"Thief! Thief! He stole my bag. Someone, please help!"

An elderly woman yelled for help. A man in entire black robes took away her bag and started running.

"Someone please help!"

Suddenly a young girl with sharp eyes and slender figure, face covered with green cloth, jumped from nowhere. A smirk appeared on her face and she started to run after the thief. The thief is running with all his might. Suddenly he entered a narrow lane through which only one person could run freely. The thief looked back once and smiled. But the girl is smart enough to over smart him. She took another short cut way. The thief again turned back and smiled as he couldn't see her anymore. When the thief reached by the end of the lane, he suddenly jerked. The young girl stopped before him.

"Thief uncle, please handover the bag to me. Granny needs it."

She said putting her hands on her hips, panting heavily. By that time, people already gathered there. The thief looked around and found himself in a difficult situation. In order to escape, he pushed the girl and started running.

"Thief uncle!!! Your purse fell."

The young girl shouted and the thief looked around in order to collect his fallen purse. Grabbing the opportunity, the girl sprayed something on the thief's face. As a result, the thief fell unconscious. She bend down to check if he was truly unconscious and smiled as she succeeded.

"Trying to play mind games with me?! Huh...poor thief uncle, you will end up in jail."

The girl stood up, dusting her hands off. She removed the green cloth from her face. Suddenly the police arrived there.

"Who did this?" The police officer asked.

"It's me, officer. He tried to steal granny's bag." The young girl replied boldly.

"Thank you, miss."

Saying so the police took away the unconscious thief. The girl picked up the bag and handed it to the elderly woman.

"Granny, here it is." The girl said handing the bag to the old woman.

"Thank you, my child." The old woman took

"Granny, keep this with you." The girl said giving the spray to the woman.

"What is this?" The woman said looking keenly at the start, narrowing her eyes.

"This is a spray. If you use this on a person, he/she will fall unconscious. You need to keep this with you for your protection."

"Thank you, my child. What's your name?"

"Welcome, granny. My name is Euni, Zhang Euni." The girl said proudly hitting her chest.

The young girl replied. Suddenly she looked at her watch.

"Oh no! I am late again. Granny, I have to go to classes. Bye." She ran and quickly rode a bicycle and headed towards her school.

Euni or Zhang Euni is a 17 years old girl. She is cheerful and energetic like young kids. She is a kind-hearted girl who readily helps others. But yet, she doesn't have friends. In fact, she is afraid of making new friends.

Last year, she got badly betrayed by her best friend. After that incident, her entire friends looked down upon her. Even if she wanted to talk to any of the girls of her class, everyone used to ignore her. After that, her childhood friend too left her when she needed her the most. Due to so many heartbreaks, he finally decided not to trust any person. She didn't even fall in love. She is afraid that falling in love will make her life more and more complex. So she laughs with many but don't trust any.

After classes, she quickly returned home. Within a few minutes after changing dress, she again rushed to a cafe. Actually, Zhang Euni doesn't have her parents. Her parents died in a car accident when she was only 12. Even her relatives refused to take care of her. So from such a tender age, she used to do a part-time job at the cafe and supported herself.

Since then, she has been working for 5 years till now at the cafe, she already developed a brother-sister bond with the owner of the cafe. He was kind enough to pay her more so that she could continue her studies without any trouble. Every day her daily routine consists of waking up in the early morning, doing homework, going to school then work at the cafe and return home to sleep.

But today is really a very hard day for Zhang Euni. After helping the granny to get her bag back, she rushed to school. She reached to her class a bit late, so she got scolded by her teacher. Even at the cafe, she had to look after so many tables. Finally, at 8 pm, she got relieved from her work.

"Euni...you are already tired, go home now." The owner of the cafe said putting glasses on the shelf.

"Big brother, how will you manage if I go home? I will help you." Euni said wiping the glasses.

"A'Euni...don't act stubborn. I can see you are already tired. Moreover,  you need to practice your flute as well." The man said looking at Euni.

"But big brother..."

"No more buts. Go home now. You already won many music competition. And next week there is a flute competition and you have to win. They will a handsome prize money." The man said putting his hand on her head, looking at her affectionately.

"Okay big brother." Euni smiled widely.

"Go home. Sleep early. Don't do too much fangirling on WangXian." He said pinching her nose.

"Aiyaa...big brother...how am I supposed to live without WangXian?" Euni pouted.

"Haha...okay okay. But don't waste too much time on fangirling. Take rest okay. Bye." He smiled

"Bye big brother."

Zhang Euni is a diehard fan of the drama THE UNTAMED and is obsessed with WANGXIAN. In her lonely life, her only ray of hope is WangXian and the drama 'The Untamed'. She even watched the anime version of the drama and listened to audio drama as well. She even read the novel MDZS twice!  She is so obsessed with WangXian that she cannot even think of a single step without them.

According to her, she feels her condition so similar to Wei WuXian. She feels inspired by Wei WuXian and Lan Wangji. She feels that without pain, there won't be happy. So she cannot help but fall for WangXian. Before watching the drama, she used to learn flute. But after watching the drama and getting inspired by Wei WuXian, she quickly learned how to play flute perfectly. She can play various tunes with her flute. Even her teacher is impressed by her talent. She even named her flute Qingshan. Since her father was a doctor, she too learned about various herbs and medicines and their applications.

After returning home from her work she lazily opened the door and threw her bag on a chair and jumped into her bed. She lived in a single room. In her house, there is a single room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a bed, a chair and a table in her room.

She looked at the watch and it was already 9 pm. She lazily dragged herself into the kitchen and ate the bread kept on the table. Later she drank water and it is her dinner. She again sank into her warm bed covering herself with bedsheets. She opened her phone and started to check posts about WangXian. While checking the pictures of WangXian, her eyes felt heavy and slowly she drifted it into deep sleep with the phone in her hand.

Next day*

Euni generally wakes up at 7 am. But something different happened today. Bright sun rays fell into her eyes disturbing her sleep. She covered her eyes with her hands. But suddenly she felt something hard and unfamiliar beneath her. That doesn't feel like the mattress of her bed. There is a different type of smell in the air that lingered around Zhang Euni's nose. Feeling unfamiliar with the environment, she slowly opened her eyes. No sooner she opened her eyes, she got startled and moved back.

"Aaaahhhhhh...Who are you!?"

1. Since its the first chapter, it's a bit uninteresting. But from the next chapter, the interesting part will begin as our Zhang Euni will finally reach Gusu!
