 It's noon, and Riley was at the admissions office at Harvard University. She decided to go ahead and register for classes. Although classes have already started, she decided to register for summer classes.

 As she was waiting in line to go in, Marcus, her boyfriend, saw her. He ran up to her, and greeted her, "Hey Riley! What are you doing here, standing in line to get into the admissions office?"

 Riley replied, "Well, have you seen the latest blog post the UTurn MySpace page?"

 "Why would I if you tell me everything? Why, what happened?"

"That control freak of a manager kicked me out of UTurn just cuz I had you in the band's house. And guess who joined the group? This girl named Libby Middleton. Aly told me that Libby used to go to Beacon Hill High, and is a slut, and stole Alyson's Queen Bee position."

"Damn! How did this Libby get into UTurn?"

 "I don't know. I asked them, and they said they didn't know themselves. They were planning to continue on as a 7-piece, in case I was allowed to be reinstated. Instead, Libby just popped into the band, giving me no chance of rejoining. So now here I am, finally getting back to my college plans. I just don't know what I'll be majoring in."

 Marcus was shocked and angered by this. He couldn't believe that UTurn's manager would kick out Riley, and force them to continue with a new member. Against their will!

 Marcus told her, "You can't let that messed up manager get away with this! You shouldn't have been kicked out for breaking house rules. If you have done something serious, like threatening to kill one of the members, then you can get kicked out. But breaking house rules, no. Besides, doesn't it sound suspicious that the guy just added Libby without any audition, or permission from the members?"

 Riley replied, "Yeah, it does sound suspicious. It's weird, though. Maurice, our manager, never had anything against me..."

 Then Riley stopped speaking, as she just realized something. Soon, her expression changed, and spoke up with disgust in her voice, "Ethan!"

  Marcus, being confused, asked, "Ethan? What do 'Ethan'? You mean-"

 "-Ethan Jackson. He must've had something to do with this. He always had it out for Andrew, but to target me? That's just low! You know what? I'm gonna hire Andrew's parents, and sue both Maurice and Ethan!"

 "Why Andrew's parents as your lawyers?"

 "C'mon! Have seen how powerful they are? They've won, like, a ton of cases! I just need UTurn's support in this."

 It's late afternoon, and UTurn just got out of school. They had to go to a meeting with Maurice. As the two power couples of the group, Andyson (Andrew/Alyson) and Bailstin (Bailey/Justin), got into Andrew's car, Alyson's cell phone rang. She saw it was Riley, so she answered it.

 "Hey Riley," Alyson replied warmly, "what is it?"

 Riley answered, "I'm at the Hawthorne Law Firm."

 Alyson was surprised, so she asked, "Why are you at Andrew's family law firm?"

 With that, Andrew's blue eyes grew wide as he glanced at Alyson. She noticed them, and shrugged.

 Riley replied, "I'm suing Maurice for wrongfully firing me out of UTurn. And I'm suing Ethan for defamation."

 With that, Alyson's jaw dropped. Andrew noticed it, so he asked, "What it is?"

 Alyson pulled the phone away, and said, "Riley is suing both Maurice and Ethan."

 Andrew replied, "Damn, that's big. What did Ethan do?"

 Alyson shrugged as she went back to her conversation with Riley. "So, you're suing Maurice and Ethan? I can understand Maurice, but Ethan? What did he do?"

 Riley replied, "You know that Libby was added to UTurn so suddenly after I was kicked out. Did you ever realize how suspicious that was?"

 "Yeah, we all felt that was weird. Why?"

 "Well, I suspect that Ethan had something to do with it. Like, why would he have it out for me when he hates only Andrew?"

 "That's true. Andrew suspected it was probably Ethan's doing. It just had his fingerprints all over it."

 "Do you think you and UTurn can join me in the lawsuit?"

 "I'll have to talk to the others, but I'm sure they'll be willing. But we'll meet with you later. We have a meeting with our manager."

 Riley agreed, and both girls hung up. Soon, UTurn arrived at Maurice's office. As they sat down, he spoke up, "UTurn, there have been changes to your third single from Turn It Up. Instead of releasing Say Nothing, you'll be releasing two different singles: No More Us for North America, and a new re-arranged, remixed version of your 2005 song, Getting Here With You, for Eastern Europe."

  Alyson asked, "Why are releasing different songs to Eastern Europe than here in America?"

 Maurice replied, "It's because you'll be releasing your first, full-length album in Eastern Europe. You grown quite popular there despite limited promotion on your latest work. Now I want emphasize again on your two images: Here in North America, you'll be cute and tween-friendly with bubblegum pop-rock songs. In Eastern Europe, you'll be sexy and provocative with your original Europop sound."

 Andrew muttered, "Not this again."

 Maurice heard him, and said, "Yes, Andrew, this again, and don't start with me."

 Andrew rolled his eyes.

 Maurice continued, "Soon, you'll be releasing your second album, Turn It Up, nationwide. Due to Libby joining the group, the track listing will change. And your sound will be primarily pop-rock."

 "Okay, why should we release our dance stuff only in Eastern Europe, and not in America?" Alyson asked impatiently.

 Maurice responded, also impatiently, "Look, you're doing this whether you all like it or not."

 Andrew responded angrily, "So, you're basically forcing us to do this double-image crap? I've already done that shit my whole life, and I'm not about to do it again."

 Maurice angrily tells Andrew, "Shut up, Andrew John Hawthorne! This meeting is adjourned! Now get the hell out of my office!"

 With that, UTurn left the office in a huff. As they were going to their cars, Alyson spoke up, "Guys, I need to talk to you all at the coffee-shop across from here. It's something important. And yes, that includes you, Libby."

 The members agreed, and walked over to the coffee-shop to talk. Libby asked with irritation in her voice, "So, why are we meeting in this place? It's not a Starbucks."

 Alyson replied, "Before we arrived for our f*cked up meeting with that manager of ours, I got a call from Riley. She's at the law offices of Andrew's parents, and she's gonna sue Maurice for kicking her out unreasonably, and Ethan for defamation. She would like us to join her in the lawsuit."

 Andrew responds, "Sure, why not? Maurice just called me by my full name. No one calls me that, except my family."

 Libby's face grew red, as she knew Ethan was responsible for Riley getting kicked out. Alyson turned to Libby, and asked sternly, "Libby, since you were forced into this band, did Ethan have anything to do with this?"

 Libby asked nervously, "If I told you he did, what's gonna happen to me?"

 Alyson replied, "Well, I was the one who formed UTurn, and if I had the power, I would kick you out, and reinstate Riley. But since I have no real authority, you stay in the group. So really, nothing happens to you."

 "Yes, Ethan was the one who got Riley fired. He wanted me to join the group so I could destroy it from within. Now, I have no intentions for destroying the group, I just want to humiliate you, Alyson."

  As Alyson was about to fight Libby, Justin stopped her. He tells her hastily, "Aly, it's not worth it. We can't reinstate Riley. You, and Libby, have to tolerate each other. You two used to before Aly formed the group."

  With that, Alyson composed herself, and said with a tight voice, "Let's sue Ethan and Maurice with Riley."

 So the members left the coffee-shop, and left for the law offices of Andrew's parents to meet up with Riley. They all signed the papers.
