Lucus's gaze meets Erza's, unwavering. "Erza Scarlet, do you understand why I am here? My objective is to facilitate escape of Jasper, your brothers murderer, a task that has already been accomplished," he explains calmly, his tone full of malice.

Erza's strikes become rapid and relentless, each swing aimed at Lucus with precision. However, Lucus's agility proves to be a formidable defense as he effortlessly evades her attacks and even manages to land a punch on Erza, catching her off guard.

"Erza, maintain your focus! He's attempting to manipulate you," Ajax cautions, his voice ringing out above the clash of weapons.

Elena, observing the fight, feels a surge of surprise as Lucus appears to gain the upper hand against the seasoned Kingsguard.

"That's Lucus Raven! He's able to fight two Kings guard at once!" Elena murmured to herself, watching the intense battle unfold before her.

With a sense of urgency, she steps forward, poised to join the battle and assist her comrades.

"Stay back, Elena!" Erza's voice cuts through the chaos, a command urging caution.

Because of Erza's warning, Elena hesitates.

"I know what you guys are doing, stalling the fight till help arrives," Lucus declares with a cool certainty, his gaze penetrating as he assesses the situation with a keen eye.

With a swift and calculated movement, Lucus delivers a devastating blow to Erza, catching her off guard. His punch lands with precision, and in the blink of an eye, he seizes her sword, wielding it with chilling efficiency. As the blade slices through the air, it meets its mark, severing Erza's left arm in a single, merciless stroke.

Elena's anguished cry pierces the air, her voice echoing the shock and horror of witnessing such brutality.

"Erza!!" she screams, her heart pounding with fear and disbelief.

"One down!" Lucus declares with an unsettling calmness.

"You bastard! I did not want to use this!" says Ajax as he joins his hands together.

"Oh! Are you going to release your Curtain? Even Elena will be caught if you use it," says Lucus.

The Curtain Technique was one of the most difficult techniques to master. It allows the user to manipulate their surroundings as per their will. It's like creating your own world inside a small radius. The world that will give upper hand to the user.

"Curtain?" Elena mutters, as she had never heard of it before.

"Maybe I will also release my Curtain!" Lucus prepares himself.

"No, you will not! And neither will Ajax!" declares Evengilena, walking towards Lucus.

"Evengilena? Are you also with Lucus?" says Ajax.

Evengilena walks towards Lucus and whispers, "We need to pull out! Jasper is hurt! And if you still continue with your plan, it won't be two against one, but five against one."

"What plan?" says Lucus.

"Your plan to kidnap Elena," says Emilia.

"This doesn't concern you! You have already achieved your goal, so keep moving," says Lucus.

"Oh, it concerns us," says Emilia, pulling out her dagger. Both Vajra and Evengilena also unsheathe their swords.

Ajax and Erza are surprised by what is going on.

"How does this concern you?" asks Lucus.

"We don't have to answer you," says Evengilena.

"This will be the last time we work together." Lucus says with dissatisfied expression.

"What did you want to speak to me about?" Elena demanded, anger burning in her eyes.

"You are not in the right state of mind to have a conversation. We will soon meet again, I can feel it," Lucus replied calmly.

"You talk about bringing peace to Elysium? I'll bring peace by killing you!" Elena shouted, charging at Lucus with fierce determination.

Before she could reach him, Ajax stepped forward and swiftly knocked her out, rendering her unconscious.

"Only correct decision you've made tonight," Lucus remarked.

"We are sorry for causing trouble! Please help your friend; she is bleeding," says Evengilena with a smile, pointing at Erza.

The four infiltrators vanished, leaving Ajax alone with Erza and Elena, both unconscious on the ground.

As time passed, soldiers arrived at the location. Erza and Elena were swiftly taken to the infirmary for treatment, while Ajax joined forces with the soldiers to search for Lucus. However, by the time they arrived, Lucus and his group had already made their escape, leaving behind only traces of their presence.
