Sirius was most excited to return to Hogwarts, he and Regulus patiently waited for their parents to come downstairs, they would be arriving at King's Cross Station earlier as their mother had some business with their uncle Cygnus to attend to.
Once they reached King's Cross they stayed close by their parents, Sirius flicked his eyes up at his mother, sneaking away when he saw a white dog in the distance. He approached the dog ruffling the dog's ears.
"Taking a risk aren't you?" Sirius said, looking out for James, Remus or Peter.
"Sirius! What are you doing with that mutt," his mother said, dragging him away, the dog growled.
The white dog walked behind a pilar, Aimee appeared from around the corner, she scowled in Walburga direction. 'She called me a mutt, that horrid woman,' she thought. She board the train, not long after Regulus and Sirius did, she wandered down the aisle way, looking for a compartment.
"Ahh," she said, as someone grabbed her arm, she drew back his fist,
"Woah, it's me," Sirius said holding up his hands
"Don't do that," she said, relaxing her fist, he smiled at her, pulling her in for a hug,
"I've missed you," he said, pulling away leaving his hands resting on her lower back.
"It's only been 2 weeks," she said, he chuckled she wrapped her arms around his waist
"I know, I just couldn't stop thinking about our kiss," Aimee held her finger up to his lips looking around.
"Me neither," she smiled at him, "I should go before Alice comes looking for me," he nodded, leaning down to press his lips against hers.
She smirked as he left to find James and Remus, she walked away to find Regulus and Evan. As much as she wanted to tell Reg that Sirius kissed her, she promised not to tell his brother. It was on the tip of her tongue to tell someone, she was determined to keep it to themselves and enjoy their time together in secret.

Charms were the first class they had back at Hogwarts and Sirius didn't waste any time he could spend with Aimee. Quickly sliding in next to her, he entwined his fingers with hers, as the desk covered their legs, they could hold hands without anyone seeing.
"I can't write with my left hand," she whispered, he gave her hand a squeeze letting go of her hand, "and people are looking,"
She noticed Remus and James eyeing them curiously. Dorcas' smile didn't help. Aimee felt as if they could see right through them. Whispering between Marlene and Lily, prevented her from concentrating as she was anxious they were talking about her and Sirius.
Remus and James kept a close eye on them, they noticed Sirius attitude changed he was a lot more cheery than usual. Aimee pinched his leg, causing him to bang his knee on the table, hoping it would show people nothing had happened between them.
"That hurt," he said
"Oh poor, Padfoot," she said, he rolled his eyes at her, Aimee's eyes widened "Oh my god!"
"Excuse me, Miss Burke is something wrong," Professor Flitwick asked
"No Professor, I'm sorry," she said, Sirius quietly laughed
"You're nickname, is Padfoot because you're a dog,"
"Ding Ding, 10 points to Slytherin," Sirius said,
Aimee laughed at him, then she remembered something, the dream she had when she woke up in the hospital wing, she could have sworn she had seen a dog, stag, rat and werewolf. She decided to go to the library and think about that dream to see if she could remember more. 'It couldn't be a coincidence,' She thought.
After class had finished, she made her way to the library, knowing that she and Sirius couldn't be alone properly in the school halls. Madam Pince smiled at her, she was a regular in the library and Madam Pince had gotten to know her, well enough to know her taste in books. She took out her notebook and quill.
"That can't be Right," as she read over her notes, Remus was always so kind there's no way he could be a werewolf.
However, the more she thought about it, Remus did always become a little irritable near a full moon, he'd always be exhausted the day after. He did have scars across his face, she had never questioned how he got them, it's possible he hurt himself, or he was attacked.
"Why are you reading about werewolves?" Sirius asked, making her jump out of her skin, she closed her notebook,
"We're supposed to learn about them next year, I thought I'd get a head start,"
"Why did you run out of books to read?" she raised her brows at him, he flicked his eyes to the left she glanced behind him spotting James, Remus and Peter sneak into the library.
"If you must know, I have no trouble rereading books I enjoy," Sirius held his hands up in surrender, she rolled her eyes at him.
"Fine, fine, do you know where Reg is?"
"I'm actually going to meet him, come on," she said, throwing her back over her shoulder, as they left the library Sirius flickered his eyes as Remus who tried to appear as though he was reading a book.
As Aimee turned around the corner, she held Sirius running down the hall until they reached a staircase the held their breath as they stood against the wall. Hoping the dark shadows would conceal them, James ran straight past them, with Peter and Remus not far behind him.
"Good thinking," Sirius commented, he smiled at her, she wrapped her arms around his neck, pressing her lips firmly against his.
"Hey, I was thinking if it's alright with you, I'd like to tell Reg, that we kissed," he creased his brows,
"Why I mean I don't mind, but Reg is my brother,"
"I just don't like keeping things from him," he smiled at her
"Tell him,"
"Thank you," she kissed him one last time before she slipped out before him,
"Yeah, nothing happened," James said, throwing off his invisibility cloak. "Why won't you tell us?"
"Alright, things went really well, that's all you're getting,"
"Come on, Padfoot tell us?" Peter asked
"No, I told Aimee I wouldn't," Sirius said
"Ah, this hurts," James said clutching his stomach,
"What's the matter?" Remus asked
"He's keeping things from us, Moony, the betrayal it hurts," he groaned
"For gods sake, I actually thought there was something wrong,"
"I don't know why you question him," Sirius said,
They laughed, Sirius was concerned about her reading about Werewolves. 'She couldn't know about Remus could she?' he thought. She knew he was a dog, and that his nickname was linked to that. He knew that she is a smart person, he just hoped she doesn't remember seeing them.
He couldn't tell her about Remus, it wasn't his place too. Sirius hoped that she wouldn't read too much into their nicknames, Remus is a good person. He didn't want Aimee to think differently of him, they were great friends, if anyone was going to find out about their kiss, Remus for sure would be one of the first.
James had been pestering him all week long about what happened at the Christmas Ball. Sirius was surprised he managed to keep it quiet for a week, he was proud of himself for keeping it from them for this long.
