₊❏❜ ⋮ ⌒ WITH FISTS RAISED ... they all banged and banged on the doors. Well, Kohana, Zay,, Adi, Kat and Charli all banged on the doors. Seconds later the doors unlocked. Kat and Charli fell to the ground with a thump as the door they had been banging on fell to the ground.

"Ouchie." Charli muttered as he rubbed the slowly growing bump that was forming on his forehead.

"Let's go, come on." Zay said towards the captive kids as he helped Charli up from the floor. "Come on."

    "You're okay. It's okay, we got you." Kohana smiled sweetly as she lead a group of kids from the room they were in towards everyone else.

Everyone was lead away from the room as Charli started to help Gally with breaking down the vault door. He had a gut feeling that something they needed would be inside the vault.

    "You and you, come with us. Put these on too." Thomas pointed towards Adi and Kat, making sure that got the order. The two nodded and hurriedly put on the guard outfits Thomas had thrown at them.

That only left Kohana, Zay, Liam, Dally and Charli left. Charli was still helping Gally, but they were the only ones left that could help from where they were.

    "Do we take them to the bus?" Zay questioned Gally as he picked up one of the guards weapons that had been laying on the floor. "Or just keep them here?"

    "You and her can take them." Gally quickly pointed towards Dally before he got back to work.

With Dally and Zay helping all the kids through the buildings and towards the busses, Liam and Kohana helping Thomas find Minho, Charli helping Gally, it only left Adi and Kat to do something else.

Wanting to help, Adi and Kat got to work on the computers as they tried to hack into the systems. Neither really knew what to do, and neither were really that good at it, but they were trying to deactivate some cameras or even a hallway set of doors so everyone else could manage to sneak through without getting caught.

Well they were doing that, Liam and Kohana where speed walking behind Thomas, Theresa and Newt.

"People are dying. The world is dying!" Theresa exclaimed as she tried to get Thomas to listen to her. Her voice grew quiet, but everyone was still able to hear her. "There's something about your blood I don't understand."

"Open it." Thomas ordered instead of answering to what Theresa had said.

"If you let me run some tests... I promise I can protect you." Theresa pleaded with the boy.

    "Yeah? Like you protected Minho?" Thomas was quick to snap as he took a threatening step forward.

    "Do we have any popcorn?" Liam leaned towards Kohana as his eyes bulged behind his mask as Thomas seemed to grow even more frustrated.

"No!"

"There is no god damn cure."

Thomas was right, yet he was so wrong at the same time. He didn't know it yet, but his blood was a cure that could save the world. And a cure not even Theresa knew of was standing right beside her, the unnamed group of kids from a different planet.

"Don't waste your breath, Theresa." Someone stated from behind everyone, whoever it was had their gun raised and what seemed to be a wicked smile twisting on his lips. "He made his choice long ago."

    "Drop it, kid!" A real guard yelled out as they too pointed a gun towards the group.

Liam and Kohana looked towards each other. They are on a team together, and they still didn't really know each other so well. But being held at gun point, with a chance of being shot, that really made them appreciate each other.

    "Back up. Tell them to back off." Thomas spoke as he wrapped an arm around Theresa, the other arm holding the gun towards her head. "Tell them to back off!"

Liam lifted the gun he had and pointed it right towards the man stepping closer to them. "You heard him."

Kohana, a fifteen year old, lifted a gun with shaky fingers. She was too young, and she was too young to kill anyone, even if it meant that she was saving the person she was supposed too.

    "Hey, Thomas, come on." The unknown man spoke once more, his eyes trained on Thomas now as his gun remained steady. "It's me. I've known you longer than you can remember. Your not going to shoot her."

    "You don't think so?" Thomas pressed the gun into Theresas head even more than it was before.

    "Okay. Go on then." The man spoke in a tone that was indicating that Thomas wouldn't do it. He even raised his gun so it was no longer pointed at anyone. "Shoot her. Prove me wrong."

Liam nudged Kohana who was closest to a fire alarm. Kohana nodded slightly and stepped towards it. Theresa's saw and nodded as well. Theresa pushed Thomas back as Kohana pulled the lever and stepped into the protective hallway that the door had closed them into.

     "Are you Newt?" Kohana questioned when the other fake guard pulled off his mask.

      "Yeah... I'm Newt."
