At around 9 am Zhang Euni went to attend the classes. During the classes, she kept looking at Zhiquiang while he didn't even bother to look at her once. Even Lan Qiren asked her few questions because of being inattentive in the class, and Zhang Euni replied to them correctly leaving everyone astonished. Without paying attention to the classes, she could reply to all of the questions correctly. Actually, before attending the classes, Zhang Euni used to read the chapters once and as a result, she replied to all of the questions correctly. The classes were over by 12:30 pm. Zhang Euni, Jingyi and Zizhen were walking towards the Library Pavilion when suddenly the silence was broken by Jingyi.

"Hey, Zhang Euni, why do you always keep looking at Zhiquiang during the classes?" Jingyi asked.
"Hm. I am curious too. Aren't you afraid of Old master Lan?" Zizhen added.
"That's actually I wonder, how can a guy always stay so cold. He is colder than the ice mountains." Euni replied.

"Hey, Zhang Euni, what's up?"
"Oh! Zheng Wei!" Euni smiled.
"How are you, princess?" Zheng Wei asked with a smile.
"Ewww...stop being so cheesy. Who is the princess here?" Euni chuckled
"It's you. Who else?" Zheng Wei replied.
"We meet every day and yet you ask how am I?" Euni arched her brows.
"We didn't meet yesterday. Where did you go?"
"Well, actually...I..."
"Leave it. Wanna sneak out and catch few butterflies, princess?"
"Zheng Wei, stop calling me princess." Euni's ears turned red.
"Really? Is my princess feeling uncomfortable?"

"Ahm ahm" Zizhen coughed. "I can feel something here."

"What do you feel Zizhen ge?!" Euni almost yelled.
"Nothing," Zizhen smirked.
"Well, princess, wanna sneak out?" Zheng Wei asked.
"I dare not to. Yesterday I sneaked out and got punishment at library pavilion."
"Uh!? You sneak out? Why didn't you tell me, princess?"
"Well, Zheng Wei, that's you know...its..." Euni hesitated.
"Zheng Wei, it's Lan family matter," Jingyi said.
"Wow! Then...when did Euni become a member of Lan Clan!?" Zheng Wei asked.
"It's not that she is direct member," Zizhen said. "She is Meimei of Senior Wei and Senior Wei is husband of Hanguang-Jun. So I think she is a family member too."
"Hmm...I see. Well, princess, I brought this for you." Zheng Wei gave her a bouquet of blue roses.

"Wow! These are so beautiful!" Euni exclaimed as she never saw blue roses before.
"You like it, princess?"
"Yes. Of course. They are so many. Where did you find them, Zheng Wei!?"
"Princess, it's from your friend. And it's a secret how I managed to get them." Zheng Wei smiled.
"Euni, we need to go to library pavilion," Jingyi said.
"Oh. Bye Zheng Wei."
"Bye, princess."

Saying so the three of them headed towards the library pavilion. As they entered the library pavilion, they saw Zhiquiang, Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji reached there already. Lan Wangji sat in the middle position while Wei Wuxian sat exactly opposite to him. Beside Wangji, Zhiquiang sat.

"Woah! Our girl is getting flowers from guys." Wei Wuxian teased. "Who gave you these blue roses A'Ni?"
"Aiya...Wei gege, Zheng Wei gave these flowers." Euni replied as she sat beside Wei Wuxian.
"Hm. My Meimei is getting popular nowadays."
"Wei gege, it's not like that."
"Really? Do you like them?"
"Of course I like them. These are so beautiful. But these are not my favorite flowers."
"Mn? Then what are your favorite flowers?"
"Jasmine. Jasmine flowers are my favorite. They smell so nice." Euni smiled.
"By the way, A'Ni, do you know the meaning of blue roses?"
"Hm? Wei gege? Do roses have meaning as well?"
"Of course they have."
"Hm. Red rose shows love while white one shows purity. Does blue rose shows meaning as well?"
"Mn. It shows. If you don't know they you can ask either Jingyi or Zizhen."
"Wei gege, why don't you tell me. Well, Jingyi, what's the meaning of blue rose?" Euni asked.
"Ask Zizhen." Jingyi continued to look at the book of conduct.
"Uh? Me? Zhang Euni, why don't you ask your cold ice mountain Zhiquiang?" Zizhen smirked.
"Tch...you guys are really annoying. Zhiquiang, what's the meaning of blue roses?"
"I don't know," Zhiquiang replied coldly.
"Aiyaa...come on, tell me young master Lan Zhiquiang."

"No more talking," Wangji ordered.
"Copy that Lan er Gonzi." Wei Wuxian smiled.

They started to copy the book of conduct first. Zhang Euni sat beside Wei Wuxian while Zizhen sat beside her. Zhiquiang and Jingyi sat a little distance away from Wangji, opposite to Wei Wuxian. After an hour, Euni felt bored. She looked up to see what others were doing. All of them were writing except Wei Wuxian. He was watching Wangji like a lover who didn't get a glimpse of his love from the past few years. Euni suddenly chuckled.

"Hey! A'Ni, why are you laughing?" Wei Wuxian asked which made everyone look at him except Wangji. Wangji side-eyed him.

"Huh? I didn't do anything Wei gege." Euni tried to act cute. "I was just stealing a glimpse of WangXian moment."

This made Lan Wangji look at her. His ears turned red. While Wei Wuxian got surprised to hear such a smart reply.

"Ah...A'Ni, don't you think you are becoming fearless day by day?" Wei Wuxian said looking at Wangji. "Aren't you afraid of Hanguang-Jun?"
"I didn't do anything wrong. I just stole a little...a very little glimpse." Euni said showing her fingers.
"What is WangXian?" Jingyi asked which made Hanguang-Jun's ears even redder.
"You really don't know Jingyi!?" Euni asked in disbelief.
"Mn." Jingyi shook his head.

Euni looked at Wei Wuxian and he smiled.

"Well, then I think I cannot reveal the secret. WangXian is top secret thing between Wei gege and me. So don't ask me." Euni smirked mischievously.
"Why? I wanna know" Jingyi whined.

"No more talking." Wangji again ordered and everyone became silent except Euni.

She looked at Wei Wuxian who was still smiling. Euni smiled a bit.

"Wei gege, I am feeling sleepy. Well, how about I take a nap from 10 minutes and then continue copying. Please wake me up after 10 minutes." Euni whispered.
"Okay." Wei Wuxian showed his thumb.

Euni put her hands on the desk and slept keeping her head on it. After 10 minutes Wei Wuxian tried to walk her up but she was sleeping peacefully, so he decided not to disturb her. It had been 20 minutes and Euni had no sign of waking up.

"Senior Wei, wake her up," Jingyi said as he sat beside Euni.
"How can I wake her up? She is sleeping like a baby." Wei Wuxian replied.
"Well, then I shall try," Zizhen said. "Zhang Euni, wake up. Zhang Euni." Zizhen called her name but there was no response. "Geez, she is really in her deep sleep."

"Ow. Look at her face. She already has dark circles. Is she lacking sleep or working too much?" Jingyi wondered.
"I don't think she will have up now," Zizhen said.

"Lan Zhan, what to do now?" Wei Wuxian wailed.
"It's your Meimei, right? I think you should handle it." Wangji replied.
"Geez! Lan Zhan!" Wei Wuxian made an annoyed face. 

Suddenly Jingyi yelled.

"Zhiquiang! What are you doin..."

SPLASH!

Before Jingyi could complete his words, Zhiquiang poured a bucket full of water on Zhang Euni. As a result, Euni woke up instantly.

"Yah! Zhiquiang!? Are you even a human? Why do you splash water on me!?" Euni shouted
"Because you were not waking up," Zhiquiang replied in his cold voice putting the bucket in its place.
"Zhiquiang? Who pours water on girls like that?" Wei Wuxian said helping Euni to stand up.
"Are you out of your mind Zhiquiang?" Jingyi said in an annoyed voice.

"Wei gege, do I look bad? I mean do I look transparent?" Euni asked trying to fix her clothes.
"No. But...it looks like you wear a number of clothes."
"Hm. I wear 5 layers." Euni replied pressing her hair.
"What!? 5 layers? How do you survive? Don't you feel hot!? We guys only wear 3 layers." Jingyi exclaimed.
"I know it. I like it this way."
"Well, Euni I think you should go to your room first." Wei Wuxian suggested.
"Not yet!" Euni said looking at Zhiquiang
"Hey, what's going on your mind?" Zizhen asked.
"I too need to pour a bucket of water on Zhiquiang."
"Seriously? Euni at you kidding us!?" Jingyi said as his eyes became wide.

"Zhiquiang, just wait," Euni shouted.
"Why should I?" Zhiquiang turned his back who was standing facing towards her all the time.
"Zhiquiang! I said wait!" Euni shouted.

But Zhiquiang seemed not bother by her words. He continued to walk towards his seat. This enraged Euni. She took a talisman and threw it towards Zhiquiang which got stuck on his shoulder making him stop moving.

"Zhiquiang? Why are you not moving?" Euni smirked

Zhiquiang side-eyed her and continued to walk. At first, Euni got shocked that her talisman didn't work. Last time she used the same talisman against Zhiquiang when she requested him to teach her sword fighting. But today it didn't work. It meant that he pretended not to move that day. Euni took a blank talisman and drew something with her first two fingers and threw it towards Zhiquiang. This time Zhiquiang again stopped moving.

"Lan er Gonzi... Won't you move now? Weren't you hurried to go to your seat?" Euni said in a mocking voice.

This time Zhiquiang really got stuck. He really couldn't move.

"Take it off," Zhiquiang commanded.
"Why should I?" Euni asked in a strong dominating voice.
"Just take it o..."

SPLASH!

Before Zhiquiang could complete his words, Euni splashed a bucket full of water on him. Zhiquiang closed his eyes in order to prevent the water from going into his eyes. After a few seconds, he opened his eyes and looked at Euni sharply. Euni smirked at him.

On the other hand, Zizhen, Jingyi and Wei Wuxian couldn't stop laughing. Even though Lan Wangji held such a stoic face, he too smiled a bit.

"Zhiquiang, Zhang Euni, you go and change your closed first," Wangji said
"Yes, Hanguang-Jun." Both Euni and Zhiquiang bowed to Wangji.

"Well, A'Ni, take my outermost robe and go to your room." Wei Wuxian said trying to take out his outermost robe which was a red-colored cloth.
"Huh? Wei gege. You don't need to do that. I think I am fine. I am already wearing 5 layers. So it won't be a problem." Euni said feeling awkward.
"Stop being stubborn A'Ni."
"I am not wearing it, Wei gege," Euni replied.
"Well, then. Be careful okay?"
"Mn." Euni nodded vigorously.

Soon they got out of Library pavilion and headed towards their respective rooms. The day was a bit windy. And Zhang Euni couldn't endure cold climate. She had a tendency to catch cold easily.

"Aishh...why the day is so windy? And you jerk Zhiquiang! How can you pour water on a girl?" Euni yelled
"It's because you were sleeping."
"Then you can just wake me up. Are you even a human? Brat Zhiquiang!"
"Cursing is prohibited in cloud recessed."
"So what!? I am already getting my punishment."
"Talking loudly is also prohibited in cloud recessed."
"Zhiquiang!? Can you please shut your mouth? Aishhh... it's so cold." Euni said rubbing her palms.
"It's not that windy yet you are feeling cold?"
"I catch cold easily. My body is not that strong to resist illness." She said hugging herself to warm her up.

This time Zhiquiang felt bad for splashing water on her. He looked at her. Her entire body was wet and the clothes got stuck tightly around her. Good thing that she wears many clothes, otherwise she wouldn't have withstood the cold wind. Her entire hair which was tied into a long ponytail became all wet and water drops were dripping from it. Zhiquiang was about removed his uppermost robes which were not tied with a sash but got stopped by a voice.

"Zhang Euni?"
"Huh? Zheng Wei?!" Euni exclaimed.
"What happened princess? Why are you all wet?!"

Zheng Wei asked worriedly. He quickly took his puter most robes free from sash and put it around Euni.

"It's okay. You don't need to..."
"You will catch cold. Wear it. How did you get wet?"
"This Lan er Gonzi poured bucket full of water on me," Euni whined.
"Zhiquiang!? What's wrong with you? Cannot you behave well with her? She is a girl. You should at least think of her." Zheng Wei wailed.
"Wait...Zheng Wei? What's do you mean by I am girl so I need to treat differently?" Euni asked directly.
"Of course girls need little care from friends."
"What a good talker you are Zheng Wei." Euni smiled.
"But why is he wet?"
"Oh! I poured a bucket of water on him."
"What? Princess?! Are you serious?" Zheng Wei's jaws dropped to the ground.
"Hm. If you don't believe me then ask him."
"It's okay. I believe you. Lan Zhiquiang, I think you too need to change your clothes otherwise you may catch cold."
"Hey, Zheng Wei, why do care for Zhiquiang?" Euni asked.
"I really feel pity for him."
"Zheng Wei!!!"

Saying so Euni started to beat Zheng Wei.

"Princess wait." Zheng Wei said and went a few steps back. "Catch me if you can."

Saying so Zheng Wei started to run.

"You! Wait..."

Euni started to run again. Zhiquiang watched them disappear. Zhiquiang silently watched them. He felt uneasy, a type of feeling which he never experienced before. He felt as his chest become heavy suddenly when Zheng Wei called Euni 'princess'. Ignoring the feelings he went to his room. Lan Zhiquiang first reached to Library Pavilion after changing.

"Hey, Zhiquiang, where is Euni?" Jingyi asked.
"I don't know," Zhiquiang replied coldly.
"Hey 2nd Lan Zhan, are you upset or what? Why do you sound so cold today?" Wei Wuxian said arching a brow
"I am okay."
"Are you sure?" Wangji asked.
"Mn." Zhiquiang nodded.
"Aiya, when will Euni come? It's really boring without her." Zizhen whined.
"Just wait. She will come." Wei Wuxian said.

No sooner Wei Wuxian said, Euni came in. She was wearing her usual green clothes. The only thing which was different was her hairstyle. She used some hairpins at the front and left the entire hair free as her hair was wet. Her long hair was hanging freely at her waist.

"Woah! Euni, you look beautiful with your untied hair." Jingyi smiled.
"Really?" Euni smiled back. "But it's really tough to manage long hair untied."
"But girl generally leave their hair untied. Sometimes they tie their hair in different styles." Zizhen said.
"But it's really tough to manage untied hair. It causes irritation when it falls on the face. And talking about hairstyle, it's too tough for me to do it. So I prefer ponytail like boys." Euni replied. "Moreover, ponytail will make you look charming."
"Really? Does it make it really look charming!?" Jingyi asked.
"Hm." Euni nodded. "Just look at Wei gege. Doesn't he look handsome?"
"Of course he is handsome." Zizhen smiled.
"Complete your copying by today. If it's not completed by today, you have to copy it all night." Wangji said looking into his book.

It was already 4:00 pm by then. Wei Wuxian, Jingyi and Zizhen finished copying the book of conduct and Lan clan principles.

"Aiya, it's complete. I think I can rest now." Wei Wuxian stood up and started stretching himself.
"I can go to my room too," Jingyi said.
"What about you Euni?" Zizhen asked.
"I think I have to stay all night here. I just finished copying book of conduct." Euni pouted.
"I will stay here," Wangji replied.
"I am not buying it, Lan Zhan. Come with me right now. I don't want to stay in our room alone." Wei Wuxian whined.
"It's okay Hanguang-Jun. You don't need to guard me." Euni smiled.
"Zhiquiang, what about you?" Wei Wuxian asked.
"I still haven't finished copying book of conduct." Replied Zhiquiang
"Gosh! Then you have to stay here the entire night." Wei Wuxian smirked " then take good care of A'Ni. We are heading back."

Saying so all of them left except Zhiquiang and Euni. Both Euni and Zhiquiang kept copying. There was dead silence in the room. Sometimes, Zhiquiang looked at Euni. Euni kept pushing her long hair strands behind her hair which kept falling on her face and notes.

"She really looks beautiful with her untied hair. She is really something. She is a girl with an attitude of a boy." Zhiquiang mumbled.

"Ahhh...It's complete."

Euni took a deep breath as she stood up. This made Zhiquiang come back to his senses. It was already 6 pm and the outside became almost dark. Euni stretched herself and looked at Zhiquiang.

"Hey, Lan er gege, is your copying done?"
"Not yet."
"Tch...good for nothing. Let me lit the candles."
"It's okay. You can go."
"How can I leave the legendary Zhiquiang alone? I will stay with you."
"You don't have to."
"Do you want me to tear the pages which you wrote?"
"No! You can stay."
"Good."

Euni lit up the candles making the entire room bright. She sat in her place. Suddenly the image of the tattoo on the neck of disguised man in black who attacked them the previous day appeared on her mind. She got up and walked towards Zhiquiang.

"Lan er gege, can I look into few books in this library?"
"..."
"Lan er gege?"
"Don't call me like that."
"Aiya, you are so boring. Zhiquiang can I please look into some books?"
"Ok."
"Thank you."

Euni smiled as she went to the bookshelves to search about the books which may have information related to the snake tattoo. Soon she found a book related to snakes. She started to read it. She was so absorbed in reading that she even didn't realize that Zhiquiang stops behind her.

"Huh!?" Euni got startled. "Zhiquiang! You startled me!"
"Sorry."
"You don't need to apologize. Did you finish copying?"
"Mn."
"Good. Then can we go to our rooms?"
"What are you reading?"
"Nothing."

Euni said hiding the book behind her. Zhiquiang was about to take the book suddenly the candles got put off and darker invaded the room. Normally Euni screamed but she didn't even make a noise at that time. Zhiquiang pulled Euni closer.

"Don't worry. I am here." He whispered.
"Do you feel the presence of someone else other than us?" Euni said in a low voice.
"I feel the same."

Suddenly they felt as if someone ran fast before them.

"Who is it?" Zhiquiang shouted.
