I really wanted to do a tutorial on neon text since it's one of my favorite types and very easy to do.

So -

Apps needed -

Only Phonto ≧◡≦

Steps:

1. Open the phonto app first.

2. Select the required picture on which you want to write the text.

4. Type whatever you want to write and then click on the style.

5. Then click on the color option and choose the white color.
Then click on the shadow option. Select the color with which you want to bring the neon effect. I chose the green color here.

What you keep in mind for editing neon text is -
Make sure to make the alpha option 255 and the radius from the range of 036 to 042.

I made the radius 042.

Then click on the done option of the rightmost corner and our neon text is ready. Tadaaaa~
