Act One: The Arrival

Chapter Thirteen: Rumor Aftermath

As promised as soon as he hung up the phone with Lena, Phil booked the next flight he could to Seattle so that he could go and check on his daughter.

Renee had walked in just as he had finished purchasing the ticket and wrinkled her nose up in disgust when she saw where he was going. "Why are you going there?"

Phil resisted the urge to roll his eyes at her tone, "I am going to go and check up on my daughter."

A smile slipped onto her face, hearing his words, she's just as delusional as her daughter which is probably where Isabella gets it from because she completely disregarded his actual daughter, and though he was talking about Isabella who in his wife's eyes, he should consider her his daughter. "Oh okay." then she walked out of the room.

Phil furrowed his brow thinking that was a little strange but brushed it off as he packed a couple of bags, not knowing exactly how long he would be there but he would be there as long as Lena needed him to be that was his daughter, she came first. He only had her go to Forks with Isabella because he thought it would be a good bonding experience for them but now he realized that Lena was right and it probably wouldn't happen.

It didn't take long for the man to get to the airport, he knew from the arrangements for Lena to stay at Charlie's that there were only two bedrooms, and now the renovated attic so while he was waiting on his flight to be called Phil called and rented a room at the motel that was in Forks he rented it out for two weeks to start out with and would see what was needed after that.

Phil waited on his flight while reading a book.

Lena smirked as she got up the next morning, she had a text from her dad telling her that he would be in Forks, sometime that afternoon, which meant she could put part two of her plan into motion but for now she had to get ready for school it was going to be a good day, she just knew it.

The blonde got ready for school and made herself some breakfast, she ate and then finished getting ready and waited for Lauren to pick her up since her car was still in the shop.

Lena climbed into the passenger seat after Lauren had let her know that she was outside, a smirk on her face once again, "hey Laur."

"Hey, Lena." The other blonde replied back.

"Today is going to be a good day, a bitch is gonna learn."

Lauren smirked back at Lena, "Oh yeah Jesse left early for school this morning so she could get it rolling and the majority if not the whole school would be aware by the time that the bitch got to school."

Lena just smirked, as Lauren pulled out of her driveway and made her way to school.

The blonde duo made their way toward where Jess was leaning against her car wearing a vicious smirk on her face, Jess turned toward Lena as they approached "It's done, started it as soon as I got here it will be all over the school by the time she gets here since she almost always gets here late.

Yelena matched the smirk Jess gave her, "Good maybe this will teach the bitch not to mess with me anymore." they were just waiting on Angela now before they walked into the school.

The Cullens had heard the rumor as soon as they arrived at school it was all everyone was talking about, Rosalie gave Edward a look "See I told you she wasn't going to be good for us, that right there just proves it."

Edward glared at the blonde "They are obviously lying, Bella is my mate there is no way that she would do any of that... whoever started the rumor is just jealous of my mate."

Rosalie scoffed and rolled her eyes at Edward's delusions, she knew just from looking at the plain brunette that she wouldn't be a good fit with their family but Edward ever since Alice said that she was his mate from the vision she had of Isabella Swan had been obsessed with her.

Alice on the other was starting to doubt her vision of the brunette, it wouldn't be the first time one of her visions had been wrong... the small pixie-like vampire decided that she would ask Lena about it later since Lena was the girl's step-sister.

Isabella pulled into teh school parking lot a little late just like usual and her truck backfired as she put it in park and turned it off, the plain brunette grabbed her stuff and climbed out of the truck, only to see everyone staring at her, now normally she would have loved that except this time they were all staring at her in disgust and she had no idea, why and the ones with someone turned and whispered to their friends.

Isabella started walking toward the building, and she heard some of the whispers, "I heard she had a baby at 14 and neglected it so it was taken away from her by CPS." one girl said to her friend who 'whispered' back "yeah well I heard she has an STD because she never uses protection."

"That's just nasty, but I heard that she's had three abortions... Like you think after the first pregnancy she would want to use protection to prevent another one since apparently, she didn't want that baby to begin with."

Isabella paled slightly hearing some of the things they were saying and then her face turned red as she got angry she knew that only one person coils have spread any of that around.

There were more people staring at her as she walked into the school but she ignored those whispers as she marched up to Lena, with her face red in anger, "why are you spreading all those lies about me?" the brunette demanded.

Lena just gave her a raised brow, "I don't know what you're talking about Isabella, I haven't spread anything, the only thing being spread around here is your legs... seriously who'd you agree to fuck, if they did your dirty work?"

Isabella's eyes widened she didn't think that she would figure out that it was her that had Lena's tires slashed "I-I don't know what you're talking about, I-I didn't do anything."

Lena scoffed, "Please just stop lying, honey, you're not as slick as you think are. If you don't want to tell me that's fine, I could just ask around I'm sure someone will fess up, If I threaten to press charges for vandalizing my car."

"I had nothing o do with that I don't know what you're talking about, stop spreading lies about me, I am not a whore, nor have I ever had a baby or an abortion." of course it really was true but the brunette couldn't let everyone know about it then how was she supposed to find people that would sleep with her here.

Lena rolled her eyes hearing that thought in Isabella's mind. "Okay fine, play dumb. I'll figure it out one way or another oh and I didn't tell them anything I don't know where they got all of that information from." but the slight smirk on her face told the dull brunette that Lena knew exactly where it came from, but wasn't going to own up to it.

Isabella huffed and stomped off, Jess and Lena smirked at each other "This is only the beginning."

Lema nodded, "You got that right it is... I wonder if I could use charm speak, I've seen Mom do it but I've never tried."

The brunette shrugged, "I don't know but you could try it."

"That is how I am going to try and find out who did the dirty work then if it works awesome, and if not then I'll find out some other way." after that she walked off to try and find out who slashed her tires.

She asked several people but they all denied it making the blonde sigh, either they were telling the truth or the charm speak wasn't working and she couldn't do it. The bell rang for their first class before she could further investigate so she walked off toward her class which was AP History.

Lauren looked at Lena as she took her seat, "any luck?"

Lena shook her head, "Nope, not yet, but I will find out by the end of the day I guarantee it."

The blond vampire that sat on Lena's other side was a little curious if the rumors were true but he knew that Alice was going to ask Lena about it in Biology so he'd wait and find out from his wife later.

"I meant what I said earlier, someone will crack and fess up once I mention pressing charges, it's just a matter of time." then she smirked to herself and muttered to herself, "god I wish everyone could hear her thoughts, then they'd know just how much a terrible person that Isabella is."

Lena knew that Jasper would hear that and it would raise questions. Lauren looked at her "What was that Lena?"

"Oh, nothing." she hoped that she would be able to tell, her friends at least half of the truth about her, she just needed to talk to her mom about it first. The rest of History went by quickly. The bell rang and they were dismissed.

The next few classes went by quickly and before Lena knew it, it was lunch but she was going to use it more to try and see if she can find the culprit that messed with her car before she ate.

She was talking to one of the senior male students, and she did what she had seen her mom do before and tried to use charm speak again, but this time the boys' eyes looked dazed which didn't happen with the others she had tried with earlier.

Lena kept her voice steady, "Now tell me the truth, you know you want to. Did Isabella Swan, promise you sex, if you would do her a favor?"

"Yes." The boy answered with no hesitation.

Lena smirked internally, well it was working "Now was this favor slashing the tires of a black BMW convertible?"

"Yes."

"Great, thank you so much for the information Kevin... you'll be hearing from me again when I get the bill for the damages that you did to my car because a dumb bitch said she'd have sex with you if you'd do it." Lena broke the eye contact, turned, and walked away from the boy, leaving him blinking and confused as to why he just told her all of that.

The blonde witch was unaware of the little audience she had for that in the form of the two senior Hale 'twins' they shared a confused look wondering how she did that.

Lena made her way to the cafeteria after that and grabbed her food and sat down between Jess and Lauren like she normally does. Isabella was glaring daggers at the blonde witch but Lena wasn't even phased by her at all.

Lunch passed by uneventfully and then it was time for Biology. Lena took her seat and Alice leaned closer to the blonde and talked softly, "So it's been driving me crazy since this morning, is any of what they're saying about Bella true?"

Lena smirked to herself speaking in the same tone that the pixie-like vampire was, "It's all true Alice, well maybe not the std part, I wouldn't be surprised, but I don't know if that part's true but everything else is."

Alice nodded accepting the answer that was given her mind was now all over the place, she was second-guessing her vision about Bella now, she was so sure that she had seen the brunette as Edward's mate but now she wasn't so sure.

Lena who has heard Alice's thoughts decided to reveal just slightly that she knew about them, and whispered lowly to the pixie-like vampire, "She isn't." and said nothing else.
