Entry 1

So, I wasn't very proud of this one. For some reason I had decided to stop redoing and just submit this one, I guess I was just a bit tired.

This one was a bit more acceptable for me. The glow didn't turn out like I wanted it at all, so that was a bit interesting. The very first time I tried this with these pics, it looked terrible. It just wasn't working so I redid it a few times.

Once, again, definitely not my best work mainly because of the hair, it's really annoying me. I would have redone it if I had had the time...

Oh boy, I absolutely hated this. It was far, far from satisfying to me but since I had been ill during that time, it's what I went with. For some reason, it still ranked higher than all my other graphics.

I actually really like this one, more than all the other covers I made. It's simpler, but took me all the while more time cause I don't usually do this type of thing...

Aaaaaaa, I don't like these!! But I'm going to go with them anyway because I hate submitting stuff at the last minute and this is already pretty last minute. Yet I literally still procrastinate.... Why is this chapter filled full of graphics which I don't like?

Element Symbol: Ne
Atomic Number: 10

EXPLANATION:
The model is the atomic nucleus and the rings around her are the orbit lanes of the electron (I have no idea what these are in English...) The small dots on these lines are the electrons. Orange was chosen because neon turns orange when in a vacuum, while it generally is colourless. The cover is neon because the neon gas is often used in glow lamps and signs, and we associate them to be neon.

So, my animal was a mouse. Apparently they live in forests (never knew that but yeah) so that's why the background is that. There was this awesome filter which I really liked, but it was like purplish and since my restrictions told me 'no purple' I had to leave it with these colours.

Okay, now why did I choose to do the smoky text? Well, when it mentioned spirit, the first thing I thought of was this half transparent creature, so that's what I decided to go with in the end.
