One word that Scarlett could not get out of her mind.Her mind wonders as her body walks her back to her mother's vault.

" Scarlett... you look so beautiful," Cora says, eyes widen in awe.

" Thanks, nana," Scarlett responds.

" Oh, my... you're pregnant."

" Twins."

" Oh, sweetheart... you need to get back to Storybrooke."

" I'm not leaving without my husband."

Scarlett feels her emotions tugging on her magic, but she has enough control to not let lose.

" You were right to come to me. Hades has spent far too long down here to be changed by something as simple as love," Cora continues.

" But love can change people... don't you think?" Scarlett asks.

" Not everyone, dear."

" How do we stop Hades from hurting Zelena?" Regina asks.

" We only have one option," Cora says, " We have to make her forget Hades ever existed."

Her words make Scarlett tense and take a deep breath.

" I-I need some air."

Scarlett waves her hands and transports herself outside of the vault. She rests her back on a tree as she tries to calm herself down.

To her surprise, Cora walks outside to comfort her.

" What's wrong, dear?" Cora asks.

" I... when I was in the Underworld... all those years ago... I fell in love. And I thought he was gone... but he's still here. He wants me to runaway with him... a-and it just makes me feel like I'm 13 all over again," Scarlett says, tears pooling at the edges of her eyes, " Stupid hormones."

" You're not going to run away with him... are you?" Cora asks.

Scarlett ponders for a moment.

" No... of course not. I came here to get my husband, and that's exactly what I'm going to do... but..."

" But what?"

" What do I do about Marcello?"

" You will do what we Mills women always do-- handle it."

Scarlett took her grandmother's advice. She went back to the stables and waited for her first love.

" You came," Marcello says.

" Yes, I did..." Scarlett says as she twiddles with her fingers.

" Is everything alright?"

" I-I don't really know how to say this..."

" You're not coming with me, are you?"

Scarlett looks at him in his eyes, and memories of them together come flooding back.

" No."

Marcello grabs her hands, making it that much harder for her tears not to fall.

" Scarlett Hope Mills... I have been waiting for you for so long. I have prayed and prayed... I hoped for you to find your way back to me. You... are the best thing that has ever happened to me... and I am so thankful for the time we had together. I loved you then, and I love you just as much now. But now... I see how happy you are... you're about to start a family... and you've found true love. I see how wrong I was to ask you to throw that all away for me. I love you, Scar... and that's exactly why I'm letting you go. I will always keep you in my heart, and I hope you keep a piece of me in yours."

By now, tears are streaming down Scarlett's face, along with Marcello. Scarlett sniffs, and then brings him into a hug.

" I love you, too."

Both of their eyes closed, but they notice a blaring, beaming white light appearing next to them. They open their eyes to find a portal... to the light.

" I was your unfinished business?" Scarlett asks.

" Yes... I never knew what happened to you after you left... but now I know that you're going to be okay," He says.

Scarlett takes his hand and guides him towards the light. Right before he steps through, he brings her hand up to his lips and plants a gentle kiss on her knuckles.

" Thank you."

Marcello walks into the light, and soon enough Scarlett can't see him. The portal closes, and the only thing that's left is their initials carved into the wood.
