The longest school day ever

Shu walked with Fubuki to his class. "Now you can go in" He said patting the young boy's head in an affectionate manner.

Fubuki nodded happily. "Okay Shu, bye" he said waving at the albino.

"Oh, and meet me after your classes. Let's practise a bit" Shu said. Fubuki squealed as he agreed and ran into the class. Shu went to the gym cause he had PE. The other students were already there when he arrived. Shu looked around hoping not to see violet eyes and he was wrong, luck wasn't in his side. Lui had the same class.

Their teacher came in. He was quite tall and had a tiny moustache which gave out a impression of a mouse. He scanned the students in front of him and said. "Alright kids we're gonna play basketball today you have to split into two teams Lui and Kazuki can choose teams"

Shu sighed. "Great" he thought. The two boys choose their teams. At last only Shu was left with the rest of his class gawking at him. Both boys glared at him. Shu just watched them with a blank expression. "Can this day be any worse?" He thought.

Their gym teacher came to him. "You can join to Lui's team"

Shu blinked. Did he hear it correct? Did he have to join Lui's team now? Gods he's going to die. "What?" Shu and Lui yelled in sync with astonishment lurking inside their mind. But they didn't have any other choice left.

Kazuki smirked. "Well well Lui, this time you're gonna lose. Because you got the biggest loser in your team" mockingly laughed  walking away from the group.

Lui glared looking at Shu. "If I lost today, remember it's because of you" he said pointing a finger toward him in a threatening manner.

Shu stayed silent. the truth was, he didn't know what to say. It was  the worst day of his life. And it will forever be the worst day and amidst all these thoughts storming inside his mind he went to his place to start the game.

The game started. Shu never thought Lui can do anything else besides blading and mocking others but he was seriously good at basketball. And Kazuki was also a good player. They both tried to get the ball to themselves. Shu waited till he gets a chance. But the real game was between Lui and Kazuki. They played like their life depended on it. Well, at least their pride depended on it. That's when Lui lost the ball and Kazuki took it heading to their side. Shu ran to him taking the ball away from the boy tossing it to his side. Shu ran with the ball and passed it for another boy.

The game went forever until Lui's team won. Lui smirked and turned to Kazuki. "You lost again" he said making a mocking remark. Shu was tempted to say that he did not win alone but decided against it and kept his mouth shut. Nevertheless, Shu was amused to see Kazuki turning around to storm off from the stadium. Shu was exhausted. In beigoma they had matches but not this fierce. They played for fun enjoying the game especially Valt. All he can do was trip and fall but still, Shu enjoyed it. He thought about the good old days as he cleaned himself putting on fresh clothes.

He came out of the changing rooms to head to his next class. When all the classes were over, he went to the place he said that he'll meet Fubuki. When Shu reached there, Fubuki was waiting for him. The blonde boy was leaning against a pillar watching the other boys at his age passing by with a blank face. Shu smiled remembering his own self, his act of aloofness toward strangers and when he's comfortable enough he'll go super psycho. Fubuki noticed Shu and waved at him running to the albino with an excited face. This little boy was his only companion in this school.

"Wanna go and practice?" Shu asked.

Fubuki nodded. "There are stadiums that way. But I wonder will they allow us to battle"

Shu bit his bottom lip but forced a smile. "It's okay I'll ask" but the truth was he didn't have the slightest idea that Lui would allow them to battle. They were and still are sworn enemies. But still, Gou can help them. He is the team captain after all.

The two boys walked in silence toward the stadiums. Shu thought about everything that could happen to them. the worst cases of scenarios drew inside his mind. He looked at his hand. He wonder of he could battle like this, with a wounded hand. He thought of Valt, if he saw this he would bring thousands of ice packs to his house and declare Shu to take a full rest. A smile instantly formed on his lips at the thought of his best friend.

His thought were broken by Fubuki's voice. "We're here," he said.

Shu looked at the room and slightly gasped. It was huge. Compared to the beigoma stadiums is just a child play. There were twenty stadiums in total. And there club's logo was on the door. Kids were training in each and every stadium. It was seriously a stunning place for Shu. No wonder they are the best team in Japan with facilities like this they should reach the top. Shu looked around and saw a group of boys around his age and with them was his enemy, Lui Shirasagi. First, he didn't spot the albino standing by the door but after some nerve wrecking minutes he saw Shu and the blonde standing at the door.

Shu walked inside. "Stop right there" A familiar cold voice yelled at them. Everyone stopped blading and turned their heads. And as Shu expected it was Lui who yelled. Shu narrowed his eyes. The whole stadium was in silence. Everyone knew the grudge between the two best bladers in Japan. And to see them in person like this might've felt like a miracle and Shu knew that there were many bladers out there waiting to see a game between the two. They stared at the two of them.

Shu ignored him and walked straight toward Gou. The taller boy smiled. "Hey Shu" he said. "I thought you would come. It's an honour to have you here"

Shu smiled. "Thanks!" He said. "Is there any stadium I can use?"

Gou nodded leading them toward a bey stadium which was not occupied. "What are you doing here? " Lui yelled at him. Shu winced at his sound. "Man Valt is good" Shu muttered to himself wondering how much loud a person can be.

"Lui, stop yelling I'm the captain. I take decisions not you" Gou said with his stern voice. Shu cheered for Gou inwardly. Lui huffed. If there is anyone who can tame Lui, it was Gou. Shu took a clear look at the other two boys. He recognized them from the team battles. It was Shinki and Katana.  They didn't smiled or talked to him. Maybe they are scared of Lui or they simply didn't want to.

"You can use this," Gou said.

Shu nodded thanking him and took out Spryzen and his launcher while Fubuki did the same. "This is Forneus" he said showing off his bey with a look of pride lacing his face. Of course each and every blader was proud of their respective beys. And Fubuki was more than happy to show it to a renowned figure when it comes to beyblade, Shu. Not everyone get this chance. Shu took the bey and examined it closely admiring the strong tip.

"Let's see how well you can do" Shu said getting to his position. Fubuki nodded, determined.

After the countdown the two beys flew into the stadium. Spryzen charged toward the other bey and in no time it was in three pieces. Fubuki gasped looking at the red coloured bey. The overwhelming power of Spryzen was amazing to witness. He huffed. "I'm not powerful right?" He said looking at Shu with a expression filled with despair.

Shu took his bey. "You are. " he said walking toward the younger boy. "Lets try another launch. Try tilting your launcher"

Fubuki took his stance and launched his bey. But it stopped as soon as he launched. He took his bey and sighed. "Do you think I have a talent for beyblade ?"

Shu placed a hand on his shoulder. "Do you like beyblade?" Fubuki nodded as Shu smiled.             "There you got it, that's your talent "

Fubuki smiled he took his stance and tried over and over again. Shu looked at the younger practicing, a nostalgic look overtaking his features. He used to practice non-stop like this. At last Fubuki's launch was successful. "Yes" the younger boy beamed. "I did it Shu"

Shu smiled and complimented him. "Hard working is the key. Make sure you practice"

Fubuki nodded. "I will, I'll become stronger and one day I'll beat you"

Shu smiled ruffling his blonde locks. "Well, I'll be waiting for that day to come" He looked at his watch to see that it's late. "We should stop for today, I'll see you tomorrow"

Fubuki nodded as he ran to get his bag. Shu looked around, only the members of the club was there, practicing. Shu took his bey and launcher. But before he could leave a voice addressed him. "Do you think you are that powerful?"

Shu spun around to face with Kazuki. He raised an eyebrow. "Your point?"

Kazuki took out his bey. "This is Crashing Magnus. Let's battle"

Shu didn't answer him. He looked at his hand. His fingers were becoming sore. Shu shrugged. "Maybe tomorrow?"

Kazuki smirked. "Already scared? you white haired loser"

Shu looked at the boy. His face held a determined expression. He can feel that Lui and the others were watching them. That's when Shu realized. Kazuki is doing this to show Lui that he is a good blader. He wants to be a  friend of him. But he never seem to be got the chance. Shu almost sympathized him. If he used this time to get attention to something more valuable maybe he could've done many things rather than just bullying people

Shu nodded. "Okay two point match then"

Both of them went to either side of the stadium. Gou came to them as the ref as he began the countdown.

3 2 1 let it rip

The two beys flew into the stadium. Crashing Magnus attacked Spryzen in every way he can. Spryzen dodged each and every attack. "Now Crashing launch" Kazuki yelled. A brown colour aura surrounded him as the same colour bey attacked with high speed.

"Spryzen now, Counter break" Shu yelled. A fiery red aura surrounded him. The two beys clashed, red and brown, to take the win. And Crashing Magnus was soon in three pieces.

"That's it" Gou called. "A burst finish! Shu Kurenai wins the match"

Kazuki fell into his knees collecting the bey pieces. He glared at Shu. "You'll pay for this"

Shu took his bey as he walked away waving at Gou. "Gou thanks for letting me practice here" he said.

Gou nodded. "Sure thing Shu and anytime"

Lui made an annoying sound as he looked at the blader on his knees. "Told you, you have lot to learn" Lui said as he went to another stadium and launch his bey.

Shu walked out of the school. His hands inside his pockets. He looked at the setting Sun. He missed beigoma academy. He missed his friends. Shu took out Spryzen out of habit. "I miss the times with them, Spryzen " he talked to his bey. The bey twinkled in response. Shu sighed walking along. "It was the longest school day ever"

Well that wasn't good. And sorry for not updating so long. I'm off.
