G!Sans x Bitty!Reader
(You can choose your type. The story will say S/C, which means Sweater Color. You will also see that I have chosen your sweater to be white for a little while. Keep reading and you'll understand why.)
(Anyone else love it when G calls the reader doll, love, dove, and sweetheart? Idk why, but I love the nickname Dove A LOT! It's so cute to me.)

I was sitting in the bitty pen like normal, though today was very busy around the shop. Lots of bitties we're getting adopted, dogs and cat getting taken home, and lots of things being bought throughout the day. A pink sweatered bitty named Lilac came and sat by me. "Hey Y/N. How are you doing?" I turned to look at her and smiled. "I'm doing fine, though I would love to be adopted... Everyone else has gotten adopted today, or have been picked up and looked at, but I've been ignored and left. It's probably because I have a white sweater."
Lilac looked at me with a small frown. She hugged me close and started to comfort me. "Just because they didn't pick you up, doesn't mean no one is going to adopt you. You're just a surprise! Like those mystery lollipops you get and has a surprise flavor inside! No one knows your type, so they're a little hesitant to pick you up. They don't know if you are an aggressive bitty, or a shy bitty." She said, try her best to make me feel better. "Th-thanks Lilac."
As she was about to respond, a loud ringing came front the door. Someone must have come into the center, or left. I walked towards one of the four glass walls of the pen and looked towards the door. When I did, I saw a tall skeleton with two cracks on his skull and in a nice black jacket. His jacket looked really comfy and fluffy in the hood. 'It looks like a cloud of fluff! I wanna jump in and snuggle it!'
~G's P.O.V.~
Walking around the surface has become a normal thing for us monsters, though I can tell some humans still hate us. In all honesty though; the felling is mutual. I can't stand humans at times, but I am become more tolerant to them. Frisk has helped a lot with that and even suggested getting a 'bitty reader', or whatever they're called. She said that they are humans, but really small and may, or may not have magic. They come in different types, but that's by their personality and sweater color.
I was snapped out of my thoughts when Frisk tapped my shoulder. "G, are you ok? You were spacing out for a little bit there." I looked towards her and grinned, putting a cigarette in between by teeth. "Nah. I was just remembering what you told me about those bitty things." Frisk rolled her eyes. "They aren't things. They're people; just like you and me. The only difference between them and us is their size. They have emotions, they feel pain, and they can fall in love." I rolled my eye light and chuckled. "You really do like those guys, don't ya?" Frisk just nodded with her classic smile.
Frisk then ran towards a tall building had no other buildings surrounding it. "Here it is, G! This is Rivethart's Itty Bitty Reader Shelter!" I nodded and walked towards the building. The shelter was a bright red color, with giant glass windows. "Alright. What now?" I ask Frisk, but then notice that she is already inside. "Inside it is then." When I walked inside, I noticed many different aisles of toys, food, pets, and bitties? "Wow." Frisk then grabbed my hand and dragged me towards the 'bitties'. "Look at them G! Aren't they adorable?!"
I looked down at all the little people and noticed a little girl in a white sweater. All the other bitties had colored sweaters, but hers was white. "Frisk?" "Yeah G?" She then turned her attention towards me. "Doesn't the color of their sweaters mean something about their personalities?" She nodded. "Then what does a white sweater mean?" She looked at me confused. "What do you mean? There aren't any white sweaters." I then placed my hand down and picked up the bitty with the white sweater. "Then what color is her sweater?" Frisk's eyes widened.
"Oh." I then looked at the bitty in hand. "What's your name, if you have one that is?" She looked up at me with wide eyes. "Y-Y/N. W-why do y-you wanna know?" I chuckled at her timid speaking. "Hey! I asked you a question, not a joke!" I then stopped chuckling at her, but instead looked back in shock. Maybe it wasn't her being timid, but surprise? "Alright; Fine. I wanted to know cause ya looked interesting. You're different from the rest. Do you know why you're sweaters white, cause Frisk here doesn't?"
She looked down at her sweater and then back at me. Y/N then shook her head no. "I have no clue. No one really knows why. They've tried different sweaters and having me with different bitties, but none of it changed my sweater color. No one's wanted to adopt me, so they don't know if that will change my sweater color, or not." I nodded and looked at Frisk. She was looking at me a bit of hope mixed with, sadness?
Pity. She felt pity for the little bitty reader. (Lol. Pity for the bitty. Sorry carry on (My wayward son!~) ok sorry. I'm done. Go back to your 'regularly scheduled oneshot'.) "How about I adopt you? Maybe we can help!" Frisk said; determination clear in her voice and her expression. "Frisk. I'll adopt her. You've got enough on your plate as it is. Being the monster ambassador is hard enough for you as it is. Why add more stress with a bitty? I'll adopt her and try and help her, unless she doesn't want me to."
Y/N then had an expression that held so many different emotions. Tears were falling down her face, a giant smile plastered on, and her legs gave out from underneath her. She looked overjoyed as well as she looked torn apart. I made sure she didn't fall through the hole in my hand and also helped her back up. "Hey Hey Hey kiddo. Calm down." I said, lightly stroking her back with my finger.
"Pl-please. Please can I go with you?" She said through her hiccups and tears. She looked so adorable, yet those tears worried me. How long has she been here without being adopted? Why hasn't she been adopted yet? She's just like the other bitties; I think. "Sure, dove. I'll be right back. Stay here and I'll be back with the papers and stuff." I then set her back down and walked over to the front desk.
~Y/N's P.O.V.~
(I really didn't wanna write about paper work and the adoption process for bitties. P.O.V. Change to the rescue!)
After he set me down, I ran towards Lilac and hugged her. "I'm getting adopted! I'm getting adopted!" She looked so happy for me as well as she did heart broken. "I'm glad you're finally going to get adopted! You deserve a nice home." I then pulled away from her and frowned. "But what about you? You'll be here and not at a home yet." Her brightly colored eyes had tears held tightly to them, but was refusing to let them fall. "I'll be fine! I'm sure someone will come some day." Suddenly there was a squeal heard from behind us. I shot my head around to see what made the noice. "Oh my gosh! She's so cute! Mama! Can we adopt her? Please?! I'll behave for the next month if we can!"
Lilac was then picked up by a six year old girl. The child had gorgeous, baby blue eyes and long blonde hair. She was wearing an adorable pink tutu and had one of her front teeth missing. "Of course dear. Just remember to be nice and gently with her. She's very small and fragile." Lilac looked at me, smiling like she knew this was going to happen.
"Bye Y/N!" "Bye Lilac!" I yelled, waving goodbye as she was taken to the front desk for adoption. As she faded into the distance, the skeleton that was going to adopt me got closer. "Everything has been filled out, I've got your new stuff, and the payments have been made. All that's left is to take you home kid. You ready, dove?" I smiled and jumped up excitedly. "Yes!" I cheered, quickly jumping into his hand.
"You missed, doll." He said, chuckling. I looked down and noticed I jumped through the hole in his hand. "O-oh." My face was as red as a tomato and I looked away, extremely embarrassed. 'Nice going ya idiot.' I mentally scolded myself. "Don't worry to much about it. You'll get used to it after a while." He then gently picked me up and placed me on his shoulder. I turned to look at him; even though I was still blushing like no tomorrow, and asked him a question. "Where's your friend? She was with you when went to adopt me." He turned around and pointed at her crouched form. She was petting one of the fluffiest dogs I had ever seen in my life.
"She told me to leave her here for a bit, but she's most likely gonna try and come home with half of the dogs here if I leave her. I'm going to call a friend of mine to make sure she doesn't try and take them all home." Giggling at the thought of her taking so many dogs, made me fall onto my rear end.
Then I quickly realized something. I never got his name, but he got mine. "H-hey, um.. what's your name? I never did ask you your name..." The skeleton then looked at me, surprised. "I never did tell you, did I? Well, the names G!Sans, but everyone calls me G." I nodded. "It's nice to meet you, G."
~Time skip to 5 weeks after he got you~ AUTHOR'S P.O.V.
"G! Help!" A voice cried from behind a bedroom door. The sound of sprinting boots was heard throughout the house as said skeleton ran towards the voice. "What's going on Y/N?! You ok?" He yelled from the other side of the door. "I'm about to fall off your nightstand! You tell me if I'm ok, or not!" You snapped back; scared for your life, but still sassy. G opens the door and quickly grabs your small form. "Better now, doll?" He says as he sets you down on his soft and squishy bed. "Y-yeah. Thanks." He nods his head and smirks. You noticed he didn't have his classic cigarette in between his teeth, but you didn't say a word about it. "Why were you on my nightstand?"
You shrugged your shoulders. "I just wanted to see if the height difference would help me see the room better. This room is huge compared to me!" G chuckled. "Y'know you could have asked me to give you a better view. I'm much taller than that nightstand and I can easily show you my room without getting you hurt, or worse; killed." G then carefully picked you up and placed you in his shoulder, much like the day he adopted you. Sometimes you questioned why he adopted you. He despises all humans, other than Frisk, and to be quite honest, you are a human. You're just really tiny compared to 'normal' humans.
"H-hey G?" G hums in response; telling you he's listening. "Why d-did you adopt me?" He then walks over to the door and downstairs. G sits on the couch and sets you down on the arm of it. "I adopted you because Frisk wanted to, but I knew she had to much work and stress on her hands to take proper care of you. To be quaint, I didn't really want to adopt you, but slowly grew fond of having you around. You're much more tolerable than a human. Heck, you're friggin adorable and so sweet to everyone that's come over. Toriel and Asgore love you to bits, Alphys and Undyne think you're 'Kawaii', Paps loves cooking with you, and Mettaton thinks you're precious." As he was rambling on about how everyone loves you, you notice his face slowly getting brighter yellow.
You then jump from the arm of the couch onto G's arm. He flinches at your sudden action and looks at you confused. "What are you doing, Doll?" You don't answer him, but instead you continue climbing his arm. When you finally make it to his shoulder, you lift yourself up and rush over to his neck. You hugged him tightly around his neck. "Thank you G!" G smiled and looked down at you, trying his best not to hurt you in doing so. "You're welcome Doll. Hey, Dove? What's going on with your sweater?"
You look down and notice you sweater changing from white to S/C. "I-I finally have a sweater color! I-I'm so happy! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!" You say, hugging him closer and tighter. This was the greatest day for you. "You're welcome, Dove. You're very welcome."
