***Kate's P.O.V***

 "What's your name sweetheart?" he asked, changing his angry look with a smirk on his face.

Before I could react, he continued "Actually forget the intro part, let's get to the business." 

That really scared me so I took my steps backward but it was of no use cause as I took 1 step back, he would come 2 steps closer to me. Suddenly I noticed a long, hard but broken branch lying on the ground and quickly picked it up. As we were bit far from our dorm and most probably it was the garden so there were branches and leaves lying on the ground. I couldn't see the things around me in the dark night only beam lights were coming which reflected his evil face. 

Then I started to beat him up with that branch. One should have made a video of this scene. The pervert was begging for help:

"Stop, stop, stop...what the hell are you doing??? I was here to give Jessy a surprise birthday party...I'm a good guy, believe me babe."

"I'm not that foolish okay? So I don't believe your big fat lie and today isn't Jessy's Birthday you jerk!!" I shouted at him. But I thought to myself that I didn't even know when Jessy's Birthday is. But this jerk was lying, I'm sure he was. He just gave me an excuse so that I stop beating him. But I wouldn't get tricked by him.

The branch was still in my hand as it was the only weapon I had but I finally stopped beating him with it. I thought that after getting beaten he was probably weak and couldn't catch me quickly so I took the opportunity and thought to call the police.

But as I tried to search my cell phone, he took the chance and grabbed the branch out of my hand. Then he got hold of my hand and twisted it around my waist and whispered in my ear, "Slow down wildcat. You are really tough and crisp too. I like it."

Oh my God! How can he be that strong? I know I have beaten him hard then how quickly he got up?

"Leave me you jerk, if my friends Jessy & Michael finds you then they will chop your balls off." I said trying to get out of his grip.

But that badass tightened his grip and stated in an amused tone, "Yeah right." He rolled his eyes and snorted. "Dream baby! But sorry to shatter your dreams as Jess won't do such a thing to me because she is my...."

Before he could complete his sentence I heard a familiar voice from my back, with a surprised tone saying "Zac...? Is that you?"

***Jessy's P.O.V***

 (After Kate was missing)

As I was walking through the woods behind our hostel looking for Kate, I bumped into a guy and I was shocked to see who it was.

"Dave, I thought you were out of town..."

But before I could finish he grabbed my hands and was dragging me towards the big garden. "Don't ask anything, just come with me."He stated.

After fast walking for 10 mins, we stopped  at a place where I saw two people arguing with each other. I saw them from their back so I was unsure of who they were.

I couldn't believe what I saw. "Zac...? Is that you?" I asked in a confused way 

***Kate's P.O.V***

 As soon as he heard the voice, he released me and turned back.

"Happy Birthday, my darling! Thank god Jess you are here...this crazy friend of yours is making me insane. She thinks I am a kidnapper. Even I came here just to surprise you and she just spoiled it." He uttered with a fake puppy face.

Before I could say anything in my defense Jessy started, "No Kate you are wrong, he is not a kidnapper He is my..."

He is your what? Again before she could say the last word Michael interupted "I'm so relieved to see you okay Kate. I got so worried when Jess texted me that you were missing."

I was about to answer Michael but suddenly my head felt a little dizzy and I was about to collapse on the ground, when again I felt those strong hands around my waist holding me back. 

I thought it was Michael but that jerk Zac, holding me. Why does he need to grab me every time? Though I slapped and punched him.

"Leave me! I don't need your help." I spat at him.

Immediately he dropped me and said with a smirk, "As you wish wildcat".

I fell on the ground, just the way I did yesterday at the street.

Michael ran towards me and helped me out, then I saw the guy Dave entering into the scene. I mean he was there the whole time but hiding behind Jess.

"Zac, you'll never change. Come on Kate, let's take you to your room." Michael said as he helped me to get up.

"See you around dude!" he replied back to Michael with a wicked smile.

 I gave an angry glare to Zac. Then holding Michael's hand I was heading towards my room.

Jessy was unexpectedly quiet among all this mess. I guess she was confused.

Anyways after walking a few steps I turned back to see what was happening between Jessy and Zac. Then I saw this shocking scene - Zac giving a warm hug to Jessy. This made me ask Michael, "Are Zac and Jessy dating?"

Before Michael could answer that stupid Dave replied."Yes, you guessed it right. Aren't they a hot couple?"

"What!!!!! Jessy loves that jerk......????" I asked being shocked.

"She deserves much better. He is totall WRONG for her." I added.

"Excuse me? Zac came from England to here just to surprise her. You think that's wrong?" Dave informed.

His comment gave me more shock and then I saw something that forced me to have second thoughts. He gave her a kiss on her forehead and both of them were genuinely smiling. 

This formed a smile over my face too and I thought to myself: MANY FALL IN LOVE, BUT ONLY THE LUCKY ONES ARE LOVED BACK!

I heard Michael giggling hearing my  and Dave's conversation. Then  Dave went back to Zac and Jessy. Michael said "Goodnight" with a smile after taking me to the room. 

For few mins I was really confused about the whole incident, but then I realized maybe they are true lovers as Zac was far away but still he managed to give Jessy a surprise birthday party but is it a way to surprise anyone?

Ohhhh...that troublemaker Zac! With all these new messy things it took a while to shut my eyes and sleep.
