this has been long overdue but I decided to stop procrastinating and uploading all the graphics of 2020 that I hadn't posted here yet. Remember to follow my Instagram @ adeesthetic for all content of mine and to keep up to date with my works as I upload on insta a lot and without a delay. Wattpad I tend to wait for batches of months compile up then post so to pass that wait find me on insta!
Anyway I give you my 2020 graphics.
Some couldn't be posted as they are videos so once again you'll find it all on my insta as well as speed edits and other vid effects.

2020 was a year for me to grOw and gain much needed confidence in my works and what I do. It's been refreshing in a sense of me accepting that I do have a talent in some way and learning to accept that I can do this.

You'll find my personal best of 2020 and the best according to u guys from insta.

I last made graphics on 20th sep then almost all of Oct had passed when I  decided that I was long overdue for a new pf theme and this was what I made as my comeback. As you know I used to always return after not making graphics for months which I'm glad to say has changed. Since i now make sure to make atleast some each month.
This was also around the time I joined insta. 28th I think

this was my first attempt at paint style sorta cartoon editing and I gotta say I love the way it turned out I used Lexi Rivera as my model.

first manipulation after a while. I payed attention to detail here and used commerical stock. The model is from fae stock. I went for a medieval sword queen type of theme here.

this has to be one of my favs. I absolutely love chris evans and transforming him this way was so much of fun. The story behind this is that he is a devil with a good side. He is the type of man you'd wanna go to the dark side for but he'd never let you.
I drew the piercings and I think they came out well. The lil quote is from niklaus mikealson from the tvdu
I think this was when I started getting more into it and grasping some much needed confidence. This started somethin in me to keep going and I'm so grateful.

My friend Meri suggested Emma Watson when I asked on my insta story for model suggestions. This was my first time doing line art and full on cartooning like this. I had mixed feelings about this but later on became happy with the results.

so I had this cool idea to make a glowy smoky sci fi cover with a beaker and this one was born. I tried smoke text effect by hand for the first time and it's not 100 but it's not terrible either. I think with some practice I can better my smoke effect.

the magical jellyfish has been an idea I've had for mOnthsss now but finally executed it in Nov. Nov was a good month for graphics xD much like sep was. I'm grateful for these types of months where I got down to work and reaped some good shiz. This was made with commercial resources.
Also u can tell I enjoy working with blue teehee. Text effect by me as well.

I used the wonderful Emeraude for this edit and say about 3 times 3 different friends thought this was me which I'm shook about and honoured. Yeet
This has to be one of my favs as well for this year. I absolutely loved how this turned out. So cartoony and gorge. This was when my confidence just took a jump. I added jewelry onto her as well and really made her hair get that loOk.

Rightt this was my late halloween graphic and I made it with such detail and attention that it turned out quite epically and my friend Alien said it was surreal which was such a wonderful compliment. I had an ambitious idea/concept for this and then I got to work and it actually turned out the way I planned. It was a big photo manipulation. Used commercial resources as well. Model is fae stock.
There is a video edit to this too but you'll find it on insta among other ones.

this was a late gift for Alien for her bday. I used her fav bts member atleast that's what I've seen her do edits on mainly. It was also the first Christmasy graphic for this month. First time working with a kpop fc.

Now this was also a cool idea I had which I executed from scratch as well. This is also a fav on insta and it was big typography success for me. I loved it. The story is that I wanted to make something based on ariana grande's positions song since I had it stuck on repeat yet something Christmasy too and then this happened. Ariana Grande dropping her debut novel titled Postions during christmas time. BoOm

I got this idea after I hit post on the positions one on insta. So I jotted it down to revisit when I wanted to and i did. This year whatever I wrote down to do I actually did do it graphic wise and I think it's an accomplishment for me. Someone whom shyed away from her ideas and graphic plans etc. Finally started working into it 🥺 #grOwth

Another model suggested from my insta this was by Icy and she suggested billie maybe she had a dark Billie in mind but this just happened honestly and I think it went well with the winter wonderland vibe. I love the hair.

my friend Kiara suggested the lovely Tom Holland and I never get tired of him. I had mixed feelings about this one as working with males is harder when u do face editing as such. Coz the line can blur from sexy masculine to soft. And often I wanna aim for sexy masculine which was what I did with the chris devil one. My fav from this is the bg I did.

designer talk:

so 2020 was a bad year with the pandemic and deaths and sickness etc but for me graphic wise it was good.
I learnt a lot, grew a lot and did a lot. I also aimed high and succeeded with my ideas and actually went for it instead of shying away from my grand ideas for fear of failing or it being trAsh. I even got into using commercial resources and stock models. I've been designing on ibis since July 2020 and on pa for ¹² months so this journey is still a bit new but wonderful nonetheless. I hope you enjoyed this final look at 2020 of my works. Here's to 2021 and makin even better stuff.  Thank u for the support and love. Stay golden Ily all 3000!
