Operation_Blackout

took me 7 hours mainly cause i was messing with color contrast and the water brush tool

this is them without the water affect

(i got lazy on the black shading)

and when i first made the island

i forgot bubbles... not like you could actually see them with the water textute.

yeah this took 8 hours
