She moves her hand over my neck making a symbol of Phoenix appear. "B-but..." I started to say. " you must go to your aunt Jess and she will teach you how to control your powers." Her voice got weaker, and then her eyes closed. "I love you Alex..." her heart stopped beating. All I could hear was the sound of her heart monitor flatlining. I started crying and ran out of the hospital.

I got in the cab and went to the airport. I bought a ticket to New York and called my aunt. When I got there to New York my aunt is waiting for me. A while later we get to her house. During the drive to her house and told her everything that had happened. She was nearly crying when I told her what happened to her sister.
