Everyone was just in awe to see this giant robot in front of them. "I pay 1 gauge to cast Call, Super Machine! I call Cyber Police Assault Leader to the left! Assault Leader attacks Rising Flare Dragon!" "I cast Dragobond! It saves Flare and I gain 2 life!" "Then I attack the fighter!" "I pay 2 gauge to cast! Red Dragon Shield! The attack is nullified and you take 1 damage!" "Good thing I have Double Attack! I end." "Man this was fun. But now it's my FINAL TURN!" The kids started to cheer. "Here we go! Draw, charge and draw. Flare!" "Right!" "Reborn from an inferno, the super heated blade that cuts through everything! Come forth! Rising Flare HEAT EDGE!! I call Twin Brutes Dragon to the right. I cast Dragonic Charge! I use Flare's effect. He gains 2000 power and defense if Rising Flare Dragon is in the drop zone! Now Flare attack the fighter!" After Flare attack Card Burn was still there. "What happen?! Card Burn should have been destroyed?!" 

"Ultimate's effect prevents it from it being destroyed or returned to the hand!" "What now Tai?" Flare asked. Tai started to think. "Can't be destroyed or returned. That means I have to finish this one way."  "Don't worry Flare. I have a plan." He nodded. "Here comes Tai's plan." Blair said. "Twin Brutes attacks Assault Leader. I use it's effect to charge my gauge. Now time to use my last card! Final Phase! I pay 5 gauge." The Gargantuan blade appeared. "Roaring Slash!" He put his hand in the air, then brought it down. "GARGANTUA PUNISHER!!!" The blade cut the robot in half ending the game. Final Score: Kurumi-0, Tai-3.

The field has disappeared, and Kurumi was looking at her deck. "I guess there's still work to do." Tai walked to her. "That was a good match." Kurumi looked up and saw Tai with a big smile. "Yeah, it was." Everyone was clapping for them. Tai's score appeared on a screen. He's score was 10200. The gang approached both of them. "That's a good deck Kurumi." Rosena said. "You even put Tai in a pinch." He laughed nervously. "So your buddy is Card Burn?" He asked. "Mmm-hmm." She took the card out then it started to glow. "What's going on?!" Tai's, Blair's, and Rosena's decks started to glow. They took out their buddies and then everything went blank.

When the gang regain conciseness, they were in a cloud-like area. "Where are we?" Rosena asked. "That's what we want to know." a voice said. The gang looked around. Hallie, Charles, and Luke was there. "How did you guys get here?" Tai asked. Charles rubbed his head. "Our cards suddenly  glowed and then we're here." "It's like we were summon here." Luke said. Then the Guardians walked up. "That's right Luke." Kotaro said. "Did something happen?" Hallie asked. "We have a new friend!" Gao said. "Come out!" Then Card Burn came in front of the group. "Card Burn?!" The gang said.

"What's a Guardian?" Kurumi asked. "A Guardian is a protector of their world." Flare said. "We help keep the balance in the world. I'm the Guardian for Dragon World. Hearty is the Magic World's, Kotaro is Katana, Gao is Dungeon, Red Dragon is Danger, Galiazond is Ancient, and Card Burn is Hero's." "So that means Kurumi is a Guardian wielder too." Luke said. Flare nodded. "I can believe it." Blair said. "After what we saw, they are both very strong." "I never thought Card Burn was this special." She thought. "There is one more Guardian out there." Flare said. "We'll summon you guys here, in the meantime, welcome Card Burn and Kurumi." After that everything went blank again, and the gang was in the card shop.

Everything was like nothing ever happen. "Well, nice to have you with us Kurumi." Tai said. Blair and Rosena agreed. "Nice to be here." Blair just remembered something. "Tai?" "Yeah?" "When do you give Flare that name?" "Hmm, a little bit of I got him back." "Okay then." "Why you ask?" "Because you were calling him by that name during the fight." "Hey guys it's getting late. We should go." Rosena said. They agreed. After they said goodbye, everyone went home. While Kurumi was walking, she took out Card Burn. "I didn't expect this to happen. I wonder what is next."
