I made my coffee at godspeed. Faster than lightning, faster than the speed of sound, faster than any sane person with hearing covering their ears when they hear Gowland play the violin-- yes, I made my coffee that fast. 

My little rendezvous with Ace (can I call it that?) left me unnerved. I suddenly wasn't comfortable in the clock tower, even though it had been my safe point as well as Alice's. The Clock Tower was a neutral zone, so to speak. I didn't have anyone trying to jump into my pants here; it was my home, my safe place, and Ace teasing me ruined that and ripped apart the safety net that had been cast over the building.

After throwing the spoon in the sink I hurriedly left the kitchen and made my way past Julius and Ace, but I wasn't fast enough, and just when I had lifted my head up after thinking I had managed to go past (not unnoticed, but ignored) I made eye contact with Ace, who glanced over in my direction.

He smirked.

To this, I snapped my head in another direction and increased my pace, and I swear to God, I could hear him laugh at me. 

This bastard thinks I'm a joke. 

My exit was emphatic, not surprising at all considering hello, it's me we're talking about, but I managed to close the door as quietly as possible after I had slipped through. Sleep was not on my agenda tonight, and nor was leaving the house tomorrow. 

Tomorrow, I'll just sit home and harass Julius. Good plan.

Wait. All Ace does is sit in our home and harass Julius. 

Nevermind, bad plan. His company is not something I've ever wanted (that bastard yandere) and I definitely do not want it for an entire day. Now, I'm stumped, because I have nowhere to go. No where is safe. 

If I go to the castle, Peter will be there (immediate no), but... so will Vivaldi (immediate yes), but Ace will potentially be there too, which is an immediate no (much like Peter's), except now it's accompanied by a giant red X with big letters above it saying NO WAY IN HELL.

I can't go anywhere near the forest because I'll end up running into the Twins somehow, and the Hatter Mansion is also a giant red X because Blood Dupre will tease me to no end about how I escaped his manor and ended up right back in his arms. I mean, not like I'll be running into his arms any time soon but I can damn well see him forcing me into them. The twins are... awkward with me right now and the rabbit dog hates me.

That just leaves the amusement park, with Gowland and Boris--

Boris.

My face flushes crimson, and I can feel it heating up.

No... No, I can't see Boris just yet. I'm not sure what to make of our kiss. I'm not sure what he makes of our kiss. Kiss. Oh. No. We kissed. I managed to forget about it for a while, why did I have to suddenly remind myself of it? Wanting to forget it like this, ah... if Boris knew, he'd surely be hurt, wouldn't he?

"Stupid boy," I mutter under my breath. "I can't believe he kissed me."

"Oh?" A voice calls out from the dark. "Don't worry, he wont be -- no one will be -- kissing you ever again."

My body freezes as I see a tall (yet familiar) silhouette standing on the other side of the room, hidden in the shadows. His words are coated in poison and ice; before I can make any noise, he's looming over me in an instant, and just as I reach to slam my hand against the bedside table to alert Julius and Ace, I feel a burst of pain against the back of my head.

Instantly, my eyes cloud with tears. Before my vision turns black and my eyes close, I feel strong arms hold me.

Don't touch me--!!

Is my last thought before my unconscious body is stolen from the clock tower.
