Daughter of Tinkerbell part one
Most of the kids in Auradon are mortals now other than me. My mum is Tinkerbell and if you're wondering how that works she used magic to come to normal size. I am a half fairy so I only have half of my mum's powers as my dad is a human. I can shrink to fairy size but I stay human sized. I have a lot of trust issues with people my age and I'm quite the hot tempered girl. I've all struggled making friends until meeting Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos. I'm with them now on the Isle of the Lost because Mal ran back there.
"You go Ben." Evie says.
"Wish me good luck." Ben replies with.
"All the way to the top." Jay points.
"Good luck." Evie shouts.
"Do you think they'll be okay?" Carlos asks worried.
"I'm sure of it." I say in wonder.
I take in my surroundings. The Isle is so full of darkness yet colour. Its beautiful and terrifying at the same time. I mean I've been to Fairy Hollow and that's magical but this is a different kind of magical. I start to wonder around below the loft where the VKs hung out away from their parents. Suddenly I bump into a rather hard chest. I bounce off the chest but the strong hand catches me before I go down. This mysterious strong hand hard chest lad let's out a chuckle that sends shivers down my spine.
"And who might ye be?" This voice says in a flirty voice whilst pulling me oh so closer to him.
Now I have to admit, I have longer blonde hair than my mum and I always paint my lips deep red. I am a bit of an awkward flirt that I'm told is endearing.
"None of your goddamn business." I spit, trying to mask my fear.
"Is that any way to thank me?" This voice whispers lowly in my ear.
Its shadowy and dark down this alley I've found myself in and all I can see is piercing blue eyes. In these eyes I see so much more than a villain kid. Now the man has seemed to intertwined our hands. I push him hard away from me.
"Fuck off." I whip.
"A sailor's mouth eh?"
I just ignore him and saunter away and I find myself back with Evie, Jay and Carlos. I'm met by a hug from Evie.
"Please don't wander away." She asks me quietly.
Ben comes down the staircase... Alone. Where is Mal? Ben looks so down trodden.
"She's not coming back." Ben says quietly.
"What?" Carlos asks.
"M? It's E. Talk to me Mal." Evie says into a megaphone looking contraption.
"Leave me alone!" Mal's voice shouts.
"Guys let's give her time to cool off." Jay suggests sensibly.
"Where's Ben?" Carlos asks looking around.
It's at that point that familiar chuckle emerges from the darkness. A pirate with black guyliner and a metal hook held with one hand reveals himself with scruffy chocolate hair. Shit. Who does he remind me of? Captain Hook!
"'Ello!" He says loudly in a voice that is leery from all the darkness.
"Where the hell is Ben?" Jay asks angrily stepping forward.
The pirate looks Jay up and down and says:
"Awww Jay, you've lost your touch." He then cackles.
"Or maybe you're just jealous, pirate." I angrily punch that last word out.
Finally this pirate acknowledges my presence and for a split second I see a glimmer of a smile not a smirk but then also a wave of confusion. The pirate's cocky demeanor comes back to life as he saunters towards me. He strokes as soft as snow the cold metal blade of his hook across my cheek. Instantly I tense and my legs start to tremble slightly. Carlos puts one hand on my shoulder and with the other he shoves the pirate away from me. Carlos just holds onto my arm as I slightly lean on him.
"Harry, Ben! Where is he?" Evie demands.
She shakes Harry the pirate with the metal hook out of his trance as I realise he was staring at me.
"Oh him? We nabbed him," Evie rolls her eyes, "Tell Mal Uma wants a visit at the fish and chip shop, alone."
Harry the pirate with the incredible piercing ocean blue eyes struts off like he owns the Isle. Well, since Mal, Evie, Carlos and Jay left I suppose he runs the Isle of the Lost now.
"Hey-hey!" Carlos says loudly.
"You okay girl?" Evie asks me.
I just nod silently now able to stand on my own. I turn and nod at Carlos in thanks.
"Who is he?" I ask Jay because he is the one who will sugarcoat it the least.
He looks at Evie and Carlos, "Harry Hook, son of Captain Hook." Jay speaks.
"Kay." I just whisper.
"We've got to tell Mal." Carlos says changing the subject.
------
Earlier today Mal had lost the arm wrestle with Uma the consequence is that Uma is demanding fairy godmother's wand in exchange for Ben. The irony. Jay and Carlos has gone back to Aurodon to print off a 3D version of the wand as me, Mal and Evie went to visit their little friend Dizzy. She is an incredibly sweet person who gave my bright blonde hair pale green highlights at the bottom. We left to go back to the VK's hangout loft but its midnight and the boys are returning in the morning.
I walk down the chilly Isle of the Lost streets alone to clear my head. I made sure to memorize my route but all that disappears when I see a dark silhouette sitting with feet dangling over the edge of the dock. There's no ship so it's not Uma's ship. I stare at the dark figure.
"It's rude to stare little princess. Didn't they teach you that in prep school?" Harry Hook says bitterly.
I scoff and strut towards him, then I copy his position. The position is really comfy I find and I sit next to him our knees tapping gently. I didn't mean to sit this close but oh well I'm lazy I'm not moving.
"A couple of things Harry," I say using his actual name, "One I'm not a princess and two they don't teach that sort of stuff at Auradon Prep-"
"Aye so ye admit ye was staring at me?" Harry asks me smirking in the moonlight.
"Shut up." I say nudging his shoulder.
We stay silent for a couple of beats until Harry whispers lowly in my ear getting our bodies really close.
"Aren't ye scared of me little one?" Harry whispers catching my ear slightly with his pearly white teeth.
I pull away with my face going bright red like my mother's and say angrily, "I'm not little." I say crossing my arms.
"I'm five foot eleven and you're what? Five foot six at a push?" Harry smirks touching my arm.
I swat his arm, "Get off." I say.
"Ooh tiny temper eh?" Harry teases with his smirk.
"And I was only scared when I realised who your dad was but then I remembered like the VKs, you're not your parents. You write your own story. I get it's hard on the Isle of the Lost." I sigh, "Afterall history is written by the victors."
I then shiver due to the cold night air.
"Here." Harry motions for us to stand up.
So I follow his direction and he shoves off his long billowing red pirate coat and hands it to me.
"No, you'll get cold." I say to his strong abs with his veins running up his arms.
"But you're freezing." Harry smiles, not smirks as he puts the coat on me.
The coat is way too big for me but incredibly warm and it smells like Harry which is intoxicating by the way. I don't know why he is doing this.
"What?" I ask as he stares at me as I twirl about in it.
Harry comes really up close to me.
"Ye look good in it, better than me." He smirks then puts his non-hook hand in my hair, "I like what ye done to your hair, it's hot."
"Oh shut up you." I say quietly, now blushing like a schoolgirl.
"Don't ye know how to take a compliment lass?" Harry asks me, our noses touching.
"Nope." Harry pulls away and looks me straight in my bright green eyes, "You're looking at the Auradon misfit."
Harry pulls me back by his own coat that's on me but this time we are even closer if that's possible.
"I like that." Harry says softly on my lips.
Then he crashes our lips together. It's as if our lips are made for each other. I hear a clatter of metal and concrete as Harry abandons his hook to grip my hip whilst pulling me closer. The kiss is heating it up as I grab Harry's thin rugged cotton shirt and drag him closer to me. This causes him to smirk into the deep kiss. The kiss ends. Our foreheads stay touching and our panting breaths mix together.
"This is-is w-wrong Harry." I murmur.
"Then why does it feel so right?" He whispers back, biting my lip lightly.
Then he captures our lips again...
