Temporary Stuck
At the End, where space was so silent that all concepts seemed to dissolve into nothingness, Lucia stood in the midst of the changing reality, her sharp eyes scrutinizing something unusual. The End, which was the embodiment of eternal ending, always reduced everything to dust in its presence. But this time, what she felt was beyond comprehension.
Lucia felt a strange pressure enveloping everything. Its presence was not something she had faced before. She stood upright, her wings slightly spread, her gaze scanning the space before her.
Lucia: “What is this? A boundary… but it is not a physical or conventional rule.”
She reached out and lightly touched the space before her, feeling as if an invisible curtain was blocking her path. All her abilities could not immediately break this thing. Her eyes glowed, her consciousness expanding to observe more deeply. Then she saw it: a giant invisible chain that spanned the dimensions of Heaven and Hell, stretching as if it had no beginning or end.
Lucia: “A chain… Unlike anything in three dimensions. It exists in four dimensions – beyond normal perception. It is not merely material, but a symbol of restriction.”
She took a step back, her eyes filled with thought. The chain was not a mere construct. It was a convergence of laws, concepts, and information, fused into an absolute boundary that prevented beings like her from reaching higher dimensions.
Lucia: “We are not allowed to cross, are we? But this only urges us to break it.”
The End within her resonated with the presence of the chain. She felt it vibrate, partly in invitation, partly in protest against her will to destroy.
Lucia closed her eyes, concentrating all the power from the End into her body. A faint black light spread out from her, surrounding her like a smoldering yet menacing flame. She reached out towards a large chain that was glowing brightly in the middle of the endless space, pouring all her strength into the strike.
Lucia: “If this is a barrier, then I will break it!”
Her strike made no sound, but the power from it spread throughout the space. The chain shook violently, each link emitting a bright light as if resisting her will. Time seemed to stop for an eternal moment, then the first link was severed.
The moment the chain was destroyed, a path appeared before Lucia. It was not a familiar path to anyone who had ever walked through it, but an endless stream of light, looking like a corridor leading to nothingness.
Lucia: “Is this the path to the next dimension? But why does it feel so unsettling?”
She stepped in, but immediately felt the space around her change. She was no longer in the familiar four-dimensional space, but stuck between two different dimensions.
Lucia: “What is this? The space is changing… No, it’s not just changing. It’s resisting.”
Around her, the space was warped to the point of stretching endlessly. In her eyes, millions of blurry bubbles appeared, each containing a dream. But this was no ordinary dream – each dream was a reality, a timeline, a separate space. Somehow each bubble blurred into the other, making it impossible for the creature inside to perceive that the other bubbles existed.
Lucia: “The Knowledge of Dreams… What is this? Each bubble contains information from a reality. All are independent and exist in parallel.”
She sensed that in order to move forward, she had to cross this boundary. But unlike the chain, the boundary here cannot be broken by physical force or mere ability.
Lucia: “If this is knowledge, then the only way to overcome it is to absorb it.”
She closed her eyes, letting her consciousness connect with the dream bubbles around her. A stream of information poured into her mind, each dream revealing a piece of the truth, a hidden part of reality. She absorbed it bit by bit, each dream blending into her consciousness like a small piece of a larger puzzle.
Lucia: “It’s so massive… It seems like this is not only a challenge but also a lesson. But if I don’t absorb it all, I will never move forward.”
After a long time, she had absorbed half of the dreams around her. But the other half still stretched endlessly, and she knew that if she was even a step behind, she could be stuck between these two dimensions forever.
Lucia: “I will finish… I will break this boundary, no matter how infinite it is.”
With a determined look in her eyes, Lucia continued her journey, going deeper into the Knowledge of Dreams, where space and time no longer had any meaning. Her journey beyond the limits of reality had only just begun.
