Overview

1. We're being super nice here and allowing you to pick your designer because we understand that some people prefer certain people over others and that's totally okay but that doesn't mean that your preferred designer is obliged to make your graphic. If they don't wanna make, they won't. They may not have the inspiration needed to work on your graphic. Don't worry, another designer will take over if that happens. We reserve that right.

2. Please try and help us out with as much information as you can give! Don't forget the payment or you'll be banned from this account.

Rules

1. Have patience.

2. Your book must be posted or be ready to be posted.

3. We have the right to deny a request. Reason for denying will be mentioned. [Don't post your requests on our message board or PM us. They will be ignored and deleted.]

4. If the graphic isn't used within a week, it'll be turned into a pre-made and will be given to any one who wants it. Inform us whether or not you're going to use the graphic.

5. Must use the cover as the main cover for at least one week.

6. You can request a number of times but we may not accept all your requests.

7. Include the word random if you've read this far in between your form. This will be your password.

8. No thread or book hopping, that is - do not request here if you've requested elsewhere.

9. Don't be too vague or too specific with your ideas.

10. Payment to be completed after acceptance of your request and before delivery.

11. Please comment your form i.e place your request in the "Place Your Request" chapter. Not here.

12. Not following the rules will lead to immediate rejection of your request.

13. When you receive your graphic, there will be a watermark which should not be removed or covered. 

14. Provide at least 2-3 ideas wherever asked.

Note

1. If your preferred designer(s) are unavailable at the moment, please don't be persistent about the situation. Another graphic designer will take it over and make it for you. If you still would like your graphic to be made by that specific graphic designer, you will have to be prepared to wait for a lengthy period until you receive the desired graphic. 

2. If your preferred designer can't make your graphic due to lack of inspiration, other commitments etc., another designer will take over. If you don't want that other designer, please cancel your request. We reserve the right to accept/deny your request. We're being nice and allowing you to request a preferred designer (not many other joint graphic shops offer that) but if you decide to become a brat about your preferred designer not accepting your request and another designer taking over your request, we'll reject your request immediately.

3. We do host the right to reject requests. The reason behind the rejection will be either of of these three or all: pure chaos, you not following the rules or all the members lack inspiration. 

Payment

1. Credit is a must. You must state somewhere within the book or in the description of your story that it was made by us. Eg: Cover made by @graphicdesigner from @GraphicsNation

2. You must follow our account [GraphicsNation] 

3. Extra payment for the gif banner or a pack/series of graphics: A 3+ lined comment on the requested book of the designer and a dedication to either that designer or the GraphicsNation account.

4. If it's your second (or third or fourth and so on) time that you're requesting, we will ask you to add one of our books to your public reading list. If that's done too, we'll come up with another payment.

Requesting

 Please request in the "Place Your Request Here" chapter. The forms are available there.

We kindly ask that you don't PM us your forms or post it on our message board. If this does occur, we will ignore it and not reply. It will also be deleted off the message board. This is because it will become messy and confusing and we will eventually lose track of everything and our minds too.

I don't think we need to remind you that if you don't follow our rules, we will reject your request immediately.

Once Requested

Once you have posted your comment and we have seen it and accepted your request, it will be featured in the "Queue" chapter under the designer who has accepted your request. We will reply to your comment with whether your request has been accepted or not.

If we don't reply to you within 3 days, it means either one of the following things:

1. Your preferred designer hasn't gotten back to the other members yet so we're trying to contact them.

2. We're reassigning your request to another designer as your preferred designer didn't want to take up your request.

3. We've missed your request due to whatever reason.

If we still haven't gotten back to you on the fourth day, PM this account immediately and we'll get back to you whether or not your request was accepted. Give us two more days as we'll need to go through your request (again) and make sure a designer takes it up or see if we need to reject it.
