Hello everybody who is about to read this story! I am so happy to finally be posting it! I have been working on it since November 2016 and I am still in the process of making it the best I can. Before reading on I would like to explain some things first so please read the following:

*I start the story in the Dunedain village with Arathorn and Gilraen. (Arathorn is Aragorn's father and Gilraen is Aragorn's mother). If you are not familiar with the Dunedain, this is a brief summary of what it is: The Dunedain is a group of people who are humans but are a little different. They live longer (around 200-300 years of age) and normally roam the wilderness such as what Aragorn did. If my knowledge of Middle Earth history is correct, I believe that Aragorn was the last of the Dunedain people. There is quite a lot more to the definition of the Dunedain, but in my story it isn't that important.

*Also note that not everything that happens in this story will be 100% accurate with what Tolkien says. I took ideas from him and some things are actually truth and some things I added or took away. If you would like to know which things are true and which things are false, I encourage you to read the next post of this story. I made a list of all the things that I added/ took away from Tolkien's idea of Aragorn growing up in Rivendell.
