Wow, could that ending have been any more on the nose?

Hang on. Did I just say ending? Yes, yes I did. This book that took me two and a half frickin' years to write is done. I can't believe it either.

So yeah, you can see how it's going to go from here out on. I've got four more books coming up, and all of them are going to end at the battle like this one. Then, finally, we'll get to see what happens afterward. Except that's probably like five years away if the speed with which I wrote this book is any indication. Heh.

And although I said the book is done, it actually isn't. This is still very much the first draft. I have a lot that I'm going to want to change in the future. Specifically, I want to space out the separation between Coriander and Ranger so that it feels more natural and not quite as sudden, and I also want to develop Russell and Sagax more. I have their personalities all in my mind but I feel like I didn't show them as well as I could have. Those are the main things, along with improving the writing in general, of course.

I don't know if anyone's actually still reading this book or not, but that's okay. I understand if people started to drop off. If you did actually make it this far, then thank you so much. Thank you to anyone who's left a comment, who's voted, or who's even read one chapter. You could have done anything else but you chose to read my book, and that means the world to me. Thank you.
