Wafaa Taziri/Tracker
Marvel Character Profile (fan-made and canon compliant)
by Layla
Disclaimer and Copyright Claim: Wafaa Taziri/Tracker is my own original character, as are her mother, her father, and her sister. However, every other character mentioned in this profile has already been created by Stan Lee, Kevin Feige, and Malcom Spellman, the creators of Marvel and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which take place in the fictional universe that my characters reside in. Wafaa, her mother, her father, her sister, and their stories are all my original works that I have used to create my own story line that takes place before, during, and after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, making this a canon compliant work of fanfiction. In other words, it is an extension and addition to the Marvel story lines that is meant to add to it in such a way that is entertaining to new readers but is not so far-fetched that it completely deviates from the overall plot of the series. It is not a full fanfiction, but it is a specific profile for my character and a summary of her story. I do not claim to own the Marvel franchise or any of its characters, but I do own the characters of my own creation whom I have previously mentioned, which includes their stories and personalities. I also do not personally know Doria Achour.
Introduction: Below this introduction under the title “Basic Information” begins the character portfolio of my character, Wafaa Taziri.

Character Arc: Wafaa Taziri was born in Tunisia to her mother, Salwa Farhani, and her father, Malek Taziri, who were abusive. She had to grow up fast, at just thirteen years old, by taking on the role of a mother and a father for her younger sister, Mariam. Wafaa worked two jobs and went to community college when she was eighteen years old, during which she received an associates degree. In the year 2017 (one year later), Mariam developed cancer from second-hand smoke caused by her and Wafaa's parents and Wafaa developed asthma.
When the blip happened in the year 2018, Wafaa lost her parents and her sister. She spent the next five years coping and going to college. She became a Missing Persons Investigator in the hopes that she would find her family and help other people find theirs.
Six months later, the Blip was reversed and everyone who had been dusted away by Thanos's snap returned.
Unfortunately, Mariam died a year later because of her increasing cancer and Wafaa was blamed by her and Mariam's parents.
Devasted and lost, Wafaa retired from her job at the Missing Persons Department and was coerced into joining a group called the Flag Smashers, who manipulated her into believing that life was better during the Blip.
Eventually, Wafaa realized that the Flag Smashers were not all innocent. She was thinking about leaving when a young man named Joaquin Torres found her at the Tunisian border. He was sent to arrest her, but he befriended her instead and she became an insider ally for him, Bucky Barnes the Winter Soldier, and Sam Wilson, the new Captain America.
When Sam, Bucky, and Joaquin took on a Captain America poser, Wafaa confronted the Flag Smashers, and overpowered them with help from Joaquin. She could not bring herself to kill them, though, and was devastated when all of them eventually died except one; her best friend, Diego. She tried to get through to him, but ultimately, she failed and he fled. While Joaquin went on to become the new Falcon, Wafaa was offered a job at SHIELD as a missing persons field agent, which she readily accepted. She and Joaquin grew steadily from friends to falling in love. They got married months after they met. She spent the next two years doing undercover work for SHIELD. She is also still searching for Diego.
Personality and Character Analysis: Wafaa Taziri is dedicated and loyal to her loved ones. Her morals are strong, but when she gets emotional and wants to protect someone, she might compromise her morals. However, she draws the line at abuse, murder, or anything she deems as morally wrong.
Wafaa is burdened by her losses, but she is not an unhappy person. She is naturally stoic, which some people mistake as rudeness because she does not smile often. She can be occasionally grumpy, but only when she is tired. She is easy to get along with and is good at dealing with people. She is also really calm, but once her buttons are pushed, it is game over.
