"shouldn't you be out with your boyfriend, jimin? why are you here at a poetry reading?" a co-member of mine at cloud thoughts club asked as he sat down right next to me.

the one reading at the time was one of the best among us, so it's safe to say i loathed this man for distracting me. i truly wanted to hear what she was saying up there.

"it's disrespectful to be talking while someone is reading, so if you would please..."

"oh? alright." he did shut up, but only until the reading was finished. "so why are you here?"

"are you threatened by my being here? is it because you didn't do so well on your recent poems that you feel the need to probe me with these questions, purely to distract me?"

he raised his eyebrows at me and moved his seat away, his hands in the air as if to surrender, while looking offended at the same time. he didn't talk to me after that.

i wasn't having any problems with taehyung. he and i were just fine. one thing this bastard didn't know however, is that if i was really in a fight with taehyung, it wouldn't bug me, it would just give me enough fuel to perform well. artists use their suffering for their art anyways.

but taehyung and i were just fine. in fact, i was even planning to surprise him with something i knew he would love once i finished this reading.

but that didn't happen.

because as soon as i went to his place that night, the door was already wide open and his clothes were already scattered all over his living room floor. and his legs, wide open for a man i've never even met before.
