Ambulance Interior 

 Purple is the color of red & blue sirens, 

 blurred together through my tears. 

 I try to fight all warnings, 

 from my body

 & ignore all deathly fears. 

 The back of an ambulance 

seems the fastest of all, 

 until the paramedic's 

net of knowledge breaks 

 & down you fall.
