" Alright, what do you see?" Steve says.

" Standard beat cops. Small station. Quiet street. It's a good target," Wanda says.

" There's an ATM on the south corner, which means?"

" Cameras," Wanda says.

"Both cross streets are one-way," Lauren says.

" So, compromised escape routes," Wanda says.

" Means our guy doesn't care about being seen. He isn't afraid to make a mess on the way out. You see that Range Rover halfway up the block?".

" Yeah, the red one? It's cute," Wanda says.

" It's also bulletproof, which means private security, which means more guns, which means more headaches for somebody. Probably us," Natasha says.

" You guys know I can move things with my mind, right?", Wanda asks.

" Looking over your shoulder needs to become second nature", Natasha and Lauren say at the same time.

" Anybody ever tell you two that you're a little paranoid?", Sam asks.

" Never to our faces. Why? Did you hear something?", Natasha asks.

" Eyes on target, folks",Steve says.

The Avengers sit in Lagos, Nigeria. Some undercover.

" Easy for you to say. You don't have a big diamond in your face to distract you," Lauren says as she leans back in her chair

" I told you not to bring the ring", Steve says.

" I wanted to wear it, and, just because you're a Captain doesn't mean you can boss me around."

" I'm not bossing you around. I'm giving you suggestions."

" Are we seriously having this argument again?"

" Guys, you're doing it again", Wanda says.

" Alright, seriously, eyes on target. This is the best lead we've had on Rumlow in six months. I don't want to loose him", Steve says.

" If he sees us coming, that won't be a problem. He kind of hates us", Sam says.

" Sam...see that garbage truck? Tag it", Steve says.

" That truck's loaded for max weight And the driver's armed", Sam says.

" It's a battering ram", Natasha and Lauren say in synch, yet again.

" Go now", Steve says.

" Why?", Wanda asks.

" You've still got a lot to learn, sweetheart", Lauren says, " He's not hitting the police. We need to head down the the IFID right now".

And so, they do.

" Body armor. AR-15s. I make seven hostiles", Steve says through the coms as Sam and Lauren make their way up to the roof.

Lauren lands on the roof with a somersault, then kicks one of the guards down to the ground level as Sam knocks the other one out.

" I make five", Sam says as Wanda uses her powers to lift her to the other side, where she creates a barrier with her powers.

" Lauren?", Wanda asks as she throws the guard up in the air, to which Lauren kicks him down.

" Four", Sam corrects, " Rumlow's on the third floor".

" Wanda, just like we practiced", Steve says as he makes his way over to them.

" Don't throw him into a wall again", Lauren adds.

" What about the gas?", Wanda asks.

" Get it out", Steve says as she lifts him up and through the window with her powers.

Lauren uses her powers to freeze the guards in their place, then blasts them back into the wall to knock them out.

" Are you even gonna get down and dirty?", Sam asks.

" You wait and see, Wilson", Lauren says with a smirk as Wanda contains all the gas with her powers.

" Rumlow has a biological weapon", Steve says.

" I'm on it", Natasha says.

" No you're not," Lauren say as she quickly runs to where Natasha is to help out.

She runs from side to side, dodging the rapid fire from the guards, then does a front flip so she land on one's shoulders and use the momentum to bring him to the ground. She throws her elbow behind her, hitting the other in the chest, and brings her fist up as well, which knocks him out.

Lauren looks over to her right to see Natasha getting shoved down into a tank by Rumlow, and then his lays eyes on her.

" Lauren", He says.

" Brock," Lauren says as she fast walks to him, " This is for putting me in those handcuffs", then punches him right in the chest, causing him to go flying back as Natasha flies out of the tank.

She goes into a coughing fit and Lauren goes over to help her.

" Why do you always choose to go after the biggest guy?" Lauren asks as she lend a hand to help her up.

" I like a challenge", Natasha says.

" Sit the rest of this out," Lauren says..

" I'm fine," Natasha insists.

" Nat..."

" I'm older than you."

" Not by much."

" He's in an AFV headed North", Steve says.

" Got it", Lauren says, " Stay here, Nat".

" I've got four, they're splitting up", Sam says.

" I've got the two on the left", Lauren says as she teleport to where he is, then bolts after the two.

" They ditched they're gear. It's a shell game now. One of them has the payload", Steve says as she continues to run.

Lauren flips over a bike and jumps off of boxes in her path. Once she's close enough, she jumps up and grabs one of them to force him down. As he reaches for his gun, she shoves his arm aside to kick it out of his grasp. She punches him in the chest, grabs a basket to throw at the other of as she drops down to sweep his legs.

She jumps up to wrap her legs around one, flips herself all the way around to the other one and forces him down to the ground as well. She kicks on in the chest, then punches the other one back down to the ground. She sommersaults to grab a gun.

" Drop it. Or I'll drop this.Drop it!".

" He'll do it!"

Lauren sees redwing in the corner of her eye. It shoots one in the neck, so she shoots the other one. She flips over to grab the payload, then flips herself back up before she touches the ground.

" Payload secure. Thanks, Sam", Lauren says as she looks into Redwing's camera.

" Don't thank me", He says.

" I'm not thanking that thing","

" His name is Redwing."

" I'm still not thanking it."

" He's cute. Go ahead, pet him."

Lauren teleports herself to her husband, just in time, too.

"... and you're coming with me", Rumlow says as he shows the button to his bomb vest.

Before Lauren can do something, scarlet energy surrounds the explosion. Lauren looks over to see Wanda containing the bomb, and then throws Rumlow upwards, causing the bomb to go off by the top floor of a building.

" Sam... we need Fire and Rescue on the south side of the building", Steve says as he puts his finger up to his ear, " We gotta get up there".

Lauren looks over to Wanda, and sees her hand covering her mouth as tears fill her eyes. She walks over to her and puts a hand on her shoulder.

Wanda turns to her and wraps her arm around her as she cries into her chest.

" I-I didn't mean it", Wanda stutters.

" I know, sweetie... I know you didn't. But, that's okay. Accidents happen. It's all apart of the job, Wanda. We learn from our mistakes," Lauren says as she soothingly rubs her back.

Then, she hisses in pain as she grabs her stomach.

" Wh-What's wrong? Are you okay?" Wanda asks.

" I'm fine. My breakfast isn't agreeing with me. That's all," Lauren says.

"Lauren... are you alright?", Steve asks as he jogs over to them.

" I'm fine, sweetie," Lauren responds.

" You don't look too good."

" I told you, I'm fine."

" Sam, I need you to get emergency medical attention for--."

" Steven...", Lauren says as she cups his face in her hands, " I'm fine", and looks deep into his eyes.

" If you say so", He says, then gently pecks her lips, " I'll be back. Make sure to gather up Romanoff and Wanda".
