Today is Saturday and today we are having guests and, I am totally excited about it. And the garden is ready. We still had it finished on Tuesday. We had to work until late evening for it, but we finally finished it.

And because we were both home the last couple of days, we really got a lot done in the house as well. The finished rooms are, living room, both bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom, guest room, stair railings and we did a bit in the second guest room as well.

On Tuesday night I talked to Zhan in the bathtub, about the next step in our relationship. I told Zhan that I felt ready for the next step and we talked about it. Zhan said it would be better to wait a few more days and then if I still say I want to, we will sleep with each other.

I think it's good that he wants me to be sure. "I'll wait until you're ready. Even if that would take a year. Don't put pressure on yourself about it. And if it's gonna happen, then it will happen. Without us planning it." He told me.

"And doesn't it bother you that I have no experience?" I wanted to know.

"No my cutie. And don't worry about it. You don't have to worry about things like that, because once you start doing it, you'll get scared and that would be a real pity. You'll see, everything will be fine. I just want you, when the time comes, to trust me and relax. And you'll see, everything else will happen by itself." He replied.

So let's wait a little longer. Maybe that's not wrong, since we've only been together for two weeks.

On Wednesday we went to the observatory, but unfortunately they were closed for urgent repairs. That was a disappointment for me, because I really wanted to go there. But Zhan came up with something to cheer me up.

He bought a lamp, put it on my nightstand, and turned it on. And then stars started to shine around us and on the ceiling. It was madness! And while I was lying on the bed looking at the stars around me, Zhan was reading to me from a book. That had just been a beautiful evening.

On Thursday, the new stair railing arrived. Zhan and I had previously painted the hallway and replaced a few steps and then, together with two workers from the manufacturing company, installed the stair railing. It is custom made, and resembles the old stair railing, so it fits perfectly into the house.

On Friday we started with the second guest room before we went shopping. After that, we went to my house and cleaned out my closet. We also packed all my books into boxes and took those with us as well. Zhan wants to make a reading room out of the last room that hasn't been renovated yet.

This morning we also started tinkering with my car. By the way, it didn't start again when we went to get it from the parking lot on Wednesday. Luckily my boyfriend is a car mechanic and was able to fix the problem quickly so that I could take my car to our house.

Once we started working on the car, Zhan realized that there was a lot more to be done than we thought. It is now in the garage and whenever we have time we will work on it. That means Zhan will drive me to work for the time being. And because Zhan always gets off work an hour later than I do, we've agreed that I'll take the bus to the car repair shop after work and then we'll always drive home together.

I'm also really excited about tomorrow. Tomorrow, I'll finally get the volume 5 of Fantasy World with the special cover and an autograph, and I bet Zhan will confirm that the other book is also by Wei Ying. I was wondering if he will tell me tomorrow how he got the book or if he knows my favorite author personally?

It's 6 pm and something very confusing but also emotional just happened. Now I know why my brother broke up with his ex. But in order.

At just before 5 pm, Yanli and Cheng arrived. Cheng was immediately very friendly and welcoming towards me and then he said, "Mhhh somehow your face looks familiar. Where have I seen it before?" Since I had never seen him before, I didn't know the answer and Zhan and Yanli also just looked at Cheng perplexed.

The two of them sat down on the sofa because we wanted to wait there for my brother. There was a knock and I ran to the door and let my brother in. Cheng and Yanli turned around and then Cheng jumped up from the sofa, ran towards my brother and fell into his arms crying. Just like that. We were totally shocked.

What I found more confusing was that my brother had also started crying and was holding Cheng very tightly in his arms. It was heartbreaking just to watch and we didn't know what was going on.

And then Zhan asked, "How old is your brother again?"

I told him and Yanli said, "Then he's obviously the man Cheng had been waiting for the last few months."

"Uh what?" I asked, not understanding anything now.

"My little brother told us he met a man 5 years older than him, they fell in love but couldn't be together. Why they couldn't be together, Cheng didn't tell us. So Yibo, do you maybe know the answer?" Replied Yanli.

"Mhhh, I guess it was because of my brother's ex. He broke up with him from one day to the next and moved last weekend so he wouldn't have to live in the same house with his ex anymore. His ex said something about another guy. But I didn't know what was going on and didn't think anything of it. I guess I just assumed his ex was mad because my brother left him." I explained.

I wondered if my brother could have really cheated on his ex. I didn't believe he could, because he's not that kind of person. And it wouldn't suit him at all. So we had no choice but to wait until the two of them calmed down again and then tell us everything.

After about twenty minutes, we all sat in the garden, the two of them had calmed down again, and my brother told us everything. "Well, Cheng and I met at work. I think it was love at first sight for both of us. We spent a lot of time together, but nothing ever happened. Even though we talked about it all the time. I was torn between my ex and Cheng. There was 8 years of relationship on one side and a new love on the other."

"So you loved them both? And because you didn't know who to choose, you didn't choose either?" I asked.

"No, not exactly. I knew I wanted to be with Cheng. But I couldn't tell him yet. I needed to sort out my life and issues first, so that I could then approach Cheng freely and with a clear conscience. The problem was, however, that my ex had noticed that my heart was beating faster for someone else. He was of course anything but enthusiastic and always found new ways to delay the breakup and my moving out. And in the end, I didn't even know if Cheng wanted to be with me at all."

"Of course I want this Hai Kuan. I've been waiting all this time. I sensed that you would choose me. I just didn't know when that would be." Replied Cheng.

Since then, the two have been holding each other and looking totally cutie together. Zhan said he is happy for the two of them and hopes that they can finally be together now without facing any more barriers. Yanli was totally excited and giggled all the time because she is so happy for Cheng that now his wait is finally over and the first time she sees him with a man.

"Haha, here we came to meet cutie Yibo and now Cheng and Hai Kuan are totally in the spotlight with their story." Said Yanli.

"Oh I don't mind that at all. I don't plan on ever leaving Zhan again, so we still have plenty of time to get to know each other. And honestly? I'm happy like crazy for my brother. I never liked his ex anyway." I replied with a grin.

Zhan kissed my forehead and said, "And because you and I don't plan on ever breaking up again, Yibo is about to move in here. But only little by little. We've been talking about it for the past few days, and since he has a three-month cancellation period on his lease anyway, we'll take our time until then. But his clothes and books are already here."

My brother laughed and replied, "Well then, you can be sure that Yibo will stay with you. His books are his most precious and if he brought them here, then he is absolutely convinced that he will stay here with you. And if he told you in detail about his addiction to this author Wei Ying, then rest assured, he trusts you 100% and will stay by your side."

"His addiction to the author?" Asked Zhan.

"Mhm, he collects everything about him. He's even registered on several fan boards. And whenever there are new rumors, he's among the first to know about them." Explained my brother.

"Interesting." Said Zhan. While Yanli and Cheng giggled and whispered something.

"Is that all you have to say about it Zhan?" Asked Cheng laughing. Why was he laughing? Was it that funny?

"Um not at the moment." Replied Zhan and was all red in the face. Damn, what's going on here?

"Oh come on Zhan. Do us all a favor and let us be a part of it." Said Yanli, clapping please-please with her hands.

"Hey, I already explained it to you." Said Zhan.

"Still. Go ahead. We all want to be a part of this. Please ZhanZhan. Don't make a fuss. Tell Yibo." Replied Yanli.

"Tell what?" I asked, confused.

"Alright. But first I have to get something. Yibo wait right here. I'll be right back." Replied Zhan and disappeared into the house. My brother and I looked at each other confused, not knowing what was going on right now. What is Zhan hiding from me?
