On the morning of the 12th week of pregnancy, Yibo woke up, stretched and turned onto his stomach, where he felt something strange. A kind of resistance in his belly. He put his hand between his belly and the mattress and felt a tiny ball. "Oh my god, I'm sorry babies, don't worry, daddy will turn right back around so you don't get squished". Said he, startled.

"What, what's wrong?" Asked Zhan tiredly.

Yibo took Zhan's hand and ran it with some pressure over his belly, whose abs were barely visible by now. "Can you feel that Hubby? Those are our babies."

"Oh yeah you're right. I can feel the water breaking. And slowly your belly seems to be bulging too."

"Yeah, go ahead and say it. I'm getting fat."

"You're not getting fat my cutie. You're carrying our babies."

"And if my belly hangs afterwards?"

"Well, so be it."

"But I don't want my belly to hang."

"Then you can have it tightened. If it bothers you that much."

"Let's see. Ahhh I'm hungry."

"Then you go take a shower and I'll make breakfast quickly. Do you want anything special? After all, you can eat anything again."

"I feel like chocolate pudding with vanilla sauce. And a bowl of cereal. And maybe two soft-boiled eggs."

"Okay, then I'll take care of that and you go take a shower. Don't forget, Doctor Takash will be here later to examine you again."

"Oh yes, they are. I'm sure they're excited because they know we're watching them right now and that's why they want to show their daddy and their dad that they're active, healthy and lively." Explained the doctor.

"I can even feel that they are there since this morning. I laid down on my belly as usual and felt there was resistance."

"Oh yes, it will be more noticeable in a few days. It's going to be about 3-4 weeks now, and then you'll be able to feel the movements. And as active as they are, you'll be able to feel them a lot. They are really very lively. Their development is just right. They are as big as a gummy bear now and will continue to grow quickly."

Zhan took out two gummy bears from Yibo's jar of candy and gave them to Yibo. He laughed and said, "This is incredibly small. I can't believe they'll be developed enough to be born in just a few months."

"Yes, isn't it? That's a miracle. Let's listen to the heart sounds then." The doctor replied and turned on the sound. Two loud rhythmic rapid heartbeats had been heard immediately. "Wonderful isn't it? Your babies really do have very strong hearts."

"After all, their daddy takes good care of them so they can develop well and grow strong." Said Zhan and kissed Yibo's forehead.

"That's very good. I'm very pleased as always and I think it's enough if we see each other once a month now. If there is anything, you can call me. My assistant will now burn the recording of your babies on a CD and then you can watch it again and again. And of course, you'll get another picture of your babies."

"wow Super." Said Yibo as he wiped his belly. The doctor wrote the new data in Yibo's maternity record and printed the picture. He explained again that the babies were doing very well and also said that Yibo could move more now, but not to overdo it. Then the assistant handed them both the CD with the recording of the ultrasound and the doctor left.

Yibo immediately slid the CD into the DVD recorder and let the recording play on continuous loop. "I'm sure those two are girls. Don't ask me how I know that. It's just a feeling. And I even have names for them already."

"And what names do you have for our daughters?"

"Xin and Yini."

"So Xin for beautiful, elegant and Yini for the charming one. Very nice. Then we hope our two are really girls."

"Definitely. I can feel it."

"Okay. Either way is fine with me. The main thing is that they're healthy. And if they're both girls, they already have great names, too."

"Hmm. If there is a boy after all, or if they are both boys, you can pick the names."

"Okay my cutie. But I want to believe you that they are girls. We should start getting ready for our visit. They'll all be here in 20 minutes at the most."

And as Zhan said, 20 minutes later their families and friends arrived. Yibo's brother with his husband Cheng. Yanli with husband and children. Yibo's father. His best friends. Zhan's best friend, his aunt and uncle. And Zhan's big brother Zhao.

When everyone was gathered in the living room, Zhan said, "We've asked you all here because we have something very important and beautiful to share with you. It is incredible and an absolute miracle. Please follow us upstairs."

They all walked up the stairs behind Zhan and Yibo, Yibo was so nervous that he held Zhan's hand very tightly, and then the two opened the door to the nursery. As their guests looked in, Henry asked, "You're going to be parents? When are the babies coming to you?"

Zhan smiled, stroked Yibo's belly and said, "They still need some time. It's only three months now." All but the insiders were speechless and couldn't believe it.

When they were back in the living room, Yibo played the CD with the ultrasound recording and slowly those present realized that Zhan and Yibo were not joking. "My little brother, he, oh my God, he's pregnant? But how?" Hai Kuan asked in shock.

"Can I get pregnant too?" Cheng asked with a laugh.

"We don't know exactly how that's possible. As I said, it's a miracle. Yibo has a very good doctor looking after him. All we know is, Yibo felt so bad because he is pregnant and suffered from morning sickness. Yanli came up with the idea of taking us to a gynecologist and he then diagnosed the pregnancy." Explained Zhan.

Wordlessly, Henry walked up to Yibo, took him in his arms, and then squatted in front of him. He tapped against Yibo's stomach and said, "Hello you two. Can you hear me? I am your grandfather. I look forward to meeting you in person very soon. And I promise you, I will spoil you beyond all dreams. But until then, grow up nicely in your daddy's belly and don't cause him too much trouble."

Hai Kuan and Cheng first hugged Yibo and then congratulated Zhan. "You better take good care of my little brother and the babies." Cautioned Hai Kuan Zhan.

"Don't worry, I'll take very good care of Yibo and our babies." Replied Zhan.

Yibo then told everyone how big the babies are now, what they weigh approximately, that he has gained 2 kilograms and his abdominal girth has grown almost three centimeters. He also proudly reported that he finally no longer suffers from morning sickness and can eat normally again. Whereby he is now hungry for all the things he usually doesn't like.

Afterwards, after watching the recording several times, seeing all the ultrasound pictures and looking at the nursery again one by one, they all went out into the garden to see the new plot of land that Zhan bought and where he has already made good progress.

Zhan explained that Yibo gives him precise instructions on how to do what. And also that Yibo really scolds when something is not done the way he wants and says. Everyone laughed, because no one knows Yibo like that. But Yibo confirmed, "This is about our garden and the pool. It all has to fit together perfectly. And the only way to do that is if Zhan follows my instructions exactly."

"Remember that you have to make a fence around the pool so that the babies can't fall into the pool later." Reminded Zhao to the two.

"Yes, we know that. And we want to look for a fence next week. I hope at the hardware store you have nice ones there." Replied Yibo.

"We have. But are you allowed to walk around now?"

"Yes, my dear brother-in-law. I'm finally allowed to move around more. But I shouldn't overdo it. Until the belly is really to be seen, we will surely still often look in the hardware store. We still need some things for the garden. And we also have to go to the tree market. We want to plant two trees for the babies. We've been told that's what to do before the babies are born."

"Mmm, as far as I know that's true. We do have some nice trees at our place. But the ones at the tree market are really top notch. They will also explain to you how to take care of the trees." Zhao replied.

They all went back to the garden to the fireplace, where Hai Kuan fired up the grill and roasted meat and sausages together with Cheng. Yanli, meanwhile, was trying her best to keep touching Yibo's belly. She and Yibo laughed heartily and happily because Zhan just wouldn't let her touch Yibo's belly and even carried him away from her.

Henry watched the two of them and smiled. He took a sip of water and said, "When I see you two, how in love you are and how excited you are about the babies, my heart laughs. I am so happy for you guys. Also for you Hai Kuan and Cheng, even though you are more reserved. It's so nice to see you guys so happy."

"Oh, Cheng and I can be like that too." Said Hai Kuan. He ran to Cheng, lifted him up and spun in a circle with him as they kissed. "I love you Cheng." Cheered Hai Kuan and everyone clapped.

That evening they all celebrated together, Yibo's pregnancy, love, happiness and the toasted the future together. They continued to celebrate into the night.

Zhan, on whose lap Yibo was sitting, kissed Yibo's cheek and smiled. Whenever he looks at Yibo, he remembers the shy young man at the auto repair shop and how he fell in love with him at first sight. With Yibo, and soon the twins, he has everything he ever wanted. He simply couldn't be happier. He has found his dream man and he is even able to make him a father. What could be better?
