"Good Afternoon and welcome to the Spa Gardens resort. Do you have a booking?" The perfect looking receptionist asked with a perfect smile. I felt very out of place here.

"Yes, it's Liam Denver." Liam said as she typed away on the computer, her fake nails clacking as they hit each key.

"Oh lovely, and this is your date?" She asked, he nodded. "Perfect, well I hope you have a lovely date here. We're currently the only spa resort that has won 5 awards consecutively for our packages so I feel confident that you'll have a day that you'll never forget! If you just want to follow me, I'll take you to your locker room. Your itinerary will be in there so you can get dressed to whatever activities you have booked there. Is that okay?" She continued, her heels now clicking on the marble floor as she showed us to a room with a big 14 on the front. She handed Liam the key.

"Of course." I replied with a smile. "Thank you." Liam nodded in agreement.

"Enjoy your date. If you need anything don't hesitate to contact me." She grinned again as she walked away and left us in front of the door. I took a nervous breath in and out as Liam unlocked the door to the changing room. A wooden bench ran around the edge of the room, lockers on one side and pegs on the other but there were no cubicles. I was going to have to get dressed in front of Liam. Oh god. Two itineraries sat on the bench so we walked over and read them.

"I guess we're needing the swimwear then." Liam said as he pulled his shirt off in front of me. My breath hitched and I instinctively looked away. His hand touched my shoulder. "I can go outside if you want to get dressed first, I'll get changed afterwards." I felt stupid when he said that, I had to get changed in front of the whole class for PE throughout school and never had an issue so why was this an issue? Come on Leah, snap out of it.

"Oh, no it's fine thanks!" I said as I unzipped my bag and pulled out my black bikini. I hesitated for a second before I took my top off, changing into my bikini in lightening speed. Gathering up the courage, I turned to Liam confidently. He turned round and his jaw dropped, his eyes drinking me in.

"Wow." He breathed. I too took in the sight in front of me. Liam was toned and sculpted, a six pack quite prominent. He clearly spent some time at the gym and looked after himself. He cleared his throat. "Right, shall we have a mud bath?" He held his hand out and I took it, walking out and into the room for the mud baths. An attendee greeted us and helped us lower ourselves into the hot mud bath.

"Now just let me know if you want any water or anything. Just press that button." He smiled a perfect smile like the receptionist and left the room. The windows looked out over the countryside and easy listening music played on the speakers.

"Well, this is the life!" I said as I sunk into the mud.

"Well, as nice as it was for Sadia to book this, I'm glad I'm doing this with you." Liam smiled, pulling an arm out of the mud and holding it out towards me. Once again, I took his hand and our fingers intertwined.

"You didn't just pick me to see me in a bikini?" I teased. He let out a laugh.

"That was one part." He replied sarcastically but his tone became more serious as he carried on. "I just thought something like this would make us bond, and of all the people on the list, I wanted to get to know you the most." I smiled at him.

"Thank you, you're not so bad either. Sorry that I was reserved on the way here. I just didn't really know how to say it but I felt like you needed to know that I knew." I stroked his hand with my thumb without realising as i spoke. It's only when he looked down at his hand and I followed his gaze that I realised.

"It's okay. Thank you for being honest. That whole day has left a lot of people with misconceptions about me. Gemma had been flirting with me on and off for ages but I always refused. That night, she followed me up to my room where I'd gone to get my phone and she played me. She came in crying and said she'd broken up with Conor and she needed someone to talk to but I got caught up in the moment and we ended up kissing. I don't speak with her anymore. I haven't since that night." He sighed and rested his head back on the edge of the bath.

"You should tell him." I said simply.

"He won't listen to me. We've got to that point. We're only seen together because of Alastair's stupid thing. I've tried to start conversations with him but he just leaves the room-"

"I'll talk to him." I interrupted. "I'll sort it out, don't worry."

"Hi guys, times up in here! Let me help you out and to the showers and it's onto your next adventure." The man helped us both out of the mud and into shower cubicles that were side by side. The warm water hit my skin and began washing off the mud. After a while, both myself and my clothes were clean. Just as I turned to wash my hair I saw a figure in the doorway. Liam made his way over to me and before I had time to react, wrapped his arms around me and kissed me, the water pouring over both of us under the shower.
