So here's the part we've all been waiting for...we've talked about the good. Now we're talking about what didn't go so well. What got us to this point? Why did users feel unsafe? And most importantly how can we make it better?

Things we aren't gonna do

1) Blame everything on the ambassadors

2) Use any sort of attack or hate speech

3) Harass users in PMs for their views

Things we are going to do

1) Have a mature conversation

2) Work towards a positive solution

3) Acknowledge we made mistakes and find out where

Hopefully we can gather information to present to Wattpad. Yes, they have that silly survey. Yes, they may not listen to us. But no, I'm never going to stop trying to get these forums back because while they weren't perfect they weren't the horrible ces-pool wattpad made them out to be!
