❦Chapter 27: Angelic Ally❦
"So you do remember." Freddy was smug, hoping that the memories would win you over.
"Yes. But even if past me loved you, I can't. We're on different sides - that's just the way it is now." You replied uncomfortably.
"We don't have to be on different sides, you're just choosing friends over me. And that's not a smart idea, sweet-cheeks." He made the invisible chains pin you back down as he let go, obviously miffed by your response.
"Says the serial killer." You snorted, being sarcastic.
"Stop. Choosing. Your. Friends. It's not that hard - Lucas even betrayed you! So did Natalie, so did Ashley, and so did your own mother! You're naive enough as it is." Freddy responded irritably, and you shook your head.
"Ashley didn't betray me. I betrayed her." You mumbled. You felt guilt at his words - wondering what Ashley felt when you turned on her.
"She chose Hayley over you."
"No she didn't. Ash helped me in the end."
"Lucas threw you under the bus."
"It doesn't matter, he did it for Ellie."
"Your mother despises you."
"I don't care."
"Bitch I am the only one who looks out for you! I have been there since the beginning! You are mine, and I'm not gonna let some stupid friends of yours take you away from me!" He hissed jealously, grabbing you by the chin in his anger.
"Take me away? I'm not a possession!" You argued defensively.
"You're right, you're more. So much more. Words would be wasted trying to describe you. Don't you fucking get that?" The demon almost groaned from frustration, his thumb stroking your skin as he held your face.
"No. I don't. Now let me go or I'll force my way out." You firmly shook your head as you tried to move your wrists. No dice.
"Oh you will, will you? By all means try, but I found something that'll make you stay here forever." Freddy grinned maniacally; his face filled with crazed triumph.
"What are you talking about?" You were on edge - not liking where this was heading. What did he mean? What was that something?
"Tell me sweets, do you know what these are?" He clicked his fingers and two stunning rings appeared in his hand. One had a ruby centre with two moons mirroring each other - looking extremely majestic - whilst the other had a black opal in the centre, surrounded by silver metal.
"They're rings..." You answered uneasily.
"Not just any rings - they're the Rings of Raivern. And do you know what they do?" Freddy leaned closer, an insane gleam glittering in his gaze.
"No...?" You hesitantly shook your head.
"The Rings of Raivern tie one's soul to another's. It prevents one from leaving their significant other, from forgetting them or even from death. They're an insanely powerful pair of rings." He explained and you stiffened up anxiously.
"You're not putting one of those rings on me! No-No way! I'm not staying here forever - especially not with you!" You loudly panicked.
He smiled creepily, his gloved hand now cradling your cheek and caressing it with the most deranged love you'd ever seen. "Who said you had a choice?"
"No! I want to go home! Let me go!" You snapped at him, frantically trying to struggle. But the invisible binds kept you in position - making his smile widen.
"You know you're awfully cute when you struggle like that, you're turning me on without even trying." The slasher breathed wickedly.
"Don't you dare put that ring on me. You'll-You'll regret it!" You tried to threaten him, but a nervous whimper slid through your lips as he kissed your neck.
"I don't think I will." He tauntingly retaliated, his lustful actions causing your body to twitch in shameful pleasure. His claws stopped stroking your face, instead resting on your thigh and gently scratching it.
"You will. Ariana and Ellie are probably on their way right now." Your cheeks had gone pink again - due to the fact that he was so close to you. He was pretty attractive for a burnt guy...but that was besides the point!
"I doubt that. But if silly delusions comfort you, then go right ahead kitten." Freddy cooed sweetly, slashing your thigh and therefore ripping your jeans. You held back a cry and that amused him further, a dry chuckle coming from him.
"Now don't move, otherwise daddy'll have to punish you~" He purred as he gave you one last possessive kiss, his hand grasping yours. You were about to be bound to him...forever! Nononononono!
"Please don't do this to me. I'll do anything." You whispered, frightened for your freedom.
"Mmm, anything?" The killer paused deviously and waited for you to go on.
"Yes." You dipped your head; praying he wouldn't ask too much of you.
"Stay here. Indefinitely." He made his demand smugly - knowing you wouldn't agree to it.
"Anything but that. Surely there's something you want from the real world, or-or maybe money, or-"
"Nope. All I want is you. Now you're going to stay here...forever." Freddy grinned again with his sharp teeth, sliding the ring onto your third finger.
Jolts of red sparks flickered up and down your arm, making you to cry due to the burning pain it was causing. The ruby part of the ring glowed a bright scarlet, the vibrant colour lighting up your horrified face as you began to feel drowsy. The demon slipped the black one onto his finger and began muttering a strange incantation; his words quiet yet quick.
Someone please help, someone please help, someone please help-
Before Freddy could finish his sinister spell a beacon of golden light hit him, sending the demon flying into the closest wall. Your unknown saviour shook your shoulders to keep you awake and then slipped the ring off of your hand, kicking it to the ground in distaste.
"A-Ash? N-No way, you're dead. It's impossible that you're here. You...You've gotta be some sort of trick." You stammered in surprise, relieved when she waved away the invisible bindings. Your friend was dressed in a white gown - feathery wings sprouting from her shoulders and a rosary around her neck, her appearance utterly innocent.
"I am dead. You're right. But I'm not a trick, I'm on the side of the angels." Ashley helped you off of the bed and healed your slash wound with ease - throwing a scathing look towards the stunned slasher. But he wasn't stunned for long.
"You've got to be fucking kidding me." Freddy snarled under his breath, annoyed by the sight of Ashley.
"Amanda saved my soul, and now I'm going to save (Y/n)'s. Accept your defeat Krueger." Ash defiantly retorted; raising her hand and getting a golden sceptre.
"Who's Amanda?" You asked in confusion.
"His mother."
"My fucking mother." The two answered at the same time; Ashley calm and Freddy pissed off.
"You're not taking her away from me, I don't care how many times I have to kill you. You will die!" He bursted out viciously - sending a spurt of shadowy shockwaves towards your angelic friend. Ashley deflected it and pulled you behind her - only infuriating the demon further.
"Leave her out of this! Just fuck off!" Freddy savagely swore.
"No. She's my best friend and you turned her against me. You will not succeed, so surrender instead." Ashley replied in a saintly manner, holding her sceptre defensively.
"I didn't turn her against you, she did that on her own - because she's just like me. She took pleasure from killing you." He sneered as he kept throwing things at her; parts of the wall, floor tiles - anything that could wound her.
"Only because you twisted her. You manipulated and corrupted, because you're evil. And now I'm going to wipe her soul clean." Ashley vowed fiercely, trying her best to deflect every attack.
"And just how are you going to do that?" The killer vanished from sight - his creepy cackles echoing around the bedroom. You jumped when he hugged you from behind, his hold possessive and tight.
"Like this." Ash spoke nonchalantly, grabbing your wrist and closing her eyes. She teleported you away, causing you to flinch as you heard a roar of rage. Where was she taking you?
