Arohi's POV

Today's night was little bit colder but that's the fun in campfire night right?All our classmates were gather in the lawn in front of our college campus.We all are sitting around the fire enjoying the cool breeze.The whole college campus was lit up with campfire light.Everyone is looking cheerful.One by one our classmates started with a short intro and then fun activity start.All girls were sitting at one side and boys were sitting to our opposite.

We were playing boys vs girls antakshari ( A game in which one team has to sing a song from the last letter of the previous song of opposite team ) and really enjoying a lot.But don't know why I feel Rajiv's eyes were fixed on me.Now again its boys turn to sing a song from letter"N".Everyone started thinking and suddenly RV started singing a song.

" Neele Neele ambar par chand jab aye..pyaar barsaye..Humko tarasaye..Aisa koi sathi ho..Aisa koi premi ho..Pyas dil ki bhuja jaye..(When the moon comes in the blue sky.It showers love and makes me desperate.That I have a companion, I have a lover that quenches the thirst of my heart") He was singing and his eyes were fixed on me.Unknowingly red hue spread on my face and a cute smile touch my lips as I look at him.He continued to sing as all boys join him.He was grinning as he realize we were staring at each other.He playfully wink at me and I looked away.The song came to an end and all boys cheered.

He has really a magical voice.I didn't know that he sings this well.

The funtime continued as all were playing but suddenly Dhruv make an announcement.

" Hey guys,Attention pls..Today I want to confess something. " He said coming in the center and now atmosphere change to very silent.

" Guys,I like someone for a while now. " He stated and the boys cheered.

We are totally shock.I look at kajal who was sitting beside me mirroring the same expression.

" She is my fav girl in the world.She is beautiful but she thinks that she is not and that makes her even more beautiful.She is simple and very sweet.She is always calm and composed and that quality of her makes me fall for her even more. " His tone was full of love,care and admiration.

" I feel like I know her since eternity. " Dhruv slowly came to us and look at me.My heartbeats started beating rapidly.

" And today I want to confess in front of everyone that I love her. " He smiled looking at me.

I look at kajal and she is looking at the ground holding her breath.

" Yes..I love you Kajal.I Really love you. " He said kneeling down in front of her and I have a sign of relief.

Kajal look at him totally surprised and tears started rolling down her eyes.Everyone is cheering and making noise.Kajal blush and reciprocated with I love you too and hug him.All this was really happen like a bollywood movie scene.I just can't believe that finally these two are together.Me and Sahil also join them in a group hug.We congratulate them with a big smile on our faces.

Our campfire end on a happy note.Everyone is going back to their home.As its a late night Dhruv told us that he will drop us by his car.

" You guys wait here,I will be back in a minute. " He said taking out car keys from his pocket.

He started walking to the parking.Suddenly my eyes darted to the wires of light polls were touching each other and in span of two seconds due to short circuit the light poll near to Dhruv is started falling.Dhruv was just below that poll and walking slowly unknown to the fact.The poll started falling and my heartbeat skip a bit.My body started shaking and before I could shout,Rajiv ran to Dhruv and take him to the other side with a jerk.The poll collapse down just two feet away from them with a loud thud.My heartbeat quicken and we all ran to them.Rajiv stand up and his hand was little bleeding.He help Dhruv to stand up.Kajal went to Dhruv and hug him tight.

" Dhruv are you ok..? " She said in cried voice still coming out of the situation.

" Ya..I am ok. "

Without uttering a word Rajiv started to leave but Dhruv stop him.

" RV wait.."

He slowly turn towards us.

" Thanks a lot RV "

" Its not a bit. " He said nothing bothered and again stared to leave but this time Dhruv hold him by his shoulder.

" RV,whatever happen in the past..just forget it.Let's make a new start.

Can we be friends..? " Dhruv asked forwarding his hand.

After thinking for a bit Rajiv smiled to us and forwarded his hand for a manly handshake.Everyone clap and cheered as both the Gems of our college are one now.Meanwhile Adi,Priya and all other his friends went to us.

" RV Are you fine..? " Adi said in a panic.

" Perfectly fine. " Rajiv said smirking at me.

A new start of friendship with some dreadful incidences..
