Killian and Scarlett lay snuggled up by the fire place. Her head rests on his chest, eyes closed, a smile on her lips. His arm with the hook holds her close while his hand rests on her pregnant belly, a gentle reminder that he's keeping his family safe.

Right before Scarlett can fall asleep, she jolts up.

" Oh!".

" What's wrong?!", Killian exclaims.

" I-It's the babies... they're kicking", Scarlett says, unable to contain her smile and tears.

" Are they really?", He asks.

Killian brings his hand to her belly, and as soon as he feels a little thump, tears well up in his eyes. His smiles down at his wife, her hands on top of his. No words are spoken, they just simply share the endearing moment together, completely content and have forgotten about the prophecy all together.

He plants a gentle kiss on her lips, their salty tears mixing together and glistening down their cheeks.

Killian rests his forehead on Scarlett's, their eyes locked on one another. Her left pointer finger gently grazes over his wedding band. Neither of them dare to move.

" Scarlett? Are you alright?", Snow asks as she walks towards the couple.

" I'm fine {clears throat}. The babies are kicking".

" {gasps} Oh, my! I'm so happy for you!", She exclaims.

" Do you... want to feel?", Scarlett asks.

Snow smiles, tears coming up in her eyes as well.

" I would be honored to".

Snow kneels before the pregnant woman and carefully put her hand on the belly. Scarlett guides Snow's hand to where the babies feet are, and feels a little thump.

" That's really amazing, Scarlett".

" Thank you, Snow"

As the night continues, more and more people are welcomed to feel Scarlett's belly. David, Emma and Grant, Henry, Regina... all but her father.

That same night, once her husband is asleep, Scarlett transports herself in front of her father's pawn shop. She turns the handle and walks in the door, the little bell signaling her arrival.

" Who dares...-- Sweatheart... what brings you here?", Gold asks.

" Papa... um... the babies just started to kick", Scarlett says, biting her lower lip to try and conceal her smile.

And in this moment, he doesn't think about his deal with Hades, all that's on his mind are his grandchildren.

" Oh, my little girl".

He rushes to his daughter to bring her into his embrace. He pets her hair and then kisses the top of her head.

" I promise you... I will do everything in my power... to keep you and your children safe. You have my word".
