Shu walked to the cafeteria like any normal other day. It was another exhausting day of school. A smile instantly came to his lips when he saw Lui and the others waiting for him. As soon as Shinki spotted Shu he started waving like crazy. 

"He's not blind idiot" Lui yelled at Shinki as the latter didn't even listen to the rude remark of the dragon blader. 

Shu walked to them and sat down beside Lui. "You're late"

Shu just hummed without giving an answer. Placing his chin on his hand he turned to Lui. "So?"

Lui sighed waving his hand as he started eating others did the same as Gou broke the silence. "So Shu? Excited about the team battles"

Shu smiled. "I still can't believe I'm in the team Ride-out"

"Of course It's far more better than that bey club of yours" Lui said tilting his head. 

Shu frowned. "That's not I meant. I just.... bruh... I'm happy that I can participate in the team games. After all I never thought that I'd be able to participate in the team"

"or fall in love with Lui" Shinki adds. 

Shu stuck out his tongue in response as Katana talked. "And about the party of Zac. All of you are coming right?"

"Yeah that damn party. I'm the guest of honor again"

Shu chuckled. "But not like last time I'll be waiting the guest of honor to arrive"

Lui took his hand and gave it a comforting squeeze. "You sure will"

"Duh... stop flirting you two" Shinki remarked as Lui smirked. "Jealous much? Cause Katana still haven't ask you out?"

"Drop tha-" Shinki started but before he could finish his sentence Katana chimed in. "Hey Shinki, Wanna go out with me? As my date to Zac's party"

Shinki just stared at him. Eyes wide. Lips slightly parted. The whole table fell into stunned silence. Shu, Lui and Gou waiting for the answer of Shinki. Shinki blinked. "Really? No kidding?"

"No kidding"

Then he smiled brightly. "Sure. Gladly"

Gou threw his hands on the air. "Hallelujah. I'm so happy. Now I'm the loner of the group. Single forever"

"It's just a date" Shinki said as pink colour dusted his cheeks. 

"Of course it starts as a date then you guys book a room or just choose an isolated corner and then you-" Lui stopped as Katana slammed his hands on the table. 

"I dare you if you complete that sentence there would be a murder right here"

"Really"Lui smirked. "I can-" Katana jumped to Lui but he dodged as the last second Katana stumbled and to balance himself he gripped on Shu's seat making him hit his head on the chair beside him and fall down. 

"Hey" Shu exclaimed rubbing his head. "I didn't do anything. Why are you punishing me for what he said?"

Katana smiled sheepishly helping Shu up. "Sorry Shu my bad"

"Hey" Lui grumbled behind them. "Hands off from my boyfriend. Go and be with your one"

Katana smirked. "Jealous much Shark tank?"

"Why you little-" But before he could finish the sentence the bell rang signalling that their break is over. Everyone headed their own ways promising to meet the next day at Zac's party. The rest of the day flew away almost instantly. Next day Shu got up by the sound of someone ringing the doorbell. Shu groaned dragging his feet to the door. 

"Who is it?" He muttered to himself sleepily opening the door. He opened the door to reveal Lui Shirasagi standing in front of his door. Shu gave him a blank expression before closing the door right into his face. 

"Wha-" He heard Lui saying. 

Shu didn't lock the door as Lui came in to see Shu laying on the couch. "Why did you close the door?"

"Be glad I didn't lock it. It's too early for this Lui" Shu grumbled. 

Lui took his leg and dragged the albino blader off the couch. With a heavy splat he fell down. Shu just groaned but didn't even bother to get up. Lui sighed looking at his boyfriend. He poked his stomach with his toe earning a chuckle from the latter. 

"Come on snowflake get up"

"I'm sleepy. There's still time to get ready for Zac's party" Shu stated sitting down on the floor. Then he furrowed his brows. "Wait why are you here anyway? Aren't you gonna go from that ship and make a grand entrance"

"Yeah. But I'm not going alone this time"

"You mean" Shu stopped as Lui nods. "Yeah. now go and get dressed quickly we need to go"

Shu went in to his room and closed the door behind him. He changed to his usual outfit and opened the door to see Lui. He almost jump back in surprise. "What the... don't scare me like that"

"Don't wear that" Lui said as Shu tilted his head. "Snowflake, do you remember the outfit you wore the day we went to that Sakura park? Can you wear it today? uh... please?"

Shu frowned looking at his usual attire. "O..kay?" He said in an unsure tone. He went in and put on the black jeans and white sleeveless shirt with a black denim jacket. He went out seeing Lui waiting for him in the living room. He looked at Shu and smiled. 

"Let's go"

The two walked in silence enjoying the peaceful atmosphere around. Shu took a deep breath as they arrived to the beach. It was calm and warm from the fresh sun rays of the morning. Lui stared at the sunrise. "There are many beautiful things in beigoma"

Shu smiled. "Really? Like what?"

"Like this amazing sunrise and you"

Shu looked at him with a small pink blush decorating his pale cheeks. "You use cheesy lines recently". Lui didn't answer as he just stared at the sun. Shu take off his sneakers and stepped into the water. The cold water swirled around his feet. Shu chuckled turning to Lui. 

"I don't want to do that" Lui remarked. 

Shu pouts. "You're no fun"

Lui smiled as he sat down on the sand waiting for the ship to arrive after staying in the water for few seconds Shu joined him and sat down beside him. A comfortable silence enveloped between the two. Both of them staring at the space. "You know Lui" Shu suddenly talked drawing his knees to his chest and hugging them tightly. Lui looked at Shu and hummed in reply. "I feel happy"

"Yeah?"

"Yeah. Back when I went to beigoma I always came here mostly alone. I used to stare at nothing for hours and hours. I know this may sound naive but I thought back then I will come here with someone so special to me and stay with his watching the sunrise or sunset in silence. And here I am"

Lui kept quiet as Shu teared his gaze away from the sunset and looked at him. He tilted his eyes giving him a close eyes smile. "Thank you for being that special person"

Lui reached to Shu cheek and pressed a kiss. "I think I'm the luckiest person to have you"

The ship arrived right at the moment. Lui got up and dusted the sand off his pants. He turned to Lui and reached his hand. Shu took it and got up. Both of them walked to the ship and got on board. Shu felt excited to be there with Lui. He stood with closed eyes on the deck feeling the amazing feeling as the sea wind hit his face. Lui stared at the albino. He was like an art. Perfect and picturesque. 

Shu suddenly turned to him. "Hey it feels like Titanic"

"If it's Titanic this ship will sink idiot" Lui stated. 

"I'm not talking about the sinking Ship. I'm talking about Jack and Rose"

"Oh yeah isn't it Jack and Jill?"

Shu scowled as Lui started to laugh and he started the nursery rhyme. "Jack and Jill, Went up the hill"

"You aren't funny" Shu looked away when Lui walked to him and wrapped his arm around Shu's waist. 

"Oh come on babe I'm hilarious"

Shu huffed turning to face the sea again. They could see the party area from afar.  They both looked at each other in silence as Lui intervened their fingers together. Shu felt a little nervous cause all of the bladers would be there and it's the first time they're seeing Lui and Shu as a couple. Shu didn't know what they're reaction would be. But he pushed those thoughts away. He's not alone in this Lui is right there beside him he thought glancing at the dragon blader beside him.

Meanwhile at the party Gou looked around searching for someone. "Where is Shu?" He voiced his thoughts.

Katana and Shinki and the bey club was with them. Gou thought Shu would come with the rest of the bey club cause they live nearby. But when he didn't he went to the final conclusion. "Maybe he isn't coming"

"But Lui said he's coming right? Then Shu would come don't you think?" Katana said. 

"Yeah that's true"Shinki agreed but before they could discuss any further Zac's voice could be heard. 

"Well everyone it's time to welcome our guest of honor and he's coming with his lucky charm today. That's what he told me" Zac said. 

"Shu is with Lui" Wakiya muttered as others quickly agreed. 

The whole crowd turn to the arriving Ship. They could recognize the figures of the two best bladers in Japan. Lui was the first one to hop down from the deck. Then he helped Shu to get down from the deck. When both of them get down Lui and Shu headed to the stage where Zac was waiting for them. Shu kept his eyes trained to the ground. He was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown. 

"Hello you two nice to see you guys again" Zac said wiggling his brows. 

"Shut up" Lui said as Zac pouted. "Come on I'm happy to see you two hand in hand. It's so romantic. Ah! my heart" He said dramatically clutching his heart.

Shu looked up at last. And mumbled a little hello unsure of what else to say in this situation. Zac didn't recognize the nervous expression of the albino blader. He looked at the crowd and said. "Everyone this is the new born couple of the bey blade history. Lui and Shu let's give them a round of applause." 

Shu blinked. Lui looked pissed. "This is not some kind of a game show you dummy so shut up"

The crowd cheered. Most of the girls looked disappointed but looked happy for them. Shu didn't thought they would get a positive reaction about this. After some talking the two escaped from the crowd and wondered around for their friends when they came across a noodles shop. Shu looked at Lui. "Let's eat something. I'm hungry"

Lui nodded as the two ordered a bowl of noodles. They decided only ordering one cause two bowls would be too much for them. The two sat down on a near by bench and got ready to eat. Lui pulled up his legs and sat on cross legged on the bench. They ate in silence for several minutes. Shu picked up another noodle and started eating as Lui did the same after a few seconds they realized it was the same noodle they were eating. Lui looked up at him and smirked as he locked his lips in the end. Lui placed a hand on the back of Shu's head and pressed their lips together. It was sweet as any other kiss they shared but their moment was broken from someone clapping. 

"Sorry to interrupt the moment but hello nice to see you two" Ukyo chuckled. 

They quickly pulled away. Shu groaned in frustration. "Yeah yeah"

"Oh come on Shu, you don't look happy" Xander teased. 

"I'm perfectly happy" Shu said scowling as he crossed his arms. 

Lui sighed leaning back. "What do you all want?"

"Yeah we came looking for you two. Aren't you gonna join the team games that Zac had organized?" Yugo asked as both of the bladers gave them a puzzled look.

"What games?" Shu asked in a confused manner. 

"Probably that dumb Zac the trashcan doing something idiotic in the name of team bonding" Lui grumbled earning a surprise look from the others. 

"That's what he exactly said but not the trashcan part" Ukyo said as Lui turned to Shu with a winning smirk. "See snowflake you're boyfriend is a genius"

"Shut up" Shu said getting up as he walked toward the party area. There was long tables set up across the area and few teams were wearing aprons and chef hats. There was several things on each tables. When Shu looked closer he could understand that those things were used for bake a cake. "What's going on?" Shu thought silently. Breaking his train of thoughts someone broke into laughter behind him. Shu turned around to see Lui laughing so hard so that he's clutching his stomach tightly. Everyone looked surprised bu the sudden outburst of the cold dragon blader. 

"You all looks like damn idiots with those on" Lui stated stopping at last as he wiped tears from his eyes.

Shu again turned his gaze to Zac as the idol started to talk. "Ooh there are you two. Come on we are gonna have a baking competition to find out which team has the most unity among them. Join your team shooting star"

Shu blinked. "A baking competition in a beyblade party? Well... isn't it weird?"

Before Zac could answer he heard Valt's voice. "Hey Shu come on buddy be would be fun besides your amazing at these kind of things so you have a higher chance of winning"

A small smile graced his features. "Says the person who practically lives in a bakery"

Valt smiled sheepishly scratching the back of his head. From the side Lui watched the scene between Valt and Shu. He then took Shu's arm and dragged him to the table where Gou and the other two waiting for them and also he didn't forget to yell at Valt saying. "Of course you terrible freak we're gonna win"

Zac smirked. "Okay guys the task is simple bake a cake and the superstars are the judges hope you all will enjoy this precious moment with your team mates and lover" Zac awkwardly cleared his throat. "Okay you all you're time starts now"

Lui looked at Shu who only had his apron on. Both of them refused to wear chef hats. Lui refused to wear both the hat and the apron but Shu insisted saying that his clothes would get dirty which Lui yelled at him saying don't act like his mother. When the team rideout got set to start the other teams have already started. 

"Hurry up guys we're wasting time" Gou remarked as he go through the ingredients. Katana and Shinki took out each of those as they searched for a good recipe in the internet. Shu sighed rolling up his jacket sleeves and started to make the batter. Other four stopped their worked and observed the albino who smoothly started doing everything they needed. 

"He's boyfriend material" Shinki whispered to Katana as Katana whispered back. "And Lui is murder material what a rare combination"

"Uh... Shu?" Lui called walking to him as he stood beside the albino. 

"Yeah" Shu asked turning away from his work as he faced the dragon blader. Then suddenly Lui took handful of floor to his hands and shoved them on Shu's cheeks. Shu froze as he blinked hazily trying to figure out what just happened. 

"Now you look like a real snowflake" 

Shu stared at him for couple of seconds as a grin appeared on his face. "I'll make you a goddamn snow man" Shu yelled as he took the bag of flour and threw it over Lui's head. When the smoke created by the flour is cleared they could all see Lui completely covered in flour. His blue eyelashes were completely white. 

"Do you wanna build a snowman?" Katana started to sing as Shinki burst out laughing however joined the song. 

"Come on let's go and play"

Lui send them a glare as he turned to Shu. "You're so dead" Shu quickly passed the bowl with the battle to Gou telling him to put it on the oven and took off his apron he didn't take even a minute as he jumped away from the table and started to run away. "I'm off guys"

"Wait you little son of a " Lui yelled chasing the albino who was running past many tables. Most of the teams have stopped their baking and watching the scene in front off them. Shu stopped and turned around breathing heavily to see Lui also had stopped but he started advancing toward Shu slowly catching the pace between the two.

"Stop" Shu said taking another step back. 

"Aww come on babe I just wanna give you a quick hug you know"

"No thanks. I'm fine on my own" Shu gave him a nervous smile as Lui took another step and lunged toward the albino. Shu yelped as the other pulled his into a hug and rubbed his cheek on Shu's. When he pulled away Shu's pale skin was even more white with the extra layer of floor. 

"Rather than a snowflake you look like a ghost" Lui stated looking at Shu thoughtfully.

"You're such and idiot. You shall be put to a mental hospital" Shu muttered dusting his clothes and shaking his head to take off the flour from his hair. 

"Say cheese" Zac appeared from nowhere as he took a photo of the two. Shu scowled at the camera and Lui put up his middle finger to the picture.  "Aww man" Zac said. "You two ruined it"

"It's best to get the photos with their normal expressions" Xander stated from his spot. Shu cursed under his breath. 

"Now what I'm gonna do?" Shu asked from himself looking at his ruined clothes. Zac wrapped an arm around his shoulder. 

"Come on. I'll give you two some clothes. My place is nearby"  Zac leaded the two bladers to a mansion not big as Wakiya's but still it was a mansion. Zac led the two to separate rooms and lend them some clothes. Lui was the first one to get ready. He opened the door of his room and slipped out of the room. He went to the next door and knocked. 

"Come in" Shu's voice said as Lui opened the door to see Shu who had already put on his clothes. His white bangs were still wet from the shower. He looked like a puppy. "So damn cute" Lui thought as he closed the door behind and pushed Shu to the bed. 

"L-lui" 

Lui placed his two hands on either sides of Shu's head and looked deep into his red eyes. He leaned in and pressed their lips together. Their lips moved in sync. The time felt like it was slowing down. They both melted into the kiss none of them wanted to pull away from the sweet moment. But when they were out of air Lui pulled away. He looked at Shu who had his eyes half open and his face flushed red. Someone squealed both of them turned to see Zac by the door. "Uh... I came to say we can leave now or else if you two want to continue that I'll lock the door and leave"

Shu turned completely red. Lui looked annoyed of people breaking their moments. He took the nearby pillow from the bed and threw it toward Zac which hit him fair and square on his face. "Shut up blondie we'll come"

Zac smirked. "I'll pretend that I didn't see  the hot make-out session of someone" 

Lui cracked his knuckles. "Wanna die?"

Zac grinned. "No thanks"

When they returned the area the contest was already over. They were already tasting the cakes to find out which is the best. Shu peered to their to see a white cake with light blue snowflake pattern drawn all over the cake. It looked nice. The beigoma bey club one looked a little burnt. The Sword Flame's have actually done a good job with their one most of the teams have. When it's their turn to describe the pattern of their cake Katana and Shinki took the honors. 

Shu and Lui watched them waiting from the side with Gou. Katana cleared his throat. "Okay so this is the secret cheesy story behind this cake. Once upon a time Shu got this weird idea of calling Lui Elsa"

Shinki took over the story. "And now we're all obsessed with it and after some days Lui started to call Shu snowflake for some reason and taking those two secret love nicknames as our theme we decorated this cake. Drew snowflakes because Lui called Shu snowflake"

"And did it light blue because it kinda give you that frozen vibe" Saying this Katana cleared his throat. "Let it gooo"

"Let it gooo" Shinki joined as the two chorused together. "Can't hold it back anymore. Let it gooo, Let it gooo, Those two will make out one day somehow" 

"Thank you for listening" Shinki bowed dramatically with Katana as Shu and Gou had to hold down a brutal Lui from killing them. Everything ended rather peacefully like they imagined. They all said their good byes and walked along their own ways. It had gotten dark and Lui invited Shu to a sleepover at his place. They walked in peace watching the stars decorating the sky when they heard a loud scream from a nearby place.
