I know I'm not the first to think of this au but trust me just thinking about it makes me want to write a fic so baaaaaad.
It's a au where the ancients swap with the legendaries but ohhhhh it gets way more stupid because the beast are their corrupted selves, so no there will be no sexual tension between them 😒
So like there are 5 ancients and there are 7 legendaries we can take the main 5 to be
Pure Vanilla - Fire Spirit
White Lilly - Wind Archer
Dark Cacao - Frost Queen
Hollyberry - Moonlight
Golden Cheese - Storm bringer

Now Sea Fearie is also a ancient but she idk maybe died or retired and gave up her soul jam because she couldn't continue her duties as the ancient hero anymore
Meanwhile Millennial Tree is still a ancient hero but has to respond to his responsibilities as the great tree so he can't go around Earthbread helping everyone, he does not need a soul jam

Now for the beast is a little bit more complicated for me sience Wind Archer is in White Lillies place I wanted Nigh Raven to take Dark enchantress place so which leaves his beast counter part on hold... I might have to make up a new character for that, same with Frost Queen and Storm bringer it's gonna take a while to know what i want with this au ;^

But anyways there are CANNON RELATIONSHIPS for these ancients like Fire Spirit years for Wind Archer bcz bro won't stop doing his job and takes it a little top seriously bcz of the whole Night Raven thing

Moonlight sees Sea Fearie from time to time despite the fact she's not a ancient hero anymore.

Storm Bringer has 3 kids and she kept them in the sky to keep them safe.

Frost Queen has 2 adopted kids and they watch over the winter mountains for her when she's needed else where
