Zhan and Yibo hadn't thought when they called their friends and relatives to tell them the happy news that the twins were born last night that there would be more surprises that day.

The first surprise was when Doctor Takash examined Yibo again and discovered that it looked like Yibo might get pregnant again after all. He promised the two of them to give them a contraceptive that Yibo, as a man, could take without hesitation, so that they could continue to sleep with each other without worrying.

The next surprise wasn't waiting long when finally Yanli came to the clinic to congratulate the new parents and welcome the twins into the world.

Yanli looked at the twins, who were holding each other's hands in their warming box, and then said to Zhan and Yibo, "I'm pregnant again. I found out yesterday."

Zhan and Yibo know that Yanli didn't really want any more children, but were happy for her after she explained that she and her husband would still be happy and couldn't wait to find out if they might have a girl this time. "A girl as cute as both of yours." She said with a bright smile.

And another surprise was when Cheng suddenly fainted after vomiting twice and was examined by Doctor Takash. Hai Kuan, who was waiting for Cheng in the patient's room during the examination, was worried. Since days, Cheng had been feeling bad. "But he also always eats everything in a mess. And then he wonders why he feels sick." Said Hai Kuan.

"Maybe he's not sick at all." Replied Yibo as he just got the twins placed back on his chest, still marveling at how beautiful his daughters are and how small, at just 46 centimeters.

"Sure he's sick. You should have seen all the food he's been eating. It's only normal for his stomach to rebel. He was destined to develop a stomach problem." Hai Kuan explained.

Zhan and Yibo didn't say anything, they both knew that Hai Kuan was just saying that because he was worried about Cheng and didn't want people to see it on his face. So instead of saying anything back, they kissed and caressed their twins. Nothing was more important to them at the moment anyway than these two beautiful girls.

However, after a nurse came and asked Hai Kuan to accompany her, Hai Kuan had not been able to hide his worry anymore. He simply rushed after her.

It took almost an hour before Cheng and Hai Kuan returned to the room. In that time, Zhan and Yibo had fed their daughters and watched as the midwife bathed them and told them exactly what to look for. They were allowed to hold the little ones in their arms for a few more minutes before they had to put them back in their warming box.

The midwife had explained to them that the two are well developed and strong and they don't need to worry. After all, at 46 centimeters, they both weigh close to 3000 grams, which is a lot for premature babies.

Cheng and Hai Kuan sat speechless for several minutes until it burst out of Hai Kuan. "My baby is carrying a baby."

"What?" Zhan and Yibo asked at the same time.

"Cheng is 13 weeks pregnant. We're having a baby." Explained Hai Kuan.

Yibo was hugely happy for the two of them and even more so when Cheng burst into tears and said this was the best day of his life. At the same time, however, he looked worriedly at Hai Kuan, who just sat there in shock and said nothing.

Zhan hugged Cheng and told him, "I am so happy for you and I know how blessed you are. I wish you a beautiful pregnancy and hope you will have a healthy baby."

"Thank you Zhan. At least you guys are happy. My husband doesn't look excited." Replied Cheng.

"What do you mean? I'm just shocked okay? After all, it's not every day you find out your husband is pregnant." Said Hai Kuan angrily.

"You know Cheng, when Yibo and I found out he was pregnant, I was shocked too. But also happy and scared. As you know, he and I wanted to have children from the beginning, and when it was said that Yibo was pregnant and then with twins, I was happy, but also very afraid that something would happen to him or the twins. Because such a pregnancy is a big risk. I was scared because I loved the babies from the moment I heard their heartbeats and knowing that very few pregnancies with men ended happily. I wanted those babies just like Yibo did. And I know he and I would never have gotten over losing our babies. And I think your husband is feeling the same way right now. Give him some time." Explained Zhan.

Since Yibo was not allowed to get up yet, he called his brother over. Hai Kuan sat down next to him on the bed and Yibo pointed to the warming box where his daughters were lying. "Do you see them? Aren't they beautiful? That's exactly what Cheng wants, a baby created by the great love of you two. And Cheng is already in the 13th week of pregnancy. You have passed the first critical stage without knowing it. That means this baby should be with you. It wants to be with you. I know you are worried about Cheng, but look at him. He's just happy right now and wants you to take him in your arms and tell him you can do this together. He wants to hear from you that you are happy and support him." Said Yibo.

Hai Kuan turned to Cheng and then went to him. He wrapped him in his arms and said, "I am happy Cheng, I am really happy. I want this child just like you. And I will do whatever it takes to make sure you and our baby are okay. I won't let you down with this. Don't worry okay? I love you and we're dealing with this together. We're going to make this work and we're going to be parents to this adorable little baby."

At that moment Henry entered the room and laughed out loud. "Oh my God, my oldest son and son-in-law are expecting a baby too? Is that true? I have truly blessed sons. Congratulations to both of you."

He hugged Cheng and Hai Kuan and then went to Zhan and Yibo who were watching their twins sleep. "And you two, you finally made it and are a family. I'm incredibly happy for you guys and, because I'm a grandpa now. Your daughters are so beautiful, you did a great job."

Tears of joy flowed much more often that day, because somehow every single person had something that day that moved them to tears. Like Seungyoun and Wooseok. Because when the two visited Yibo and the twins, Seungyoun, made a romantic marriage proposal to Wooseok.

After three weeks in the clinic, Zhan and Yibo were finally able to take their twins home. They gained nearly 400 grams during that time and grew a full centimeter in those short three weeks. And the continuous warmth beforehand was no longer necessary. The pediatrician was therefore not worried, they were finally able to leave the clinic and go home.

Arriving home with the two, Zhan and Yibo showed them the house and their new nursery. They put the two together in one of the two cribs and before they left the room, Zhan took Yibo in his arms, kissed him and said, "Finally home again and finally a family. I love you and our two beautiful daughters like crazy."

"And I love you above all. And of course our daughters do too. Can you believe how fast this happened? One minute we found out about the pregnancy and the next minute our two daughters are lying in front of us in their cribs. I can't get enough of them. They are so beautiful. The perfect mix of the two of us, lying there in that crib and they're probably dreaming of their new home."

"That's right, they are the perfect mix of the two of us. I too still can't believe they are finally here. I couldn't be happier. But now we should let our little princesses sleep. And you my cute prince, should get some rest too. Remember what the doctor said. You need to take it easy for at least another week."

While they were walking to the bedroom, Yibo replied, "You know, somehow I'm glad that I might get pregnant again after all. Who knows, maybe someday we'll really want to have another child or two."

Zhan lifted Yibo and laid him on the bed and covered him up before lying down next to him, taking him in his arms and saying, "Who knows, maybe we really will have more children someday. But for now, I'm already happy with our two."

"That Yanli is having her third child?"

"No. That Seungyoun suddenly wants to get married after all. He always said they didn't want that and now suddenly he does and proposed to Wooseok in our presence."

"Seungyoun loves Wooseok very much and knows that Wooseok wanted to get married. I think it just took Seungyoun a while to realize that he wants it too."

The two were already talking about it at the clinic three weeks ago, when all this happened in one day and the twins were only a few hours old. But now that they are at home, in their bedroom and in their bed, they talked about all the events of the past weeks again.

About a week ago when Zhan and Yibo came back to their room from a short walk, the twins had been in the baby ward, they found a small gift in Yibo's room, where Zhan also slept all the time because he stayed by Yibo's side.

This gift was from Yibo's mother, who knitted little pink shoes for the twins. She included a short letter saying, "Dear Yibo, Dear Zhan, Congratulations on your double blessing. Congratulations on the birth of your daughters. Please accept this small gift from me. I know it doesn't make up for anything I did to you Yibo, but maybe you can accept it anyway."

Yibo and Zhan wondered how she even knew about the pregnancy and birth. And finally, Henry enlightened them both, telling them that he told her about the babies. "I met her by chance at the mall when I went to buy something for the babies. And that's when I told her about the news. "Are you in contact with her again?" Yibo asked anxiously.

Henry laughed and replied, "No. I met her by chance and about the birth of the little one, I let her know through my assistant. I haven't told you yet, but, I met a great woman. She is my age and we have been out a few times now. Everything is still open, but if she and I get close, I will introduce her to you."

Yibo was happy for Henry. Although he didn't like that he just told Yibo's mother about the pregnancy, he didn't blame him. And Yibo thought he probably would have told her himself at some point. Not because he wanted contact with her or attention from his mother, but simply because he wanted her to know what she was missing because she was such a terrible mother.

The only thing that matters to Yibo, and to Zhan, is their own family.
