this is a book of poems, kinda like Milk and Honey or Whiskey Words & a Shovel. It's a story of struggles and mistrust and how the author overcame that and it's a very good self-love book. that's all i really have to say but it's a quick read (i read it in 20 minutes) and it's pretty powerful and straightforward
