Hestia's parents were waiting in front of their house in their porch chairs for Hestia. She was coming back home after a few weeks. It had been a week since more trapped had been returning and they were happy that everyone who lost someone that way was getting their family back. But what they hadn't expected at all was that their phones would go off with a worldwide alert. On their phones was an alert that read 'Warning! All trapped are about to be teleported to a new world where their skills are needed more. Please don't freak out when you feel a wave go through the air, it is just the spell.'

Her parents stared at their phones in shock. They were going to lose Hestia again! They started shouting out loud at no one in particular about how unfair this is. A few moments later, the wave went off and they looked at each other and started crying, hugging each other.

Hestia on the other hand was fuming mad. When the wave went off everything for her went black. Then after who knows how long, light was coming back and she was in a clearing. She was excited to see her parents again and show them her companions but the people of Earth took that away from her. She just wanted to go on a rampage to show how mad she was. But she wouldn't since according to that warning she was no longer on Earth and she didn't want to harm innocent people.

Her first thought was if her companions were still with her and if she could still use the status. So she tried to bring up her status.

Her status was still working which was giving her hope that her companions were still there although she was peeved to be at level 1 again. She was also confused about this new currency tab. How was she supposed to access that currency? She brought up the pet management menu.

Her pets were still there! So she summoned them and they all popped out of the air. Hestia was a little confused on how they came out of the air. But didn't put too much thought into it. After snuggling her pets for a bit she looked up to see her surroundings. It was very pretty here, the sky was a nice shade of pastel blue with clouds floating around. The trees were tall and perfectly green swaying in the wind. The air was so fresh that she just wanted to breathe it in forever.

Once Hestia was done looking around she got up and chose a random direction to go in. Deciding that only Mr.Snuggles really needs to be held since he was slow she let the others walk beside her. She was a little scared to put her companions away since she was back at level 1 again. Her first concern was to find a town to get her bearings. On the way to a town she figured out how the currency tab worked. All she had to do was think about how much she had and it converted it into this worlds currency and told her how much she would need for certain things.

Hestia had been walking for what seemed like a long time and was starting to lose hope when she saw smoke in the distance. She really hoped that it was a town and not something else like a forest fire or something. As she got closer it was obvious that it was a town. When she confirmed that, she took off running to the town. When she was close to the gate she saw that people who wanted to enter had to put their hands on a ball, probably some sort of level measuring device.

She walked up to the gate guard and put her hand on the ball. It glowed for a second then a white number 1 showed up. The guard looked a bit shocked.

"Miss... How old are you to be level 1 still? Have you done nothing for the entirety of your life?" The guard asked her. Hestia used some quick thinking that came up with a story.

"Well, I've been sick all my life and just recovered. So I've come to this town to gain levels by being an adventurer." She nodded to her own story to try to make it seem more believable. The guard seemed to think this story was okay since he responded positively.

"That's very sad miss. It's 10 copper to enter." As Hestia was getting her ten copper out the guard looked down and saw her pets around her. "Miss, those are some interesting pets. I don't think I've seen those types before..."

"Oh yeah, my, uhm, my dad got them for me! Yeah my dad. He finds so many interesting things and brings them to me. Unfortunately he died a bit ago so he can't bring me cool things anymore. Here's the 10 copper." Hestia handed him the 10 copper and walked inside the town which was looking more and more like the capital of wherever she was. There was a castle in the distance and there were so many buildings around, it was almost like a maze. Taking a deep breath she headed to the nearest place that seemed to be an inn.

When she walked into the inn it smelt like fresh bread and a mix of meat and veggies. Her pets were excited to eat even though they don't exactly need food to survive. It just makes them happy. Hestia went to the counter and talked to the lady at the counter.

"Hello ma'am I would like a room for a week please. How much is it for a week?"

"Why hello there young lady! Such a polite young lady you are. It's 1 silver for a week here and it's an extra 1 silver for meals." The lady responded to Hestia very enthusiastically. Hestia was confused why she was being called a young lady though. She was definitely not young! She handed the lady 2 silver and got the key to her room. The lady led Hestia up to her room and told her that supper will be near sunset. It seemed that time was kept by the sun here and not numbers.

When Hestia entered her room she looked into the mirror there and was shocked. She looked like she was just 15! But her status still read as 25? And her hair was now white while it used to be brown. Her eyes also changed slightly, it was now closer to sky blue rather than the dark blue it used to be. She was really starting to realize that she was no longer on Earth.

Hestia curled up into a ball on the bed, surrounded by her pets. Then she let the tears fall. Now that she was in a safe place she was able to breakdown about her situation. She hated the people who took her parents from her and wanted revenge. No matter what she would find a way back to get revenge on those people who sent her here but for now she would cry until she passed out. And cry she did.

It had been a week since Hestia was taken to this new world and all she had done was stay in bed crying her heart out and sleeping. The inn lady was really nice and brought Hesita food and water up to her at meal times since she realized that Hestia was not in a good mental state. Hestia decided that it was time to get up and live life so she can get her revenge on the people of Earth.

She dismissed all her pets except for Mr.Snuggles since he was what she thought would be the most helpful in surviving for now. She didn't want to attract too much attention by walking around with all her pets out. Walking downstairs she found the inn lady.

"Oh! What a surprise to see you down here. Are you doing better now hun?" The inn lady asked in concern. Hestia teared up a bit at that but pushed the tears back and smiled.

"Yeah. I'm doing better now, I just needed a bit of crying time. But I'm all good now. Can I stay for another week? And can you tell me where the adventurers guild is?"

"Why of course you can stay another week! I'll be glad to have ya. It will be another 2 silver. And the adventurers guild is just down the street, if you walk straight for a bit you will see a smithy and the guild is just across the road from the smithy." Hestia thanked the lady and gave her 2 more silver.

"Oh! And when you get to the adventurers guild tell them that you know Lucy, that's me! They will know what to do." Lucy yelled at her on the way out. With Mr.Snuggles on her shoulder Hestia headed out to find the adventurers guild. It was exactly where Lucy had told her it would be. Walking in, all the people inside turned to see who entered and seemed surprised to see a newcomer. Hestia walked up to the receptionist and started a conversation.

"Hi, I'm Hestia. When I told Lucy I was coming here she told me to tell you guys that I know her. I'm here to become an adventurer."

"You seem a little young to be an adventurer but I'm sure that it will be fine since you seem to be a tamer." The receptionist looked at Hestia's turtle on her shoulder. "Anyways since you know Lucy, we will waive the fees for you to take the test to become an adventurer. Please follow me to the back to start the test." The lady gestured to the door to the side of them. Hestia followed the lady to the back and saw a ball the same as the one to get into town.

"Just place your hand on this ball and it will tell us your level. Then we will check your pets level." Hestia put her hand on the ball and yet again a white 1 showed up. Hestia glanced over at the lady and the lady's eyes were wide in disbelief.

"Well- Ahem, your pet then. If they aren't level 10 then I can't register you." Hestia could tell the lady wasn't expecting Mr.Snuggles to have a high level since she was level 1 herself. She placed Mr.Snuggles little turtle hand on the ball and it glowed. The number that showed up surprised both of them, a big bright 1000 was showing up. Mr.Snuggles seemed pleased with himself.

Hestia was shocked, how come her pets kept their levels and not her? Was it because they had evolved into a level 1000 form? Well whatever it was she was happy that she passed the test.

"Wha- Where did you find this turtle???" The lady was shocked. Hestia didn't feel the need to explain her life to this lady so she went with the lie she had told before.

"My father used to bring me fun things home and this turtle was one of them." She lied with a smile on her face. The lady wasn't exactly buying what Hestia was putting down but she didn't question it either.

"Well I guess you are the first level 1 adventurer... Come with me to get your ID. With this ID you will be able to get into any town or city without a fee." When they arrived at the desk the lady used some magic tool to make her an ID. When she had her ID she walked to the quest board and looked it over. She found a goblin subjugation which seemed fitting to her since this all started with goblins for her. After she picked the quest she told the receptionist and left to complete this quest. Her life as an adventurer had begun.
