretty cool" Caroline says as Kali notices her looking through a rack of dresses. "A special occasion?" Kali questions and Caroline looks over at Kali in shock, "Only the best day of the whole year. Miss Mystic Falls."
"Oh... you're going to be in the pageant" Kali realizes as Caroline places a light blue dress up towards her body and turns to look in the mirror. Kali shakes her head, "That's not you" Kali declares and Caroline knits her brows in confusion, "What? This is so me!" she shrieks.
"No, it's you, but it's not... you" Kali enhances her words and gestures up and down Carolines body before she searches through the rows of dresses on the racks and pulls out a long sleeveless green silk one and holds it up to Caroline's body frame.
"Gorgeous, don't you think?" Kali questions as Caroline pushes it up against her body, imagining what it would look like on her and hugging the curves of her body. The fabric felt smooth against her fingertips, and she couldn't help but look at Kali with a mixture of lust and slight questioning.
"It's perfect" Caroline inquires and Kali claps her hands, "Looks like my work here is done, but you look surprised" Kali declares, her head tilted. "We've only met one time before this and you understand me perfectly. That's all" Caroline smiles, keeping hold of the hanger the dress hangs off of.
Kali's eyes sparkled with amusement as she leaned in closer, her voiced filled with a hint of mystery. "Sometimes connections are formed in an instant. It's like the universe conspires to bring two souls together. I guess when I first saw you in here looking at all these dresses, I could see you wanted that one, you just weren't sure if green was your color" Kali explains.
"What are you a witch?" Caroline chuckles and Kali widens her eyes playfully before sending the laughter back, "Oh, I wish" Kali mumbles under her breath.
As they continued their friendly banter, a familiar voice broke through the air. "Caroline, you ready to go?" A boy with obvious rugged charm speaks up. His hair is blonde, but in some ways could be a light brown. He has piercing blue eyes that Kali can't even deny are attention grabbing and as for his personality, he comes across as genuine and down to earth.
Caroline slipped the dress back onto the rack and turned towards Matt, slipping her hand into his and that's when Kali put the pieces together. "Matt" Caroline greeted, "Yes, I am" she replied, her gaze lingering on Kali for a moment longer than necessary.
Kali bid them farewell with a knowing smile, her eyes locked with Caroline's. And as Caroline walked away hand in hand with Matt, she couldn't help but steal a glance back at Kali, a silent promise of future encounters hanging in the air.
Caroline and Matt ventured out of the store, their steps carrying them towards new adventures. But deep down, Caroline couldn't help but wonder what could have unfolded if she had stayed a little longer, lost in the enchanting presence of Kali.
LOCKWOOD
RESIDENCE
As Sheriff Forbes and the council members gathered at the Lockwood Residence, Damon sauntered in with his cheeky demeanor. "Well, well, well, what do we have here? A secret supernatural society meeting without me? I'm hurt" Damon teased, flashing his signature smirk.
Sheriff Forbes rolled her eyes playfully, "Not really secret if you go around telling everyone, but we have some important business to discuss" she declares, causing Damon to raise an eyebrow, intrigued. "Alright, Sheriff. What's the big secret this time? Did Mystic Falls finally get a decent coffee shop?".
Sheriff Forbes chuckled and then turned serious. "Actually, we have a new member on the council, the new high school principal. And she knows about the vampires" Sheriff declares, making Damon's confusion turn to concern.
"Wait, what? How does she know?" Damon questions.
Just then, the door swung open, revealing a woman who exuded power and danger. Her eyes gleamed with ancient knowledge, and her presence sent shivers down Damon's spin. It was Bellona Bloodworth, the women known for causing chaos.
Damon's voice faltered as he spoke, a mix of shock and evident. "Bellona Bloodworth? What the hell is she doing here? She's not exactly known for playing nice" Damon declares as Sheriff Forbes shrugs her shoulders, "I don't know. I tried to look up some information on her and children, but their files only go back so many years. I can't even find a birth certificate, Damon. So, something is definitely wrong here" Sheriff Forbes encounters.
Damon swallowed hard, his eyes never leaving Bellona. He knew he had to navigate this dangerous situation with caution. Bellona was not someone to be taken lightly.
Damon's heart raced as he found himself caught in Bellona's piercing gaze. Her presence exuded an undeniable power, making him feel small and vulnerable. Meanwhile, Bellona reveled in the thrill of watching Damon squirm, relishing every moment of their interaction.
"Oh, Damon Salvatore, always so rattled. It's almost too entertaining to watch you struggle for dominance." she taunted with a sly grin, her voice dripping with amusement.
Damon straightened his posture, attempting to regain some semblance of composure, but his unease was evident. "You may have everyone else fooled, but I know better than to trust someone like you. What's your game, Bellona?" Damon questions, adding emphasis on her name at the end.
"Oh, Damon, you wound me. I'm actually here on the council to keep this town safe especially the school my children attend. You should be thanking me" Bellona's smile widened, her eyes glinting mischievously.
Damon couldn't help but scoff, his skepticism still intact. "Save it. I've seen and heard enough of you already to know you're always up to something. I'll find out what you're really after."
The air crackled with tension as Damon and Bellona locked eyes, their battle of wills intensifying. Damon knew he had to remain vigilant, determined to unveil the secrets that Bellona had.
MYSTIC
GRILL
Damon sat at the bar of Mystic Grill, nursing his drink, the weight of his unfulfilled search for Katherine weighing heavily on his heart. The alcohol had dulled his senses, but it couldn't erase the ache of her absence. Just as he was lost in his thoughts, Sheriff Forbes appeared, breaking his reverie.
"Hey, Damon," Sheriff Forbes said, concern etched on her face. "Looks like you've been here awhile" she declares, Damon looking up, his eyes slightly glazed before he offered a half-hearted smile. "Just drowning my sorrows, Sheriff. Love always seems to fail for me" Damon declares, tossing back a shot of bourbon.
"I understand" Sheriff relates, Damon looking over at her, "Right. Gay husband" Damon takes in a breath, shaking his head as Forbes takes a seat next to him.
"I did some more digging on the Bloodworth family, Bellona specifically. Like before, her file is pretty sparse. No job history, no school records, no criminal record. It's like she's a ghost, which makes me wonder how she even got the job. Never been to college and has no degree whatsoever" Sheriff Forbes explains.
Damon's gaze flickered with a mix of frustration and knowing. He couldn't reveal the truth without exposing his own supernatural secrets. "Yeah, it's weird, isn't it? But trust me, there's more to her than meets the eye."
"I believe you, Damon, but no information on her file puts us on the fence about her abilities" Sheriff Forbes indicated, her expression reflecting a shared understanding and also fear. Damon cleared his throat, knowing what she was referring to.
"There's a fundraiser tonight. Lots of people and lots of drinks will be passed around. I already invited her to join us for tonight, so keep an eye out on her. Vervain will be slipped into everyone's drinks tonight" Sheriff Forbes discreetly informs, looking around to make sure no one else has heard her.
Damon slowly nods his head, understanding what this means for him. No drinks for him at all tonight. "Also, the town's most eligible bachelors get raffled off for dates, and, well, we're short a bachelor" Forbes declares and Damon smirks, a glint of mischief in his eyes, "Are you asking me to stand in front of a room full of women who are fighting over me?" Damon asks playfully.
Sheriff Forbes chuckles, as well as letting out a sigh of relief, "Thank you, and be careful" she declares, hopping down off the bar stool, "Careful is my middle name, Sheriff. But you know me, I like to live dangerously" Damon says, watching as Sheriff Forbes walks away and out of the grill, both of them sharing a knowing look on her way out.
Damon couldn't help but wonder if he was prepared for the dangerous path that lay ahead. The mystery of Bellona Bloodworth would unravel in due time, and he would be there to face it head-on.
In the distant corner of the bar, a seperate booth concealed Bellona, her presence unnoticed by Damon and Sheriff Forbes. With a sly smile playing on her lips, she eavesdropped on their conversation, her eyes gleaming with intrigue. Slowly, she raised her virgin martini to her lips, taking a deliberate sip, always staying one step ahead.
Little did they know, Bellona had secrets of her own, and she was ready to play her part in this intricate dance of shadows.
But only for a little....
MYSTIC
GRILL
In the bustling Mystic Grill, a line had formed as people eagerly grabbed raffle tickets for the fundraiser. Bellona, accompanied by her two daughters, Kali and Myra, stood patiently in the queue. Myra, dressed in an uncomfortable dress that her mother insisted on, tugged at it incessantly, her discomfort evident in her every movement.
On the other hand, Kali seemed to relish her outfit, her eyes scanning the room until they landed on Caroline, who was passing out the raffle tickets at the front, excitement flickering in Kali's eyes.
"Look, it's Caroline. Maybe this fundraiser won't be so bad after all" Kali declares as Myra's eyes followed Kali's gaze, "Oh, yeah. Some preppy blonde girl is going to make this night so much better" Myra mocks, Kali leaning over and nudging her shoulder.
"Are you kidding me? How old are you?" Myra questions harshly as she reaches over her mother, pinching Kali on the arm, "Ow! --" Kali shrieks until her mother forces herself between them.
"Will you two stop it? I need you guys to be my eyes tonight. I told you what they were planning on me, now is not the time for this ruckus" Bellona encourages before they finally reach the front of the line, the vibrant energy of the event filled the air, mingling with the scent of delicious food and the hum of lively conversations.
Bellona exchanged a polite nod with Caroline, who handed, only, Bellona a raffle ticket with a warm smile since the raffles were for the bachelor men being auctioned soon. "Have a good night, you guys" Caroline greeted, Bellona and Myra moving along the crowd while Kali stayed behind.
"Kali, hey, have you heard from Bonnie at all?" Elena asks and Kali shakes her head sadly, Elena letting out a sigh of disappointment, prompting Kali to move her gaze back over to Caroline. "I must say, you have a way with those raffle tickets" Kali says with a playful smirk as she leans against the booth, her voice dripping with charm.
As Matt stood nearby, Caroline couldn't help but steal glances at him, heart still yearning for his affection. Meanwhile, he was too busy talking to Elena, their laughter being almost as loud as the whole party itself. However, Kali kept her eyes on Caroline, her words and demeanor had a magnetic pull, drawing Caroline into a trance she couldn't resist.
"That has to be the oddest compliment I've ever heard, and I would know, I get plenty of them" Caroline blushed, her eyes meeting Kali's gaze. Kali chuckled; her voice laced with a hint of mischief. "Odd or not, you make it look so... enchanting" Kali declares, her eyes wandering up and down Caroline's frame.
Caroline's heart fluttered, a mix of confusion and excitement swirling within her. She knew her feelings for Matt were strong, but Kali's had ignited a spark she couldn't ignore. The air around them crackled with an unspoken tension, a delicate dance of flirtation amidst the backdrop of the bustling fundraiser.
She quickly composed her, offering a warm smile towards Kali. "Well, enjoy the rest of the night" Caroline clears her throat as Kali exits her presence, and Caroline couldn't help but steal one last glance at Kali's confident figure, her mind filled with a whirlwind of emotions.
The night had just begun.
_________
Myra found herself in the dimly lit corner of the Mystic Grill, her mischievous eyes scanning the room for an opportunity. Spotting a tray of wine glasses, she couldn't resist the temptation. Swiftly, she snatched one and took a sip, savoring the taste of the stolen indulgence.
Just as Myra was about to revel in her little secret, Jermey Gilbert appeared beside her, a playful smirk on his face. "I don't think those were meant for you," he teased, his eyes sparkling with amusement.
Myra's nonchalant facade faltered for a moment, surprised by Jeremy's unexpected presence. She quickly regained her composure and downed the entire glass of wine, a mischievous glint in her eyes. The taste of the vampire poison, Vervain, staining her taste buds. She kept her cool, not letting the tangy taste show on her face.
"Who says I can't enjoy myself to drinks that are being offered?" Myra questions, her voice dripping with snark. She tugged at the uncomfortable dress she was wearing, trying to find some solace in the situation.
"I watched you steal that" Jeremy recalls, chuckling as his gaze lingers on Myra. "But if you're going to break the rules, might as well do it style" Jermey declares, his eyes looking down at her dress, causing Myra to shoot him a sly smile, her guard slowly lowering as their banter continued.
Despite her initial intention to keep the conversation short, she found herself engaged in an unexpected exchange with Jeremy, their snarky remarks bouncing off each other.
_________
The bachelors were all on the stage giving an introduction and it was now Damon's turn to speak. Bellona stood over by the bar, staring at him from the distance. "And last, but not least, Damon Salvatore. We don't have much on you" Carol Lockwood announced into the microphone, "Well, I'm tough to fit on a card" Damon declares.
"Do you have any hobbies, like to travel?" Carol wonders, "Oh, yeah. L.A., New York. Couple of years ago, I was in North Carolina. Near the Duke campus, actually. I think-I think Alaric went to school there. Didn't you, Ric?" Damon questions, Bellona looking over at Elena, who knits her brows in confusion, wondering where this conversation is going.
Damon turns to look at Alaric, who does the same, "Yeah, cause I-- I know your wife did." Damon explains, putting out Alaric's personal business for all of Mystic Falls to hear. What was he getting at? Why was Elena so shocked? So many questions... So many secrets.
"I had a drink with her once. She was-she was a great girl. Did I ever tell you that? Cause she was -- Delicious. Mmm! Mmm mmm" Damon exaggerated, his tongue sliding over his bottom lip as he sends a cheeky smile over to Alaric, who's smile surely dropped into one realization. Meanwhile, the corner of Bellona's lips twitched into a smile. What an interesting way to say you killed someone's wife...
A couple of moments go by, and the raffle ticket is ready to be read aloud and the person who gets called wins a special night with Damon Salvatore. Bellona looks down at her raffle ticket carelessly, only wanting to come tonight to scout out the competition and get more insight on the recent vampire activity in Mystic Falls.
"And bachelor number 3 goes to 37552" Carol Lockwood reads out and when she looks down at her ticket, she is shocked to see that it's not hers. "Anyone have 37552?" Carol questions and Bellona rolls her eyes in annoyance before raising her hand, "I do" she announces and hears multiple sighs across the grill, scoffing softly at the desperation.
"Oh, our new high school principal, Bellona Bloodworth" Carol Lockwood introduces, a wave of applause echoes throughout the building. Damon tries to keep a straight face but can't help his disappointment and slight fear as he buttons his suit jacket and steps down off the stage to reclaim his prize.
But before he can even get close enough to Bellona, he meets halfway with Elena, who was not happy being in his presence, which was normal, but for this specific night and time, he was utterly confused. The conversation continued and suddenly the truth came to light, secrets that were kept hidden, resurfaced.
Elena's birth mother was Alaric's wife, meaning Damon killed her mother. The drama continues to unfold right before her eyes and Bellona didn't even have to lift a finger.
Damon met up with Bellona at the bar, his face faltered and full of guilt. "If you thought you'd win her over with that, you need some new pick-up lines. 'I killed your birth mother' isn't much of a good start" Bellona taunt, Damon shaking his head in annoyance.
"I guess I owe a good night" Damon declares and Bellona shrugs her shoulders, "I guess you do" Belle agrees before her and Damon slipped through the shadows, escaping the confines of the grill, their footsteps echoing softly in the empty alley. Damon, ever the opportunist, attempted to catch Bellona off guard, but she was already 50 steps ahead.
As Damon swiftly turned around, his vampire speed on full display, Bellona's hand shot forward, a glass of wine in her grasp. With a mischievous grin, she flung her glass and before Damon could react, the liquid splashed across his face, the vervain-infused substance causing his skin to burn.
Damon staggered back, his face contorting in pain as the vervain seared through his veins. Anger flashed in his eyes as he wiped away the remnants of the wine, his snarky remarks momentarily silenced by the intensity of the situation.
Bellona, her gaze filled with a mix of amusement and superiority, approached Damon with calculated steps. "You thought you could outsmart me, Damon? You underestimate the power of my age" she taunted, her voice dripping with confidence.
Damon, his pride wounded but his determination unwavering, clenched his fists. "I don't back down from a fight. You may have the upper hand now, but I always find a way to come out on top," he retorted, his voice laced with defiance.
The tension between them crackled in the air, the alley becoming a battleground for their conflicting powers. With each strike, Bellona showcased her superior strength and skill, easily overpowering Damon. Their movements were a dance of aggression and survival, a symphony of punches and kicks.
Through the grunts and the clash of their bodies, their snarky remarks continued to fly. Damon, refusing to let Bellona's taunts go unanswered, fired back with his trademark wit, each word a verbal jab aimed at undermining her confidence.
But as the brawl continued, it became evident that Bellona held the advantage. She had centuries of experience on her side, and Damon was left struggling to keep up. The anger between them intensified, fueling their determination to come out on top.
In that alley, surrounded by darkness and the echoes of their battle, Damon and Bellona's rivalry reached of their battle, Damon and Bellona's rivalry reached new heights. It was a clash of egos, a fight for dominance that would leave a mark on both their souls. And as the dust settled, the question remained: who would emerge victorious in this dangerous game of power?
"Damon!" Stefan shouted out, fueled by his protective instincts. He rushed towards Bellona's his eyes filled with determination. "Enough!" he shouted, his voice echoing through the alley. But before he could reach her, Myra and Kali, Bellona's daughters sprang into action.
Myra, with her lightning-fast speed, launched herself at Stefan, sending him crashing into the brick walls. "I agree. That is enough" Myra declares, the impact reverberated through the alley, Stefan momentarily stunned. Elena, her heart pounding with fear, called out his name in desperation. "Stefan!"
Determined to defend her loved ones, Elena's eyes narrowed as she spotted a wooden plank on the ground. With a swift motion, she snatched it up, gripping it tightly in her hands. Her gaze locked on Bellona, ready to strike.
But Kali, a wicked smirk, intercepted Elena's attack. She swiftly grabbed hold of the plank, overpowering Elena and pinning her against the wall. "You should stick to being the helpless victim" Kali sneered, her voice dripping with disdain.
"Ahh!" Elena started to cry out in pain as she went to touch her head, Kali softly murmuring a spell, "How-- How are you-- Ow!" Elena continues to cry out. "Elena!" Stefan stands up, trying to go be the hero, but Myra grabs ahold of his arm, twisting it behind his back and kicks the bag of his leg, allowing him to watch his lover in excruciating pain.
"It's the spell used to create brain aneurysms. It mostly works for vampires, but with a little revamping, I can make you heal and just start the process all over again" Kali declares, raising her hand to hover over Elena's head, rummaging more power and creating a more painful experience.
Damon, his eyes burning with anger, watched the encounter unfold. His protective instincts kicked into overdrive as he witnessed Elena's struggle. He took a step forward, his muscles tensing, ready to intervene.
But suddenly, a loud noise at the end of the alley drew everyone's attention. Their heads snapped in unison, curiosity and caution filling the air. The distraction momentarily paused the intense confrontation, leaving them all on edge, wondering who awaited them at the alley's end.
Kali proceeded to heal Elena, Stefan quickly rushing over to help her to her feet as they all looked towards the end of the alley. Elena squinted her eyes, getting a better look at the tall, and slightly bulky figure of the man. "I know him. He was at Trudie's..." Elena recalled, everyone taking a wary step forward.
"I have a message for you, Elena Gilbert" The man called out and Elena knitted her brows in confusion, "Who are you?" she asks, and he states pretty clearly that Elena needs to stop looking. He gives no context or further explanation. "Just-- stop looking" is all he says.
"She doesn't want to know you. She doesn't want to talk to you" The mystery man declares, making Elena's eyes fall into ones of realization. "Isobel?" Elena asks and judging by the mans no comment back, she figured she was right. "You need to stop looking. Do you understand?" he asks.
Elena starts to inch forward, but Stefan puts his arm back to keep her behind him. "Elena, he's under compulsion" Stefan states, as the man makes sure Elena understands the clear rules he's been given and she states, yes. Yes, she understands what he is saying. "Stupid" Belle mumbles under her breath as the man looks down the street.
"I'm done now" He states and those are his last words. The man steps backwards into the road. A large truck blares its horn but runs over the man, killing him. Elena, shocked, grabs Stefan.
A rush of wind forms behind the trio, Stefan, Damon and Elena. They swiftly turn around and Elena realizes the Bloodworth family has vanished.
Only a moment after the incident and the Bloodworth's family disappearance, Stefan and Elena run into the middle of the street. People around them are yelling. Stefan kneels down and looks at the man while Elena sees a phone that must have fallen out of the man's pocket and picks it up. Stefan quickly stands up and grabs Elena's arm.
"We have to go, Elena" Stefan urges, rushing down the street with her hand in his.

(guest room in Salvatore House)
As Bellona stood before the grand mirror in her opulent room, the flickering candlelight cast eerie shadows across her face. The room seemed to hold its breath, as if aware of the wickedness brewing within her mind.
With delicate fingers, she slowly unwound the scarf from around her neck, revealing her smooth dark skin. Her eyes, a mesmerizing shade of dark brown, almost black, sparkled with a mixture of mischief and determination. They held the secrets of a thousand years, the weight of her ancient bloodline.
Bellona's gaze lingered on her reflection, studying every contour and curve, as if searching for hidden depths of her own darkness. A sly smile curled upon her lips, revealing a glint of sharp, pearl white teeth. In that moment, her true nature revealed itself-- a predator, cunning and merciless.
The room seemed to hum with an electric energy, as if the very air crackled with anticipation. Bellona reveled in the power coursing through her veins, the intoxicating thrill of her impending plan. She knew that the destruction she would unleash upon Mystic Falls would be both devastating and glorious.
Her mind swirled with visions of chaos and mayhem, the town consumed by a whirlwind of fear and desperation. The vampires, hidden behind her impenetrable barrier, would be unleashed for one final feast upon the unsuspecting humans. The streets would run red with blood, the echoes of screams filling the night.
As she stared into her own eyes, Bellona saw the reflection of a force to be reckoned with-- a force that would shape the destiny of Mystic Falls.
"Have we finally figured out our next move?" A women spoke up, grabbing Bellona's attention. She turned and saw an old friend, Pearl.
"We've been trying to stay under the radar about who and what we are, but these new vampires aren't making it any better in this town. We give them one last feast and we lock them away, making them think all vampires are gone. We make them think they've rid the earth with them, and we stay under the radar. We keep our families safe" Bellona explains.
"And how do you plan to lock away a large number of strong vampires, some new and old?" Pearl wonders, "I have a friend and a spell for that" Belle answers, Pearl nodding in agreement.
With a flicker of satisfaction, Belle whispered to herself, "Let the games begin."
