When's the best time to cancel an order?

As soon as possible. I would rather not waste my time especially if I have others waiting who genuinely want my services. It's best to cancel no later than three days after ordering.

There are a few key reasons:
(a.) I'm behind on my homework
(b.) I'm grounded or Internet is unavailable
(c.) I have important things to attend at home
