So in light of recent events, many users have created their own mini forums for you to enjoy. This means that this can remain the hub for us to try to get wattpad to listen to us!

Why is this so important? If we give up and stop fighting wattpad won't listen to us meaning in 5 years or so the same thing could happen again. We need wattpad to listen to us. For ONCE to take our thoughts and feelings into account and use that information.

We chose Wattpad for a reason. And for all it's negatives, if we tried to start over (it's not worth it I looked it up please don't waste thousands of $$$) we wouldn't have the same results. For all it's negatives Wattpad has helped users achieve their dreams. Of all the writing sites I would say here is easiest to find the most diverse stories (aka not all 6 pack men on the cover) and the best people are here too. The people who are considerate, but will rise up when called to action. People who won't let prejudice slide.

So please, don't stop fighting. Keep letting your voices be heard through this book and on your profiles. They need to know that giving up was the wrong choice. That a permanent solution to a temporary problem isn't cool. We all have the power, we came here to share our stories with the world. The pen is mightier than the sword.

@Ecaille13 has created a story request book where users can request stories and people can respond with their links. It's starting off slow, but please make use of it!

WackyWriters by @CEJeffrey  is up and running! It's on discourse just like our old forums! Please be aware that this forum is still in beta so it is slow as more and more users join the tiny server. If you join, make sure to READ THE RULES!

To Wattpad: we don't need you for our forums. We will find solutions, we always do. We'd still like our forums back, thanks! We're pretty irritated that years of hard work and memories are going to waste. Stop trying to silence and cover up when things go wrong, its ok to make mistakes and admitting them shows how strong you are. We don't need you, but you need us. You need your writers, so maybe we should try to get along?
