Just as Jungkook was texting Namjoon, Yoongi suddenly shot up from his pillow in a full panic. His eyes were wide and he barely even looked like he understood where he was.

"Hyung?" Jungkook sat up next to him and pulled the blankets off of both of them. Yoongi was sweating and he looked like he was about to start having a panic attack. Jungkook hadn't even noticed anything if Yoongi was having another nightmare.

"Y-Yeonie?" Yoongi panted. It was clear that his heart was beating quickly because there was no way he was calm. Jungkook reached out to rest his hand on his back, but Yoongi backed against the wall and brought his knees up to his chest. "Soo-Yeon." Yoongi muttered.

  Jungkook's eyes widened. Soo-Yeon.

Flashbacks hit Jungkook like a train at full speed. The little girl with long black hair. The hair that she used to fix perfectly every day. Soo-Yeon. With her bright smile and kindness like nobody else. Soo-Yeon. Yeonie. That was Jungkook's nickname that he gave her. And memories flooded him endlessly as Yoongi panted against the wall. Soo-Yeon. The girl Jungkook had known for nearly seven years.

Jungkook stared at Yoongi hard. "Hyung..?" He could barely even speak.

Yoongi waved him off. "I'm sorry." He choked out helplessly and shook his head. "I'm sorry. Don't mind me. L-Let's just go back to-"

"Soo-Yeon." Jungkook whispered. "How do you know who Soo-Yeon is?" He asked, his heart shattering inside his own heavy chest. It felt like he himself couldn't breathe either. "You've said her name before, Yoongi. You've said Yeonie. How did you.."

But Yoongi looked just as lost as Jungkook did. He couldn't have been making fun of Jungkook. He seriously couldn't have been. The only people who knew about Soo-Yeon was Namjoon and unfortunately Woo-Chang. Unless they told him.. How?

Did Woo-Chang tell him? Even after Jungkook beat his ass for speaking about her? Or maybe because he beat him up.

"Y-You know her?" Yoongi whispered. "The— She's the reason I can't sleep a-alone. She's been at the end of my bed since high school. I—" Yoongi choked on his own words, and tried his best to stop pouring like a faucet.

Jungkook's whole body slumped and he fiddled with his own fingers. "Explain, please. Please explain what you're saying." He begged. He didn't want it to be connected at all, but he couldn't understand what Yoongi meant or really what he was talking about.

"The reason.." Yoongi inhaled deeply, trying to calm down enough to speak. "The reason I can't sleep alone is because there's this little girl.. She's not.. She's just there. She's.. a ghost?" Yoongi sounded unsure. "But here recently I- I see her in my dreams and I— She doesn't hurt me, but I'm fucking terrified of her, Jungkook." He pulled his knees in even closer. "Sorry if I sound crazy."

Jungkook bit his lip harshly. "She.." Jungkook clenched his fist as he tried to bring himself for speak. "Long black hair? Around seven years old? Look kinda... like me?" Yoongi looked up at Jungkook and scanned his face, then his eyes widened. "Are you seeing Yeonie? Are you seeing my sister?" Jungkook asked.

  Yoongi shook his head.

"I-I'm so sorry." Yoongi backed to the corner of the wall instead, starting to form tears in his eyes. "Your sister? I didn't- I don't mean to offend or make it seem like I'm making fun or anything. I'm sorry. I- Don't take it the wrong way. It may not even be her—"

"Stop panicking, hyung." Jungkook crawled forward and rested his own forehead against Yoongi's knee to hide his own tears that started falling without permission. "Don't apologize. I know you're scared." He wrapped his arms around Yoongi's legs and held onto him.

Jungkook shouldn't have been so calm.

Yoongi went silent for a moment, playing with Jungkook's hair to calm himself down— or maybe to calm Jungkook down. Either way, Jungkook couldn't stop his tears. But at least he felt comfortable with Yoongi.

"S-She says hi." Yoongi whispered. Jungkook's heart clenched tightly and the tears started to pour involuntarily. He leaned away from Yoongi's knees and started to wipe his tears, the memories of his little sister kicking in even harder. She was only almost seven years old when she was killed. Jungkook and his parents were devastated when they realized that she hadn't come home from school. The day Jungkook hadn't went to school because he was sick. He wasn't there to walk her there and back, to and from school. And his parents stupidly trusted her to walk on her own. They were shocked and miserable when they were told that she had been killed.

"Yoongi.." Jungkook cried even harder as Yoongi wrapped his arms around him. "Tell me... Tell her to say something that only I would know." He had to know if Yoongi was lying or not. He didn't believe it even if he felt how genuine Yoongi was being.

Yoongi shifted his head on Jungkook's shoulder and let out a small laugh.

"Oh my God." He backed away from Jungkook and reached up to wipe away Jungkook's tears. Jungkook looked at him in confusion. "S-She could hear you. Says you used to force her to drink milk every morning and.. and you like Justin Bieber."

Jungkook let out an unstoppable laugh, but his tears were still falling. "Oh, no. She's calling me out." He laughed with Yoongi. He couldn't help but feel that his little sister was near him. It hurts, but Jungkook is somewhat happy, not sad about the fact. She's still here, but why? Jungkook had went completely crazy after she was murdered. He wasn't the same person after it all happened. Was Soo-Yeon watching him this whole time? Or was she only watching Yoongi? And why Yoongi, anyways?

"I don't get it." Jungkook mumbled as he wrapped his arms even tighter around Yoongi this time. "You said she's been with you for years. Why? You were a stranger." He said.

Yoongi shrugged and started to play with Jungkook's hair even more. "I've never spoken to her. She scares me.." He muttered.

Jungkook frowned. "Don't be scared of her." He said. "She's the sweetest little girl. Not like all the other brats." He chuckled.

"She's just making hearts and kissy faces at me." Yoongi huffed and hid his face into Jungkook's shoulder. "Oh, no. What if she saw us kissing that one day? God, you're gonna scar her— Oh, no. She's running away." Yoongi peeked through and laughed at the sight of the little girl running out of his view.

"I think she just wants us to kiss again, hyung." Jungkook pulled back from Yoongi and rested his hand on Yoongi's cheek.

Yoongi shook his head. "You have a girlfriend. And this little girl is not telling us that, you dork. Why would she do that?" He asked.

"Actually," Jungkook crossed his legs and smiled at Yoongi. "I broke up with Ava like an hour or so ago. And God, I've never wanted to kiss you so badly, Yoongi." He stated. Yoongi blushed as Jungkook pulled him closer. "Please let me. Please let me kiss you now."

All Yoongi could do was nod.

And when Jungkook leaned in and pressed his lips softly onto Yoongi's, his heart melted. It was much softer than when they first kissed. There was no built up tension, no guilt, no regret and no feeling sorry for doing so. It was all careful and soft. Gentle and sweet.

Yoongi hummed against Jungkook's lips and felt Jungkook's lips start to form a smile. But he stopped himself and pulled Yoongi in further, this time licking Yoongi's bottom lip to ask for entrance. Yoongi's mouth opened when Jungkook softly bit his lip. Jungkook slid his tongue into Yoongi's mouth, licking inside and letting out a soft sigh of a moan as Yoongi started to move his tongue as well. It was wet and it was slow, and Jungkook felt happy.

Yoongi hummed and pushed Jungkook back slightly. Jungkook took it as a sign and started to kiss down his neck, but Yoongi just reached forward and grabbed his arm tightly.

"J-Jungkook.." He tried his best not to make any noises. "She's back." He said.

Jungkook instantly pulled away from Yoongi's neck and looked behind him as if he could see her or something. Yoongi laughed at him, but then stopped at the look on Jungkook's face.

  Jungkook can see her.

"Yeonie.." He whispered, his voice cracking only slightly. The little girl smiled and crawled up on the bed with them. To Yoongi's surprise, Jungkook didn't freak out. But Yoongi backed away, still not fully used to her even after years of seeing her and being near her. "Hyung, it's okay." Jungkook sounded happy. He sounded genuinely happy. And his smile was big and bright, his teeth showing so well and his eyes smiling and shining as well.

He looked so good like this.

Yoongi flinched as the girl took his hand and Jungkook's hand. She giggled softly.

"Soulmates." She brought their hands together, making them hold hands. Yoongi loved the feeling of it. Jungkook's hand felt so soft in his. It felt just perfect. Jungkook smiled at Yoongi, then looked back at Soo-Yeon.

"We're soulmates?" Jungkook asked her. She nodded her head and then hugged Jungkook, which made Jungkook let go of Yoongi's hand. But Yoongi didn't mind because Jungkook was able to hug his little sister for the first time in years. She whispered something into Jungkook's ear that Yoongi couldn't hear, But Jungkook just smiled back at her.

Yeonie backed away from Jungkook and then looked at Yoongi. "I'm your baby guardian angel." She giggled. "But I have to go back now. I was told not to talk to you. They said you would be scared of me." She frowned.

"I-I'm not anymore." Yoongi lied to make the little girl smile again. She pulled Yoongi and Jungkook's hands back together again.

"Hold him." Yeonie told both of them. "And never let him go, okay Jungkookie?" She turned to Jungkook, who merely nodded at her. "Good." She smiled. "I love you."

And with that, she was gone.
