• to day is the p.o.v of Hana•

Today was the day Hotaru  and I would go the Japan for some stupid school for other kids with rich families. We sat on an empty plane our parents rented just for us two and our cats Miko and Delia. Hotaru fell asleep on my shoulder again after she told me to read her our old book of fairytales our mother read to us every night when we were little. I set the book on me lap and took out the picture our mother took of us on our 5th birthday

I remember that night like it was yesterday Mamma was sitting on the chair between our beds "happy birthday girlies, what story are we reading tonight?"  She asked making both of us shout requests. Hotaru wanted to read  Cinderella while I wanted to hear more about the big bad wolf .  We shouted it at the same time as always when we got excited this time was different we sent death looks at each other which led to insults which quickly ended up in us fighting to the death which is always fun. Until of course we were stopped by our momma who asked "Why do you want to read Cinderella Hotaru "  making me stop and look at her.

1...2...3... "IT'S IS THE BEST STORY EVOR" she yelled jumping up and down clutching her mouse plushy. Then Mamma looked at me "Hana why do you want to read Little Red Ridding hood?" She asked with a happy gleam in her eyes. I sat down on my bed "Red doesn't have to wait on a prince to save her. And what about the wolf it is survival instincts to eat what is available! He shouldn't get punished for being himself! Why do the animals have to be evil on all the stories?" Which all ended up in myself crying. So yeah we read Little red riding hood that night lulling me to sleep. Not Hotaru she didn't like the "scary wolf" she squealed in the middle of the night and crawled in with me. She still does this once every week .
